Have finally found my favorite nail salon. I love Mimi shes amazing. She takes pride in her work and it shows.

I have been coming here for a while, I don’t schedule with a specific person, but You should. I have never had this one man he usually sits in the corner and never really have costumers. Today I see why, he was really aggressive to my nails and it was just painful and I can take a lot but this was just borderline. That paint job is horrible as you can see, at the end of the day I Just won’t be back.Nasty attitude as well and just dramatic.

My nails don’t look good at all. The finished product is thick acrylic and’s bumpy. They aren’t straight across and he didn’t file the sides. My toes aren’t cut straight and she did a poor job painting them and cleaning it up. I don’t like to complain and didn’t want to spend anymore time in there. Disappointed

I haven’t gotten a pedicure in almost 2 years and so I decided to get one while my hubby was getting a haircut next door. Well both my big toes have some kind of black fungus and I have never had that issue or never had it at all. I am still dealing with it that I have pretty much lost both my toe nails. 😢

Lovely place to get your nails done. The workers are personable and efficient. Ive gotten my nails done several times here and each time Ive had a positive experience. I highly recommend going here!

Could’ve painted my nails better myself.

I come in and ask for french manicure and the guy looks at me and says I have to get tips bc my nails aren’t very long. I did not want tips. I told him this and he continues to put them on. I have had my nails french painted before and they were short. He put one on crooked and I told him about it and he said it was fine.

Stopped in for a mani and the guy stopped mid-manicure so he could take another customer who walked in and made me wait for another tech. It was really rude.

Good place to get nails done. then you can go next door and get a haircut too. and when you get done with all of that, you can go to publix and buy a scratch off and use your new nails to scratch off that million dollar ticket.

Harry is amazing at what he does and he is super patient .. Cindy is also amazing

Dee was nice. She made sure I was comfortable and service was to my liking. Everyone wore masks. Id go back again.

I come here often and never get over charged but today I had a new lady and she charged me 3x as much as usual for a Average job I don’t think I will coming back after this negative experience.

Manicures and pedicures are a luxury, not a necessity. The woman who did my nails was incredibly rude and nasty. The woman seated next to me was also aware of this. She ruined my day and I wont be back.

I have been going to Nail Glamour for over 2 years now and would recommend them to anyone. Harry always displays his talent on my nails....designs and other special effects.

The techs are very courteous and patient. I loved the see ice never disappointed when I go.

I did not go to this establishment my Mother did. I believe they were just trying to milk her for more and more money. My Mother is 81 years old.

They were ok. But I wont be back.

Y’all, I’m not gonna sit here and tell you this place is good. I get my nails done maybe once or twice a year, so I wanted to get a full set of TINY claws maybe above my finger tip just a little, they not only charged me 55 for them, but also made them SO FLAT that I had to take them off after 2 weeks because my hands hurt SO BAD.

I absolutely love this nail shop. I will not go anywhere else. They are all very kind and professional and personable. Harry is my nail tech and he does an incredible job every time. I definitely recommend them.

Visited this salon for the first time this morning. It has been a while since I’ve been to a salon that did a good pedicure so I was hesitant to try but I am glad I did. Pedicure was great and the polishing was great also. Thanks to Jacey (Spellcheck). Will come again.

Owners are very nice & I’m sure they do have some good nail techs there but I would NOT suggest Tammy. She made my cuticles bleed, none of my nails are the same shape, and my polish isn’t even & it’s allover my cuticles.

My favorite person there is Sarah. She is sweet, funny, and VERY talented. I build furniture and work with my hands making crafts but I have never had a nail lift or break off since she has been doing my fills for the last few months and I am rough on my hands. I trust her judgment in color choices and I highly recommend her.

Wanted red chrome called asked if they had chrome got my feet done THEN they say they dont have red, paid for feet and leftovers feel I should of been told before my feet were done

I told that man that sits in the front that some of my nails are crooked and he ignored me talking bout hes tired um sir IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND I THINK IT SHOULD BE FREE OR HALF SERVICE WHEN I GO BACK AND SHOW HIM

Very upset about my nails, went in Saturday then on Sunday after washing dishes I noticed my nails are very soft. I’ve always gotten acrylic nails and never a problem. But ever time my hands are in water they get worse.

Great pedicure. I have psoriasis so I require a lot. They were very accomadating and gave me the best pedicure I had had in a while. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

I took my stel daughter here for her birthday to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. Pretty good prices and the people are very nice! We will be back

Best pedicure ever! But ask for Tom! I have VERY sensitive nails and hesitated to get my toes done especially with a broken baby toe and a big toenail that is only half grown back. So when Tom (my usual person to do my nails) asked me who I wanted to do my pedicure I said someone gentle! So he did both my hands and toes and it was an amazing experience. Thank you, Tom!

Me & Mom went there for the first time and had pedicures. They were Awesome!!!! Well definitely be back.

I went in a few weeks ago for 2 new nails, fill-in, trim down and gel mani. The guy did a great job. Charged $30. Ok. No problem. I went back last week expecting it to be cheaper because I only needed a fill-in and gel. Tammy still charged $30. I asked her why so much when less work was done. No new nails, no trim. Just fill-in and gel. She just shrugged her shoulders and completely blew me off. I was pissed. I noticed that they took their price guide down. I refuse to go back there. I think they make up prices as they go along. The service wasnt all that great either. Ive made sure I told everyone I know not to go there.

It was my first time coming here after being referred by a friend. This place is very clean and the staff is professional. I had Sara as my nail tech and she was very nice and sweet. Im glad to have been treated with absolute royalty. I decided to get the deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax and it was ahh-mazing! Very relaxing! If I didnt have my baby with me, I would have been in total bliss!

Been in Jax for a couple months now and have been searching for a nail tech to replace my normal tech back home in Georgia...... after almost 3 months I’ve finally found the place!!!! Sarah did my nails and my pedicure, she was clean, professional, friendly and took her time to do the job RIGHT!!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

This is the only place in Jacksonville that I have found that my acrylics last until my next refill. As a former bartender and now I work in a warehouse setting, they last and I am hard on my hands. Tom is the only one that I allow to do my nails...

I called in today to schedule an appt for 5pm with Sarah. I arrive on time and she is with a client, no big deal. At 5:40pm she takes someone who walked in after me, so I get up to ask why? She tells the manager in another language that “she didn’t want to do my nails.” Who does that?? In front of clients and all she refuses to do my nails bc I “talked bad about their shop to a competitor .” Well now I am letting everyone know, I’m not sorry your offended that I said MyNails does better designs, truth hurts!

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. Didnt start off on the right foot....yes, pun intended. The man who did my nails said I couldnt adjust the chair back or I would break it so my legs were scrunched. He jaggedly cut my cuticles and cut my toenails extremely short. He burned one of my feet with hot water....okay, perhaps he didnt know it was that hot. When I asked if he could please trim my cuticles on a few toes, he became annoyed and he couldnt because my cuticles were dry and my feet werent laying flat on the board. I explained it was hard to place my feet flatly because I was uncomfortably scrunched in the chair. I told him I had many pedicures in the past and my cuticles were always trimmed smoothly. So he said I should go back to those places. Wow! So, I said there was no reason to behave rudely to me. He did go back and trim my cuticles better. My polish was sloppy; some on my toes, which he didnt remove. This was not relaxing, he was unprofessional and I will not have this guy do my nails ever again!!! I would go back and have one of the women do my nails.

Ive been here before, but the I dont give a damn service has risen. On 8.26.15, I went in for my first gel pedi/mani & I was the only customer the entire time. As the male nail tech started on my nails he polished them white, claaiming b/c the blue color I picked was too light. After he finished everything I told him that I could see too much of the white along the cuticle line so he gave me a 3rd coat. After leaving, I noticed more & more how horrible the paint job. It looked as though the polish started to bubble up. Some areas were thicker due to all the polish he put on. The next day I went back to show the owner & ask if they could redo my nails.  As he looked at my nails, he immediately began to tell me that they were all bubbled up because of the shape of my nails....Bull shiggity! This made absolutely no sense to me. The guy who worked on my nails came over & tried to say the same thing. I explained to them both that the nail job itself was a mess. More white was visible the next day, so I told them that I did not come there to argue with them. I wanted to show them my nails & see if they would redo them. The guy who did my nails offered to change the color. He basically drilled the gel around the cuticle line & put a new color on top of that. He offered to do nothing for my feet. While sitting there, another woman came in complaining about the same tech doing the same thing to her nails. The nail tech was so rude while talking to her & he just walked away from the woman as if she wasnt there. She began to talk to the owner who basically didnt give a damn & asked her why she waited 5 days to come in. He told her the nails may look that way if she does hard labor work. She told him she was a nurse & she has been coming there for a while & that he knows her nail job is supposed to last 2 wks. She stated that she didnt want to argue with them; she wanted them to see her nails & know that they had just lost a customer. All I am thinking is, they just lost 2 customers. I almost said something to the woman but I didnt want to cause more confusion. This nail salon doesnt appear to care much about their customers & how they feel. I would suggest that anyone go to another nail shop for a more professional experience.
