Nich did the best job of a traditional manicure that Ive had in a long time. Didnt skip any of the steps and paid attention to my cuticles and cleaning under my nails. Her pedi was fantastic as well. Ive found my nails salon home after a year of looking!

First time going to a nail salon for a Manicure and the guy Sam not only did an excellent job on my gel nails, but he helped me understand nail terminology too and he was very nice. My pedicure was just as great. Service was fast and I will be returning. So glad I found this place.

I love this place! This is the only place that Ill go to get my nails done.

Ill start by saying this place is extremely health conscious and clean. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. However three days after my pedicure my feeth looked like they needed a pedicure. There was very little exfoliation or actual scrubbing of my feet which is most of why I go. The bottoms of my feet did not get hardly any attention.

This place does a pretty good job and is popular among locals. The staff was well meaning but the language barrier was making it really difficult to discuss services. Prices are also not posted anywhere. I got a mani and pedi for $35.

Needed my nails done last minute and didnt think Id have time the next day, so I picked a place I could go on my lunch break. They were very friendly, and did an excellent job on my nails. And very reasonable price!Edit: its been 4 weeks since I got my nails done, and aside from one nail breaking while cleaning, they are still in perfect condition. These are, by far, the best gel nails I have ever gotten!

Sam arranged for my family of five to get pedicures and manicures for my niece’s wedding. It was a wonderful experience! All of us were able to get pedicures and manicures at the same time because he had scheduled more technicians. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and attentiveness of all of the technicians. I would highly recommend this nail and spa.

I have been a regular at San Marco Spa and Nails for several years now. My most recent visit was yesterday. Lately I tend to leave there more and more dissatisfied with the services I pay for. The last 3 visits I have had the same nail tech for my gel manicure - she is in such a hurry that she is constantly nicking me with the drills and missing vital points of the manicure like properly cleaning my cuticles and filing my nails. I am sad to say that yesterday will be my last day as a client. I will miss those few sweet people who genuinely are happy to see you and take their time to provide a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

They were crowded but fit me in anyway. Lots of returning locals, even a mother and daughter. They broke out wine for one of the customers who was having a bad day. There were laughs and a friendly feelings from everyone. Im just visiting but would love to be here all the time.

DO NOT GO HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCLEAN. I came in with my mom and sister while on vacation for a girls day out. My sister and mother got pedicures and I got a pedicure and a manicure. It was a wonderful experience until I developed five ingrown nails. I am from out of town and cant make the drive all the way up to Jacksonville for them to look at my nails before issuing a refund. They cut my nails too short and filed them a third of the way around the bed of the nail causing feathering in my cuticles and ingrown nails. They refuse to give me a refund because I cannot drive to their salon for them to look at my nails. I will not be returning. The utensils arent sterilized, my manicure was rushed and I left with bubbles. The refusal for a refund is just adding insult to infected injury. $65 wasted and pain to boot? Dont go if you need to use your hands for anything.

I love this salon! All the employees are super friendly and have always remembered me by name, even after just one visit! My tech is Lynn and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go anyone else! She does amazing work and I know she takes pride in her work. She stays late when I come after work and genuinely doesn’t mind and always takes time and care. I get compliments on every mani pedi and I always tell everyone to come here. Lynn and everyone at San Marco Nail and Spa are the best!

I went there TODAY and I explained clearly I needed my nails fill in and toes polished. I also told them I was on a time crunch. The lady insisted I would have enough time. She painted my toes for ONE HOUR and then told me no one could do my nails Sam had appointments and the other lady had to leave and get her son . I was a regular but I will NEVER be back . They treat there customers like they don’t NEED money . I even shared my concern and they did no care.

The ladies were extremely rude and not welcoming when my friend and I walked in yesterday. We were told to come back at 1:00 which was understandable since they looked busy. It was their unprofessional attitude that really bothered me. I was not rude to them but politely said thank you and left. We went to another nail place and we got our pedicures in a much friendlier, professional atmosphere. I would not recommend going to this place to anyone.

My wife and l go there all the time. They are really nice and do excellent work. They are also great with our 2 girls (9), (10). Very friendly staff and will fix your nails if anything is wrong with them.

I received the basic pedicure today and it was great . Emily took her time and talked to me about my toenails and her calf massage was the best I had in years. Ill definitely be coming back

Visited Jacksonville for the 4th of July and realized my feet were jacked for the beach. Had a wonderful deluxe pedicure. Recommend it! Very good. They offer water, soda, and wine also. A plus.

This was my first visit and they were amazing. I like to change designs often and usually find the nails i like online and show the picture and want perfection lol. Sam did my nails and he did exactly what i asked for and flawlessly. They were very accomidating and the atmosphere is relaxing. Everything i look for in a salon.

Asked to get an American gel manicure. She painted my entire nail white & I thought maybe shes just doing this a different way than Im use to. Nope, she just had no idea what the heck an American manicure was and did it wrong. Stuck with this polish for 2 weeks now. The rest of the staff thought it was hilarious she messed up & they still charged me full price for the F up. Never going back! Idiots.

This is the best nail salon in Jacksonville. I have moved away from that side of town and still make the drive and the time to go to this salon. Sam is great.

Made an appt today for 1130am. Arrived at 1125 am only to be told I did not have an appt. another customer found me in the appt book. Then I was told I would have to wait for 20 minutes. I was on my lunch break and couldn’t wait.. What is the point in making an appt if they will not honor the appointment time? Very Frustrating! Poor customer service skills

Amazing Job! Very detail oriented. I had less than an hour and needed both a mani and pedi and they accommodated me by doing both at once! They were very careful and thorough on my cuticles which were ragged and rough. I got a natural polish manicure and it has lasted more than 5 days with no chipping. I have also had a set of gel nails done there and they look very natural, not too thick like some places tend to do.I would definitely recommend this place. It is quiet and never crowded and the bathrooms were clean.

It was a Friday morning and I was searching for a nail place close by.. I tried two other locations when they had just opened and neither were willing to take a walk in.. (one being completely empty when I went).. walked in to their shop and it was fairly busy but they took me in less than 5 minutes. I got a gel pedicure and dip on my nails.. both were done well. The staff was extremely friendly and I had an overall good experience. The prices arent posted anywhere.. cost is average to other locations.
