I’ve been a regular at Meticulous nails now for over a year now and they never disappoint! Ken is amazing and he takes the time to know his clients style and personality when it comes to nail designs. All of their staff is so welcoming and happy to help with anything! MJ always helps me in choosing the right colors I am feeling at that moment. Hannah their other nail tech is also amazing and has always helped me in getting my nails prepped for Ken and her clients always seem happy to see her. If you are new to the area or just looking for a new nail salon you should give them a shot they truly know what they are doing. I do want to let you know due to COVID they have been pretty booked the past few weeks so you might want to call a week or two ahead to get your spot.

Love this place! If your looking to have your nail last until your next appointment (whether its 2 weeks or 4 weeks) with every nail still in shape with no chip or breakage??? This is the place to be. Everyone here is so sweet, great customer service as well.

The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly!! Scheduling is super easy with plenty of availability. Most importantly, Hannah is amazing at nails. She is always ensuring that I’m satisfied with my nails. Everything is always clean and sterile, which is definitely a plus during the pandemic. Also if you break a nail, they’ll fix it for free. 10/10!

It was my first experience here and I have to say I was very impressed! The place was clean, sanitize after every guest and very friendly staff. They make you feel like youre a part of the family. They charge a cancelation fee of $45 of which is more than what my appointment was for -I missed a pedicure appt which is only $28.How can they charge for more than what your appointment was for??? Granted I missed the appointment and would not have an issue with a charge of $28 but I do have an issue with $45 ….I tried calling and even left a message for someone to call me and never received a return call . The receptionist is very abrupt and matter of fact.I spent a lot of money with this salon prior to covid … about a month ago I got a pedicure and it was definitely not a “welcome back we missed you” kind of treatment … it was more like “you’re not a regular anymore”. Soooo disappointing!

One of the nicest & cleanest nail shops I’ve been to. The staff are so kind and definitely get your monies worth! The pedicures are absolutely relaxing and several options for scents and scrubs. With the pandemic, they take extra care to sanitize and even the wax isn’t recycled. For nails they use the dip powder and a fresh set every time, which I prefer since I get clear nails.

Hannah is AWESOME! Today, I went & got my nails done, & one of their students (David) done my nails...NAILED IT!! They are just gorgeous!! I love Tye! She nails my pedicure, too! She helps me pick my colors....shes a sweetheart💚! Ken is GREAT as well. The shop is so welcoming. So sweet. Everyone is so attentive to your needs. I truly recommend them!😊

Excellent nail salon, friendly staff and clean facility. There are numerous options for a pedicure and each one is more elegant than the last one. I chose the citrus one that included a 15 minute hot stone massage. The pricing is reasonable. I had signed up for gel polish but was told my other polish from a month ago held up really well so gel wasnt necessary. Happy they didnt try to upsell me, they were honest. The music selection was calming and at the right volume. The massage chair was a blessing, it worked and worked well. Everyone wore their mask and you are asked to wash your hands upon entering.Very easy to book your appointment online and they took me in right away. I will be back to visit every time in in town for a visit. I booked with Hannah and was very pleased. Thank you for an excellent visit and experience.

By far the best nail salon I have ever been to. They are super friendly and personable. Not only that, they have high quality. They take their time with each patient and are not rushed when more customers come through the door. They ensure the shape, length, and color is what you want, allowing you to voice your opinion on any changes you need. Im not one to post reviews but this place I will say is hands down 5 stars and wish I could visit more (unfortunately do not live in town). First nail salon I visited since living here. I made an appointment and did a little research. Definitely a little expensive but worth the money and experience. Staff was friendly and attentive. Owners dropped by and also friendly. I got a pink & white powder dip and I was very pleased with how my nails looked. Mr. K did my nails.

Ive had my nails done at numerous places around town and have spent thousands of dollars over many years and by far this is the first place Ive been to where it is worth every single penny I spend. Hannah, Ken and the entire staff are absolutely beyond amazing. Hannah is fantastic at creating the look I want every time I go in there. The quality of work and attention to detail is unmatched. And I am truly hard on my nails so I usually have them break or crack at some point! I have no mercy on them!! I have yet to have to go back to utilize the offer to repair a nail if it breaks within 2 weeks, but Im glad to know it is there if I ever needed to!! I cannot say enough about this place!! Ive never found a great nail girl, I now I have found her in Hannah!!!

Oh my goodness, where to start... first of all Dwayne Gibson is by F A R the worst owner I’ve ever come across.... I wrote a facebook review after being treated poorly and was verbally threatened and harassed for my comment. He basically told me he wished I wasn’t a customer and that he wishes they wouldn’t have refunded me. The reason being is that I cancelled TWO hours in advance like requested but I didn’t cancel the way they wanted me to, why is that? Oh well maybe because they gave me the wrong form of contact through an automated message saying to cancel email here and I clicked it and just sent my email through that email listed instead of “on the square” like they wanted me to.... maybe if they want something they should change their information to the latest updated information so it is accurate and relative information.... I had a HUGE EMERGENCY that landed me in the emergency room and they charged my card without calling or texting me to see if I was coming or if I was OKAY....... I had been a customer since early August and never missed an appointment.... so I think there should have been some mercy or grace shown since it was not a no show but an extreme emergency.... I have told countless friends and others to stay away from your store and they have even gone on to post reviews and status’s regarding your unprofessional behavior towards me. Money hungry businesses will NEVER flourish. Remember kindness goes a long way..... so does word of mouth ;)

Hanna did a wonderful job on my finger nails and Lily did a phenomenal job on my much neglected feet. And one of the best things about the place is the product used.....it does not have that strong chemical smell most nail salons have. I will definitely return and recommend to my family and friends.

Today I went in to get my nails done. Hannah was extremely patient with me and did an excellent job on my nails. I was very indecisive and I felt like both she and Tye went above and beyond. Hannah tried the color on one nail before we did the whole set. She did this twice before I committed to a color. Yesterday and today Tye also worked very hard to help me pick the right color. She did a great job with excellent recommendations. After it was all said and done I loved my nails. These women are fabulous! I will be going again!

I brought my son in one day and they had popsicles for him.

I’ve had Hanna do my nails twice now, once as a walk in and once as an appointment. I was greeted immediately, offered a beverage, and felt genuinely welcomed both times. As a walk in, they were pretty busy but they got to me less than 10 minutes after I walked in. As an appointment, I was seen immediately. I got SNS on my natural nails both times and each appointment lasted about an hour. Hanna did my nails perfectly both times and I’ll be requesting her from now on!

Thankful to find this salon. All techs have years of experience. They seem to remember everyones name. The dipping powder is great, you can make it super-thin or a bit stronger if you are tough on nails, like me. I highly recommend booking online M-Thurs for a discount. 10% i think.

I had the Reflexology pedicure today and it was hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! They massage your feet for 35 minutes and the whole pedicure was about a good two hours. I would highly recommend if your looking to be pampered with put rushing, get the reflexology pedicure...it won’t disappoint and was worth every dollar!

Honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I came with a friend who raves about this place. I got the citrus honey pedi and it was incredible. The hot stones and massage were very relaxing. They set a timer for the massage so you know your massage is as long as the menu says it will be. The products are amazing too. The staff is wonderful and I will be back for sure!!

My gel nails last about 3 weeks before I have to go back and if anything happens before then they correct it quickly and for free!

I have been to MANY nail salons, but never have I had such amazing treatment as well as good looking nails. I had a TIMED massage on both legs and feet. To top it off!! They throw away every tool that touches your skin. Not a single thing gets re-used on another customer. Say goodbye to infections and hello to beautiful nails and a relaxing hour! Hannah is amazing! She is incredibly intricate and is a perfectionist when it comes to the finished product. For years I have stuck to black gel polish or a French manicure particularly due to my indecisive nature but mostly because I never trusted my manicurist to be honest about color. I trust Hannah, she will sift through the color choices with me and help me change it up. I get a different color ever time now, which may not seem like a wow factor to most, but for me its a huge change. Thank you Hannah!
