This place was amazing. Ryan did an amazing job, took his time, asked along the way if I liked and was happy with the results! I will definitely be returning.

Looks good. No bubbles in nails. No product on skin. Doesnt look like its going to lift. Perfect nails. They were clear on their price.

Super nice!!!Mia is my girl. Phillip and Ann use to do them and I am allergic to Acryllic. Phillip kept working with me until we found the Liquid gel is what i need. Mia came on board and has been doing my nails since Phillip and Ann left. Always super accomodating, i have recommended them to lots of friends looking for a nail salon.

My gel polish peeled in 4 days, when called to have it fixed the owner said to have the person who did my nails can fix it. Why would I want that when he messed them up in the first place. Customer loss!

I am in literal tears right now. I have broken 4 nails just within this one month. First time I went $50 dollars for a nail to break and for one that chipped less than a week later. Getting them repaired was another $50. Then I broke the same nail they repaired again along with two others. I broke the two lifting up my keyboard to look for my pen. I work at home and it’s an office job. I shouldn’t be breaking all of my nails. I went somewhere else this time for the repair and the tech at the new salon said they were way too thin. I should have had her just redo all of them but I said no because the others appeared to be holding up. I had to pay for that repair too, which I didn’t mind, because the new place did an amazing job. Today I broke my fourth nail that was done by perfect nails. I will never go back to this place. My daughters birthday is tomorrow and I have to squeeze time in to get my nails fixed again. I hardly ever review anything but after the forth nail breaking I’m so upset. My nails have never broken like this before. Ever! Please don’t go here.

I know a lot of these “5 stars” are an exaggerated fake review. I’ve been here plenty of times, never really satisfied but they are enough. However, when they pop off after one day, or the gel was put on too soon and the polish underneath is wet still, and it mushed up. They treat you poorly to fix their mistakes. I’m so disappointed I would ever still give them the time. Oh let me also advise you pricing always changes, when there’s no design and basic fill in. One time this much one time it’s more, you bring it up and you’re the problem. I’m over it, so here’s an honest review.

My mom came here for a full set and a pedicure she ended up paying $110 she was definitely overcharged for a simple pedicure and a full set gel nails they charge $48 for her full set with no art design horrible horrible experience for her first time being there

First issue is that I had a 9 am appointment. They show up at 9;40 to open. When I got inside, I was told the person who is doing my nails is on his way. Once he arrived, I was told to sit down and he immediately said he was going to cut my nails down. I told him no, that I dont want them cut down. He started filing the color off, (I have dip), which is normal to get the clear coat off before soaking. He kept filing the color off. Never soaked them. He didnt even remove all of the color or the clear layer below and dipped over it! He again said he was going to shorten my nails and again, I had to tell him no. Then he used gel clear coat, which is not supposed to be used on dip nails. None of the tools used were sanitized. No requirement to wash hands when you come in, no cleaning of the chair and table between customers, no adherence to the current rules of no extra people . They had music playing with the F word in it with an older lady and young children in there. The table had dried up clumps of acrylic on it. Very unprofessional, very unclean. Do not waste your money. I thought it would be a decent place after reading the reviews, but there must be some low standards in this town.

They broke one of my toe nails and gave me two hang nails on my feet and nessed up my girlfriend nails paint started chipping the next day terrible service don’t go there I know I won’t be.

This was the best pedi we got in a long time Tina and Richard did a great job we went cause the grands gave us gift cards it was well Worth it. We will be going back

So they do a great job, however 2 days ago I go get my nails done $48.00 no biggie, then tonight I take my daughter, we tell them exactly what she wants they said 40., okay gteat! So she is almost done and they say oh now 45.00 then I ask how much for mine they say 40, really cause 2 days ago you charged me 48.00. And suddenly they have nothing to say...you just lost 4 customers from my family

I needed my nails done for an event the next day so I called when I left work asking if they could squeeze me in she said it was ok so I arrived and got called back as soon as I arrived I wanted medium sized square nails after he got done and was about to start polishing them I saw the hardened acrylic under my nails And asked if he could file it off which he did I told him I wanted white and black marble nail look and he said he could do it well he started painting them and they didn’t look right but I thought he knew how/what he was doing but when he got done it was more a white and black camouflage look which wasn’t what I was going for and my nails looked bigger than my finger I came home and fixed them the best I could and then ended up taking them off after my event but he was really nice and funny the whole time while doing them so the service was excellent but the quality wasn’t the greatest

The sweetest ppl and they worked with me and made sure they could get me closest to what I asked for as possible! I accidentally brought the wrong type of decals for my nails but they still made it work. It’s Been almost three months ? Since I’ve been able to get them done again and only one has lifted :) I’m going in for a new set soon but I highly recommend them

This is the BEST NAIL place in both Jacksonville & Wilmington! Ann & her husband Phil are masters of the trade! I only get my nails filled once a month, & yes besides a little growth THEY STILL LOOK GREAT! Definitely a must check out ! Now Anns not a big talker, & it took me a few months to get her to loosen up, but now we good! I recommend this place to anyone!! Tell them that Nancy (Brians wife😉) sent you. Who knows maybe enough of you will & one day Ill get free nail!🤗

I came here for the first time today after moving here recently and was so nervous about finding a new nail salon that could do exactly what I like. Let me just say, I got the best manicure/pedicure I have ever gotten here today, seriously! Not to mention the fact that it was about $50 cheaper here for everything I got than where I used to go in my hometown. Very nice plus. Ryan did my full set and the acrylics on my big toes and they all look so amazing. I’ve never had someone take that much time and put so much effort into giving me the perfect set of nails, the shape and length is exactly what I wanted (long coffin) and he made sure several times he knew what exactly I wanted with color and design. Safe to say I will be a regular here from now on, thanks for being so great!

Nails are so thin they are cracking within a few hours.... went last week nails were so thick and uneven. I went back in to complain they told me to come back. I just spent $35 on bad nails, went back a week later and paid $22 for them to fix only for 6 of 8 nails to crack within a few hours. This has never happened to me before.

I can’t speak for any other nail tech other than Kevin. I have been going to him for about 5 years and I hate having to go anywhere else. I usually get a manicure with gel polish and my polish lasts 2-3 weeks usually. He never knicks my cuticles and is always very nice. Everyone else in the salon are very nice as well! I always recommend Kevin to everyone.

Very friendly staff. The only drawback was I was suppose to have a manicure with a full set and they didnt do the manicure because it was too close to closing time

I’ve come here 4 times and This is the second time they’ve done a horrible job. My nails were uneven and had layers and layers of paint on them . Asked to have them fixed and she takes off the entire side of my nails ! Not to mention she said the reason the paint was so thick was because of the color I picked . As if it was my fault they are still using old paint that should be thrown out and replaced . I asked her to stop after she took off the sides of my nails and I went to a different nail salon. I came in crying so upset, but T.H NAILS DID AMAZING and I left so happy! Will be going back to T.H nails !

Awesome staff, better location would certainly increase their clientele however this may be the best they can afford as a new business. I encourage everyone who has artificial or gel nails or requires frequent pedicures to definitely be impressed

Came her with my sisters to get are feet done. Phil was great he ended up working on mine and my sister feet after Keven told my sister he didn’t care about how she wanted her nails done because he didn’t feel like doing her feet anyway

The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the lady who did my pedicure was sweet and amazing. The man who did my fill was extremely rude. I came in at 1:15 and asked if they had time for a fill. He said yes, take a seat. After a half hour, he asked if anyone would like a pedicure while they wait. I said I will. The pedicure was great. I tipped her $15 for a total of $40 for the pedicure. The man said one more person before me, so I asked if he’d like me to come back at 3 pm. He said yes. So I did. At 3:30, he was still working on two other people, so I asked him if he wanted me to come back later. He said “sit down, you’re next okay?” So I did. When it was my turn, I told him I wanted exactly the same shape and color (natural pink gel top coat) j came in with, so cut down only a little bit. He shaped my pinky and asked if it was okay. I said, can you make it a little more narrow on the sides and round on the corner? He did. It looked good. As he proceeded to shape the rest of them, he continued to make them more short and uneven as it progressed. I spoke up. He didn’t answer. So I repeated myself. He shouted YES MAAM. But he did not correct anything. When he was done, he said WHY ARE YOU SO PICKY WITH ME? YOUR NAILS LOOKED AWFUL WHEN YOU CAME IN HERE. He said this loud enough for everyone to hear. I said of course they did, that’s why I’m paying you to fix them. I want them to look good, I just want them to be even. I’m not asking for more. He told me he’d have to charge me if I wanted them re-filed even and narrow. I said FINE, if I have to pay extra for them to look good, I will. He hastily finished, and put a base coat on, then told me he was done. I said, “you’re not gonna paint them?” He said “you didn’t tell me you wanted them painted.” I said yes I did, I wanted the natural pink color I had on when I came in. He said he didn’t have that color. Seriously??? The pink color you use in French manicures, you don’t have that?? I was almost in tears at this point. The lady that did my pedicure stepped in to help me. She corrected most of his awful shaping (they were jagged on the tops and sides, and most were uneven), painted the pink color and top coat, and gave me a sympathetic, quick hand massage. She was very sweet. I wish I could figure out how to attach photos.

The lady quit working on my nails & started on another lady, then after waiting almost 20 minutes, she finally came back and finished my nails. No even an hour went by & the gel manicure on my thumb came off & other nails were chipping. We went back to fix my nails & a guy had an attitude about it & acted like he didnt want to touch my hand to finish. Then when he did, he said There you go, happy now!? Ok bye. I found that a bit rude.

Horrible service. Not enough employees. And the wait time is 30 minutes plus. They tell you to go ahead and pick a color. Then have you sit and they go back and forth mid manicure between different customers. They also rush you to pay once youre done. On top of that. Horrible customer service. And false advertising for pricing. I ask the guy how much for a pedicure. He said $25 but then he decided to add on $15 for gel polish. As if he didnt know I wanted gel polish before asking him the price. An extra $15 just for the polish. Would have been fine if he just told me.

I have a good experience every time I go n the prices are very affordable. The people are friendly and helpful they let you have it your way as long as you got their money.

I also had a manicure done by the rudest man Ive ever met who was the owner. It was exactly like the terrible comedy routine everything was three dollars more… Even a cut down which no longer should cost any money he charged me near $50 to do regular fills with gel coating and exclaimed Gel expensive! I will never go back there and I would really suggest you find another place if youre looking for a nail salon. Theres way too many to choose from to have the owner be so abrasive and rude.

I went with a friend to get a fill in and a pedi. When we went in we told one of the ladies what we needed she said ok then when they were finished with my pedi they told me to have a seat. I’m aware that it was late but after waiting for a while I went to where my friend was finishing up here fill in the lady then said she had to go because she’s having a party at her house and couldn’t do me also rushed me to pay the guy that did my pedicure. “Come On hurry pay him so he can go” we’re her words! So I had to leave without getting my nails done! Never again will I go to them. RUDE!!!
