They took my daughter and I without an appointment. We didnt have to wait long. The pedicures we got were great.

I have been coming here for 10+ years and have never left upset or not satisfied! I never have to wait long and I get exactly what I want. The prices are reasonable. I have met some great people there They are now my family!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking got a great pedicure, manicure, wax, or any other service they offer.

Ive been twice and absolutely love it! They are super friendly and give each client their best! Havent had any issues with waiting, but Ive gone when they first open. Ive seen several people come in and have to wait, but it was for a very short time. Each client is acknowledged as they walk in the door and are made a priority as soon as possible. Wont be going anywhere else!

I was skeptical after I sat down and I wasnt loving how she was shaping my finger nails but I went with the flow. Then when she started the polish it was so thick and globby I dont think it would have ever tried. Luckily the color was too dark so she took it off and started over. The polish looked better but a little messy. I did the deluxe pedicure but they use just the jumbo container of scrub and lotion, no upgrade on product. She did do a nice long scrub and massage. Thats where the 2 stars comes in. The next day I started noticing areas where the polish was a lighter color. Shortly after it started peeling off. Less than 24 hrs and 3 nails have peeled off polish. Not impressed with the quality but she seemed to really want to do a good job. Im not local but I definitely wont return if Im in the area again.

This is a great space. The family who own this place is awesome they do great work. The prices are affordable and everything is customizable. It is also very clean and easy to navigate. I live far and still come to this place. Try them out you will not be disapointed.

This is the first time I went to this place for a pedicure. It was the best pedicure Ive ever gotten anywhere. I have an issue with ingrown toenails and they made sure they were totally removed. This is my new go-to for pedicures! If theyre busy Ill just come back another time or day. Cuz I aint going nowhere else anymore.

Twee an Charlie are my favorite people to see in Jacksonville. Their nail salon is perfect great atmosphere laughter smile extremely beautiful and clean.Great prices an excellent choice of designs and color.

Too expensive. Got charged $60 for my nails that were only suppose to cost $40 for full set/gel. Daughter got charged $50 for fill/gel and the shape of her nail. Great people, make you feel welcome and feel like family but they take too long and over charge. Will not ever be back.

Went in to get nails done. Sat down and it was the dirtiest shop I have ever seen. My friend went to use the rest room and came out and we immediately left. We didn’t even get services due to how dirty the entire shop was. Cleanliness is everything. Customer Service goes a long way and we weren’t offered anything. A lot of work would need to be done for me to return.

My mom and I did a walk-in pedicure. They accommodated my sleeping infant in his car seat. That was a great first impression! Then, I sat in their comfy chairs and they made sure the foot bath water was to my liking. With the massage chair and the undivided attention to my feet, I gave this nail salon 5 stars. I never write reviews but I felt that I should for this place because it is hard finding a great place for pedicures...until now. I will definitely come back!

My mom goes here to get her nails and feet done here yesterday. Shes been going for years. She never picks her color Twee always knows which color fits her best. She knows her style. She gets mood change nail polish its so fun. Thank you for always doing a fantastic job. Thank you for the laughs and the great conversations about life and family. Walk in for a (badly needed) Basic Pedicure, walked out very pleased with my service. Twee and Brittney are sooooo funny! It felt like I was amongst old friends and family. Everyone in the salon were laughing and simply enjoyed being there. I will return in a few weeks. Great service and warm environment!

$35 for an acrylic fill? No. Thank you. Was told I could only select a limited amount of color nail polish. Say what? Trying someplace else.

Twee did my toes today and she did great. Very talkative but kept me laughing the whole time. I love going here because of the nail tech thats usually here but shes always so busy. I didnt mind that I got twee to do my toes! Love the people who work here. Its no wonder this place is always packed.

1 and a half weeks after a bad nail job they started snapping off. I glued then baxk5on but Im sick of gluing them on again. First time here was great. Now .. Im not so sure

Lovely environment, super funny owner. Although I had fun my nails were not shaped well and my polish was out on thick so it didnt dry right. Was super disappointed by the outcome of them and Ill probably go home reshape and repaint them.

I couldnt speak more highly of this place ! The prices are fair and the service is amazing . I always come in with my infant, whom usually breast feeds the whole time and sleeps . They have always been sweet and supportive of me feeding in the salon which I thought was top of the line customer service ! This will always be my spot for pedicures !

Horrible place! If zero stars was an option then I would give none! I am new to the area and this was hands down the worst pedi I have ever had. It was cheap, and involved absolutely nothing. Since when do you get a pedi and no one actually rubs lotion on your feet? She trimmed my toe nails, cleaned dirt out of my nails, did the salt scrub stuff, and painted them...I left with hard callouses and cuts on the bottom of my feet from the lack of attention to some areas and excessive attention to others. The owner, Twee, was the person working on my feet. She and her family talk way too much to customers they cannot focus on what they are being paid to do. The topic of conversation is also very uncomfortable. I am a white woman and I was very uncomfortable with the rude manner in which they spoke of African Americans and Homosexuals. I hope this can spare you a terrible trip to Twees.I am going to reach out to others in the community to find a good place to go

Loved the atmosphere an the owners are fantastic

They did my nails and my daughters they were very friendly but the tech that was painting my nails didnt cover all of the corners of the nails.

I am not impressed with this place. Went here instead of Tracys (my usual place in Swansboro). One of the worst pedicures we have ever had. Will not return.
