Came in to get my eyebrows done and was told 30min wait.. okay fine, she was doing a pedicure. The lady was done with pedicure and then she began doing her nails. Eyebrows take 5 minutes to wax.. common courtesy would’ve been to ask her client if she mind her doing my eyebrows while she picked her nail color.. but no I had to say something after an hour of waiting. Thankfully, the client said yes. I was so annoyed and if this place wasn’t my lash resort, I wouldn’t have came.Oh and she did a good job on my brows (only took 5 minutes to do). Just not like other places where the nail tech will squeeze a brow in because they know nails are TIME CONSUMING .

It was amazing, me and my mother went to get our nails and feet done for our birthday. They were welcoming and respectful, they made sure we liked our nails. The price was so worth it, we will definitely be back 💕

It was my first time there, and the man did a SPLENDID job!!! He sold me on the quality of his skill before he even applied ANYTHING to my nails! All he did was remove my prior set, and I was SOLD! (I had an attitude about being sold on him, but... hey! Quality is quality!)Anywho... he was a bit aggressive with my hands during the process, so I asked, Youre kinda aggressive, arent you? No problem. We moved forward. I asked him a question about polish at another point. He barked back, so I asked, You wanna fight. Dont you? He scuffed and went on to....FIGHT WITH HIS CO-OWNER!!!They had NO shame. Now... of course, they were speaking in that *hubbub* so only the wise eye/ear could tell because their faces didnt change. Their intonation didnt change. Not until...HE THREW ALL OF HIS MONEY IN HER FACE!!! THEN... it got REALLY real!!!! Laaaawd!Anywho, the WHOLE time I wasin there, I wondered why a shop boasting SO much talent was so darn empty!!! Made NO sense until.... well... you already know why!!! This dude is NUTS! Every since they took over they are so friendly and very professional and you can make appointment for anything bc where I used to go they were so rude but not these people I always love my nails and they do a wonderful job!!!

Under new management! Which is great I came in the past. Wasn’t to happy. Decided to stop in today and they have a new owner and workers. The customer service was great. My nails are beautiful and look healthy. I’ll be back

Randy and Tracy are great and very prompt my daughters, my sisters and I are all out with a couple of hours and that’s with fill in and manicures y’all go see them.

They are under new management... from the time I walked in I felt welcomed.. Randy did my nails. I showed him what I wanted and he gave me exactly that, even though he never tried tricolor ombré you Would’ve thought that has done them forever...he even gave me a discount! From work down to customer service Today nails has it down packed! I will be back!

Ive been coming here for about 8 months. Its been the best place in Arlington by far!! They do a good job, always helpful and dont treat you like cattle. She sits and does your nails. Great selection of nail polish. I use gel and its always spot on.

Under new management..the new guy running it was very nice and he did a great job on my nails. If you havent been in awhile, give it another chance :)

If I could give them no star I would.. Had to go back twice within a few days because my nails kept cracking and breaking and I could visible see my real nail through the ombre and I repeatedly told him to put in on a little thicker but he was not listening I was not happy and will be taking my money else where from now on.

Take there time and make sure you are taken care of I’m definitely coming back I have real bad OCD so for me to find some were I really will keep coming back to omg for all the people who work on there feet all day omg this is the place to go I’m Very satisfied

He always does an excellent job. i been coming here for a long time, and yes him and his wife always fighting or seem mad at each other. but i be like whatever i just want a nice manicure done😂🤣. he is great!

Had a really good experience with Lina ( I believe her name was?) nails were done well and she was super patient with me being on the phone the whole time trying to get my car fixed.

I have been here before workers were rude and would try to talk you out of getting what you wanted to have done, but new management is great they take their time and do a beautiful job I will be back.

If I could give 0(zero) stars I would because the lady (Lin) was horrible. Absolutely horrible service. I got gel French tip and there were a lot of lints stuck to my nails which I told her but she refused to believe it. There was a blue lint from the towel stuck on one of my nails and I showed it to her. Instead of just removing the polish and doing it over, she literally SCREAMED at me and yelled that there wasnt anything in there. She was like its from the brushes sometimes. She finished my nails and it was STILL there. I was absolutely appalled. Never going back. She was so rude and she knew it because when it was take for me to pay she said I didnt have to stay to give the tips.

I took my niece up here because our regular placewas full up, my niece ended up with a fungal infection all over her legs just where they put their oils and lotions on. Three days after we were there she was totally broken out and the doctor confirmed there was a fungal agent present. Dont go here.
