The costs of the services are cheap and the staff are friendly but they do not clean or sanitize their tools. Be very careful. My fingers are full of fungus!

Went to get mine & my daughters nails done. They were very friendly. But they hurt me AND my kids fingers, leaving burn & cuts from filing and drill.As you can see I was going for a special look. He was very accommodating for trying. But the black tips are uneven and EVEN thicker than the rest of the nail. And there was a lot of residue from the acrylic as well as polish left on my actual fingers.Also, Im in the nursing field & told him several times i needed my nails to be short. He continued to tell me I needed longer to look right. Last time I checked... No one else ever said they couldnt make my nails pretty just bcz theyre short.

Michael nicked me 3 times. He RUSHED through doing my nails. I was scared to ask questions because it would take his focus away and he would nick me again. He did an EXTREMELY sloppy job. Didnt clean the polish off of my hands. Polish coat wasnt even. Fast is good, but not at the expense of quality service. Went here out of convenience since it was next to the hair store. Big mistake, I wont be back. Wish I could give them half a star. Very disappointed because they seem nice.

I wish I would have read the reviews before deciding to get my nails done here. I’m a firm believer in giving people chances despite of what others might say but PLEASE believe the negative comments about this place. I waited for almost 2 hours and when lily did my feet she basically cut sooo deep into my toe I bleed uncontrollably for almost an hour. Now I have a blood clout on my toe nail. Please please don’t give these clowns your money.

He seemed in a rush decent work but its the little things. The drill was to high. Water was cold. Fine 2 stars...

I used to love this place. But there are new places popping up that gives this place a run for the money. They need to update this place. Upgrade the customer service. And try to compete with competition in the price area. Because if you have the cheapest prices and doing some what basic or okay work maybe you can maintain the business and keep customers. But yes I have moved on from this place.

Im have had several times were I go and wait and Im told Im next but someone that might have been there earlier waiting might have said they will be back and comes back right before they call for me they told me that she was here first she had told them she had to run some instead of letting you know in advance or honoring he fact that you sat there waiting or the fact that you have things you needed to do today as well but you didnt stop in and say youll be back. They have no type of system with there clients at all. I only go as last resort.

Mike the nail is very fast, fast to the point where he had three of nails bleeding. He always moving around in the chair...I dont know he seems a little gibberish. The place does need a major upgrade and they dont do any nail designs. I mean what nail salon doesnt do nail designs. The prices are reasonable but I will NOT be going back.

They do not do good nails at all, i did not revive the length i asked for and when they started to paint my nails i told them i don’t like the color if they could re do my color and wanted to charge me an additional $40 to take polish off of 3 nails for me to pick a different colorSAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SMOEWHERE WORTH IT SUS! THEY ARE TRAASSSHHH

Remodeled pedicure was ok not enough detail to cleaning skin on sides of nails. Polishing was on point

Did not get nails done. Tech had issues getting polish of my nails then tried to charge me more than the cost of fillin. Service sucked big time.

Dont ever come here!!!! They dont clean their tools and Michael the main nail tech. has filthy hands when hes doing your nails. He takes multiple smoke breaks and makes his customers hands smell like smoke. I made an appt and showed up on time only for him to tell me he cant honor the appt because more people showed up. Lily the owner is extremely rude as well. spare yourself and time.
