Tiffany does an amazing job. She has helped grow my nails from unhealthy stubs to natural healthy lengthy nails. The atmosphere is friendly and I have enjoyed every visit.

Awesome experience with Tiffany! Got a gel pedicure done and she took her time and listened to my needs! I scheduled an appointment with her immediately after my service. The atmosphere is very nice and clean as well. I am very impressed!

I has a fresh full set done a week and a half ago,and my nail already started to break lift,and pop off,I spent a total of$120.I ask the lady for a lipstick tip,she started to complain about what she couldnt do instead of trying,she finally tried,she did ok but I needed another fill-in in a week. I TRULY believe they used cheap acrylic and nail polish cuz my nail polish started to kill in one week and Im starting to learn with gel polish which they charge for must stay under the heat lamp to dry all the way properly. This is very disappointing.

This place was very nice and clean but I hate the way I was treated. I got in the chair to get a pedicure and an elderly employee asked what type of scrub I wanted and I told her. But i thought it came with the service. Then I got my nails done by a different woman which was cool. So once she got done, called another woman/employee to the nail table to make me pay right then and there. I felt completely offended because i saw everyone else get up and pay at the front desk. So i paid but i didn’t leave a tip because i didn’t would be paying for the scrub & i didn’t like how they were being rude. So they looked at the receipt and see i didn’t leave a tip. They spoke Chinese looked at me and started laughing. I will go never there again!

My nails aren’t the worst I’ve seen but they’re close, I’m a really understanding and kind person and I hate complaining but i was over charged after paying for nails I wasn’t even happy with. It was supposed to be $90 and I got charged $120. I called to clarify and they tried to say it was somehow my banks fault, when I complained about my nails they basically just said oh well. I will be disputing since they stole my money. For the price I paid what I received was terrible! They’re supposed to be matte but they’re patchy, lumpy and misshapen. I don’t appreciate the customer service I received when I complained.I didn’t get gel, it’s already peeling off 2 days later. I was told the matte top coat was and extra $5. This place is a disaster, not customer friendly at all and they’re thieves. Extremely unprofessional, I’ve contacted my bank and still have been overcharged.

Love this place, Ive been coming here for 3 years and they never disappoint. If I ever had an issue they fixed it immediately with no hesitation. Very good customer service.

Dirty and unclean practices. I had to ask about them cleaning the supplies. Saw the lady doing feet change multiple tips and put them in the basket. Girl next to me finished up a hand and didnt sanitize nothing before I complained. Nails cracked in two days and I went back to get them fixed. They looked at me like I was lying until I pulled out my receipt. She looked at my nails and started speaking their language and everyone started laughing. If my nails looked that bad in 2 days then thats a bad job on u. The same nails she fixed in a rush still is cracked. I wont be back.

I had a really nice experience here. The atmosphere was welcoming and quiet. I got a full acrylic set with gel polish. I also had my toenails painted. I am very happy with my nails. They did a great job and I will definitely be back. They took my temperature prior to service and staff and clientele all wore masks.

They always work us in right before they close. If you want a good pedi, get the man...he will rub your legs and feet forever!

Not my first review and probably not my last. I’m a repeat customer because I love this place. It’s clean and everyone is so friendly. They do a wonderful job from pedicures to acrylics or dip powders to gel. They can accomplish the shape you are looking for and help you find the colors you need. Tonight Mary did my pedicure and a full set with gel polish and a matte top coat and I LOVE IT! She nailed the shape and color I was going for. Thank you so much everyone at Riverside Nails!

More pros than cons and overall I would go back. My nail tech was so sweet and I LOVED how thorough she is. She really paid attention to detail and the process didnt feel rushed. A glass of complimentary champagne was also much appreciated. The pedicure was perfect in the sense that all tools came out of a new package. I got the deluxe pedicure and my friend recieved the standard. If I were to go again I probably wouldnt get the deluxe because it didnt seem like there was much more benefit and the massage wasnt special. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because an obviously pre-used nail file was used on my nails and the light for the gel nails was DISGUSTING. The moment it got bought out, it had a terrible smell. In addition, there was white nail particles all over it and just visible smears and grime. I would advise making it a point not to reuse nail files and to clean your equipment on a more regular basis and this experience would have been perfect! Over-all, friendliness and attention to detail matter most and this place excelled in those categories.

Great Nails Fast!!! Fast is always the key for me. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years now. I hate wasting time in the salon for a fill in. They should only take 30-40 min. But at many salons it can take an hour or more and my time is valuable. At Riverside Nails, my nails are done right in 30 min or less and Im dried, paid, and outta the door in 45 min total. And my nails look perfect. Every. Time. If you call ahead and schedule an appt, you wont wait at all once you arrive. The place is very upscale inside. The staff is friendly and customer oriented. They have classy music over the speakers. Low lighting. They will offer you a drink. Nice and relaxing atmosphere over all. They also have a wide variety of colors and brands of polish to choose from - not just the typical 20 diff reds, pinks and purples with a few unique colors thrown in you get at many salons. Im very happy I found this little gem in Riverside.

My friend and I sat down and there was a band-aid on the table from a past client. Mind you, he picked it up with his bare hands. The bandaid should’ve never been there to begin with once we sat down. That’s gross. Don’t come here.

I was a new client yesterday the second I walked in I felt at peace. Salon is very nice, clean, and safe, staff also made me feel special. Jenny my new nail tech, did an awesome job EXCELLENT results. My nails are beautiful 10 mins later at my next stop sales person there just kept complimenting my nails color & shape they just look so natural.

This is my friend Kathys favorite salon, we dont live on that side of town but she drives all the way over there to get her nails done. I went with her this last time and it was a good experience. If she asked me to come back again Ill go with her.

I came here after getting a full set of gel nails two weeks prior, so I got a fill-in which was lumpy and thick. My next visit was two weeks later for another fill-in and the tech Johnny slayed my nails. He said they are to thick and made them nice so this was a Monday. Here it is Friday my ring finger broke then Saturday my middle finger popped off. SMH! I have never experienced a broken nail in my 20 years of getting my nails done. So I go back to the Salon that Monday come to find out my sister nail broke to....how funny was that because we got them done at the same time and place. The owner told me my nails was to long that’s why they are breaking, child boo go somewhere with that. Anyway she fixed my nails and my sis nails for free and I will not return because every visit I spent over $120 each time between my daughter and sis nails. I just don’t like how they treat US!!!

Horrible service. One of the nail ladies made 3 of my nails bleed profusely because she cut too deep into my cuticles. She then tried to act as if it didn’t happen and did not apologize whatsoever. I then pulled my hand back to stop the bleeding and she tried to grab my hand back, invading my personal space and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I left and no one else tried to help stop the bleeding until a few minutes later as I was waiting for my friend to finish. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and I SINCERELY hope I do not get an infection in any of my nails/fingers as a result of carelessness. I wish this photo reflected just how bad it felt and looked as this was only after I held a paper towel to them for about 10 minutes.

Yesterday was my first visit. I did not receive a quality pedicure. The massage consisted of a few calf rubs and some toe pulling. The gentleman talked a lot and would stop massaging while he talked. When I left, my heels looked worse than when I came in. They were rough with big flakes of skin hanging off. Yuk! I had to go home and finish my pedicure. I also noticed he used cuticle clippers to cut the calluses on the bottom of my feet. I had deep ridges that had to be smoothed out. Not a good value for me. The place was packed. There must be some talented stylist here. Ask for a recommendation before you go!

Ive been going for a few years now. They always do a great job on my nails.

Worst pedi ever!!!!! Water was cold, tech was rushed, rough, and kept cutting my skin. Did a poor job of snapping my nails and didnt clean them properly so polish rubbed right off. I have previously had two average and one great pedicures here but after today I will not return.

Awesome Service

Ive been going to this place for years. Stayed with them after 2 management changes. I moved and havent been in 2 years.Im back on this side of town and i went back expecting the same service and it wasnt.It was all new staff. And older staff. Like 50 and up. I like the job done on my nails but it wasnt what i asked for ( gel pink and white) i was charged $60 for a pink and white ombre- overlay. Like, no design, no manicure, no false nail applied. And not being told its a specialty so its $60, till after service was given and payment was needed to be collected. Omg, so, $30 for a pedi (which i got the classic for $22 or $25) and paid $60 for pink and white. So $85 for nothing spectacular. I wont be back. I will look for another place on this side of town. If i was in my younger years, i wouldve caused a sence damanding a refund/ strongly implying redo it. But i will never be back.

I went to get a fill in Wednesday two nails came off that same day. Went back Thursday so they can fix it, of course they charged me. Went home and the next day two more lifted and cane off. I spent money that day in there and tip the two ladies and the guy who did my brows. Smh it’s not even a whole week yet and I’m in the process of taking all my nails off because they all lifting and falling off anyways! I hate this place I won’t be back!

First time here and it was really nice! The nail techs were really nice and the salon is very spotless. The nail tech working on my manicure was very gentle with me. She removed the cuticles without causing me to bleed. She also cut my nails nicely. Also, when I asked her to do a certain design on my nails she comply without a single problem. My nails looked very captivating! Best services Ive had at a salon!

This place is amazing! I went in to get my manicure and it was just a wonderful experience! The tech did a wonderful job of exfoliating, filing, removing the cuticles, painting and adding designs on my nails. She did it perfectly. Didnt mess up once! Now thats what I call a good services! My friend brought me here today for the very first time and honestly i had many positive experiences about this place. We got greeted very well by the owner and staffs when we walked in and that made me feel very happy. The interior was super clean with plenty of comfortable chairs and space. They had a huge collection of gel color so customers could have many different choices of color. They did clean up everything after every customer. I had Gel color service by the sweet lady who really took her time on me. The color on my nails looked just so beautiful. The price was cheap for high quality products they used on me. So love it! Definitely be back soon.

The place it very clean && beautiful on the inside well kept up. The people are really nice, I got my nails && toes done here. The water was a little cold I like my water very hot!!! But either than that its a very comfortable clean beautiful big spa. They do nails really good && they seem to stay on longer my toes was beautiful as well. I recommend!!!!

Ive been here three or four times. The first time they did an okay job; not great, not terrible. Whatever. The second time was the same. Walked out not unsatisfied, but there were some noticeable flaws. Within two days, nails were chipping and one came off completely. I went in to have them fixed. Fine. Nails chipped again within a few days. The nail they repaired wasnt even close to the same length and they were kind of hostile about fixing it in the first place.Its clean. I guess its got that going for it.

This nail salon is really nice. They have a huge collection of gel and polish colors to choose from.  The salon is clean and organized. From the last time, I saw the owner and her staff clean up everything after every customers. Besides, they had awesome services with professional and friendly technicians. The lady worked on my nail took her time for every detail of my nail. So love it. Highly recommend this place.

This place was very quiet and calm. It was big too! I loved that the staff wasnt too chatty with each other. The music was soothing and their work for a classic pedicure with gel was well done!

They do a good job. I would recommend making an appointment if its the weekend. More often than not I can call about an hour before and they can fit me in. Staff is super usually super friendly.

I went monday 1pm ish with a friend got a signature pedicure. Which is supposed to be one of the best. It was horrible. I’m having to fix my feet today. It was the worst. The people act money hungry and they didn’t even clean my toes like they usually do, or push my cuticles back, clean out my toes nothing. My polish isn’t even on all the nail. I will not recommend to anyone. It was the younger guy who did them. For 40$ my feet should feel great and they don’t they actually hurt. They are worse than before I went. Wish I hadn’t went there

I got the best pedicure Ive ever gotten in the Riverside area here. Its very clean, comfortable and theres plenty of colors to choose from. 2017Dropping my 5 stars to 3 from the service I received about two weeks ago. I did a pedicure and a gel nail. The technician had forgotten to do one part of the pedicure, went back to do it and then didn’t complete it. The gel is not even 2 weeks old and already chipped, coming off three nails and discolored. 8/2019

From the moment you walk into this salon you feel special. They ask you want you want and direct you where to go from there. The supervisor walks around and checks on her employees. They offer you drinks and constantly make sure you are OK. I got a pedicure and a full set from here and I will definitely be coming back again.

First time here and i know that this nail salon will become my go to nail salon from now on!!! The entire staff was so cute and nice, they warmly greeted me with smiling face which is always a plus. I had regular Mani/Pedi done by a sweet lady who was very easy to communicate with. She knew exactly what she was doing and made my nails look so fantastic. So loved it! The price was reasonable for what i got. Overall, i was very pleased when i left. Highly recommended!

Theres two nail salons in my neighborhood almost across the street from each other and I have tried them both but my go-to spot that I will be using will be Riverside nail. The decorations are so bizarre its just worth it to go and sit in there and look at it. The staff is fine the very nice they do a good job and go over and above trying to please the clients. Its clean which is always an issue for me in these nail salon, nice massage chairs and the pricing is right

Visiting from out of state while my husband was on job interview so I stopped in for an herbal pedi. The staff was friendly and professional, and the pedi experience was fabulous! If hubs and I relocate to this area, methinks this place will have gained a new customer!

I went here for the first time today for a pedi and powder dip on my nails. Pedi wasn’t bad but the powder dip was awful. I had an older gentleman do my nails. I’m pretty sure my actual nails are completely destroyed with the amount of drilling he did on them. He also hit my skin with the drill about 8 times which was painful and I now have a couple cuts. You can see every brush stroke on the topcoat and there’s bubbles. I had to go out to my car and file them because they were so uneven. Waste of money. Will not be going back. Now I have to go spend more money and waste my lunch break tomorrow to get them fixed.

My toesies needed some work! The crew treated me right! A nice, clean place with amazing massage chairs, and a fantastic leg and foot massage. Oh yes, and the toes look awesome! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have been a customer for @ 4 years & am always please with the service, friendliness. This in my opinion is the best salon in Jax and my favorite of all time. You will be as pleased as I am!

I use to be a loyal customer here. But as of lately I would make appointments on the phone with one person and by the time I made it there they would say no appointment existed and tell me to return the next day. The last two times I have been there they have done a sub par job and my acrylic gel nails have popped off. Its very upsetting because I use to love this place.

I’ve given this salon two tries.The first time I went, the man doing my nails cut two cuticles and accidently sprayed me in the face with the alcohol bottle multiple times.The 2nd time I went to remove my acrylic nails.The woman began snapping my nails all without soaking them and then proceeded to use another acrylic nail to rip off the remainder like a bamboo shoot.I’ve never been in so much pain. My nails are bleeding and badly damaged, I left crying without getting them redone. Maybe pedicures are more of their thing, but acrylics are an absolute no.

Customer service was welcoming and the establishment was nice unlike a lot of crummy nail salons. The technician did a good job too. I gauge quality by how long the gel manicure lasts and I can get three weeks out of a gel mani when I get them done here! Id go back

I am reluctant to even give 1 star. I went back 6 days after a full set was put on to have 2 nails that were lifting redone. What a hassle! $3 nail to repair but recommended to fill instead to fix all. BUT they were still going to charge me for $3 a nail for fixing the 2 that didnt last?! I ended up getting the repair only. Keep in mind thIs BS was after already spending 60 on 2 pedicures just minutes before. Speaking of which, my feet were not Even treated completely. 👎 so disappointing. I spoke kindly to the mgr while checking out and he literally looked at me and said ok by bye didnt care in the least he was losing two customers. I will not return. Ever. Happy Nails across the way next to Tijuana Flats, is a much better option. They care about THEIR customers!

Mommy,continued to nervously mess up my GEL FRENCH MANI /PEDI,she would touch or hit one while putting the polish and gel on. She kept putting more on to create circle of indents in the polish. it took her 2 hours to complete this, My lines on my toes and fingers were crooked and uneven, my nails grows pointy she kept rounding them until half of my nail were gone. She left cuticle skin around my fingers.My 8 year old granddaughter could have polish better! Im new to the area, first pedi/mani here it will be my last one at this shop for $65.00 ! terrible service. They do not do threading as this website states! Im a good person, and believe in tipping, but I felt cheated with this service...I left her 8 dollars, which she didnt deserve !

Well organized, plenty of nail techs, took time to make sure everything was done right. VERY CLEAN you saw them scrub each pedicure tub and open fresh tools for pedicures.

They charge me to do what they wanted to do I ask for an oval shape they gave me a pointed shaped nail. I told the nail cake that I did not like it he told me that he could not take them off and finish my service with a very rude and disrespectful attitude. I did not want to call the same so I paid and left I called back 5 minutes later to tell the owner that I was very dissatisfied and if they could soak them off and just polish my real nails that would make me happy they politely told me they would charge me an extra $10 what a way to start my Valentines Day off thank you guys I will never support your business again

Pedicures are ok- good depending on who does them. NEVER get an eyebrow wax. Ive been several times and it doesnt matter who does the waxing, they take most of my eyebrows off. I dry specifically ONLY cleanup, do not shape them, and every time they do what they want.

They did get me in on a Sunday it took long for a classic regular pedicure and she cut me a few times so it wasnt very nice. The massage was weak and thats what I go in for. Then the burning after i was cut from the scrub and alcohol and fingernails. Not a very good experience. She may have been new.
