YALLLL!! Vivian is literally the BEST in Jacksonville. Not only does she take her time and is very clean she also is very friendly and I have never been disappointed with a nail set by her. She gives honest feedback on color choices and asks periodically if I am satisfied with my nails. This is your sign to cheat on your nail tech :)!

This was my first visit to this salon and I was a little nervous to try a new nail style. Vivian did an amazing job and I have been getting compliments all day! My daughter received the sloppiest gel manicure and pedicure from this salon. The nail technician did not paint all the way to the cuticle, did not clean the excess polish on the sides, and left polish all over my daughters fingers and toes because she kept hitting the wet nails with her fingers.The technician could not communicate in or understand English. My daughter tried to get her to fix the nails and paint all the way to the cuticle, even asking another technician to translate. The other technician looked at my daughters nails and responded that a gap was required for gel manicures.The manager was not in the salon when we paid for the service. We called the salon the next day to complain and see if the salon would fix my daughters nails. We were told that the manager was not in, to call tomorrow, and that no one was in charge when he was not in the salon.Skip Polish Nails & Spa if you want good looking nails and quality service. The employees at this salon dont care at all if you leave satisfied.

This was my first time coming here and Vivian was amazing!! i paid $70 for a full set with designs. definitely recommend going here and seeing her. I didn’t have to wait for more than 10 minutes. very impressive

I come here to get my acrylics done and I am very particular regarding shape and minor details. Lee does not disappoint! The filing, the ombré, the nail designs, he is able to re-create any design you bring to him. The salon is definitely my go to, and whenever I am there, I am sure to get my brows and a pedicure done as well. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating and the place is very clean: definitely recommend!

Finally found a nail salon with nail technicians who listen and love what they do. Jasmin did my nails and was amazing. I also noticed another nail tech next to me Rashanda who did such a beautiful job on another ladies nail. I am definitely coming back to either of them.

This is my favorite nail salon in all of Jacksonville. The salon is so professional with staff that are always accommodating and exceed my expectations. I go to Vivian who does exceptional nail art. The art is always beautiful, and she is always able to make a picture come to life. I wear very long stiletto nails, yet they have never broken since I started coming here. I really believe this is the best service in the city. I am very grateful to have both beautiful nails and know such kind hearted people who work at Posh.

This picture was the 2nd trip. Still with the same color as it goes with everything. Nails had grown beautifully but I actually bent one backwards and broke my natural nail below. Gel polish held everything place. Redo on nails with all trimmed low again. Loved that the staff remembered me already.

They recently got new chairs, one of those includes a child size chair! My four year old had a blast! My deluxe pedicure was extremely good, my full set came out very cute and pretty is much more better what Im asked for .

The basic pedicure is AMAZING! they did a dip manicure and sealed it with gel! It was my first time here and brought my mother in law who also loved the experience. We paid $300 for two gel pedicures and two sns powder manicures. But the experience was definitely worth it.

Vivian did great on my nails! She did everything I asked, was very professional, and I love them. This is my second time here and they never disappoint.

I was really impressed with the look of the salon - it was nice and clean and very well organized. I got a pedicure that was amazing but the gel polish the tech applied was applied on my cuticles so it peeled up within 8 hours. My dip manicure looked great but within 6 hours nails were popping off. The tech was very friendly and I enjoyed the time, but for the money I spent I’m disappointed with the outcome. Will be going somewhere else to fix what is messed up.

Went for a manicure before my vacation and ended up getting a mani and pedi. Originally I had a full set that I wasn’t too happy with and Lee made my vision happen! After many bad experiences over the past few months I decided to try POSH for my nails. The first time the guy looked at them and critiqued the last person pretty harshly. He fixed them and they were completely amazing. They were long and shapped how I liked. This is the second time going there and honestly I was unsure of Vivian (the current nail tech) only because she was someone new doing my nails. She took my tips and did them how I said I wanted them. I am pleased. They are a little pricy but you are paying for no wait time, great customer service and a quality job.

I’ve been three time, saw someone different every time and loved it. They take time on you and shape perfectly. They did everything i asked and the fill and pedi came out now I wanted every time. I love the way they did my cuticles.

This place has some amazing techs, absolutely fantastic work which you’ll see attached to many of these reviews. Unfortunately not all techs here are built the same. My friend and I went together, her with bare nails and me with previous polish. My nails were done at the same time as hers despite the extra work needed and they turned out fantastic. Hers were cut and filed unevenly and covered in dips, divots and bubbles (note it was gel polish so it wasn’t that she hit anything with it). We didn’t notice how poorly they were done till we went outside otherwise we would’ve taken to time to say something. We paid the same price for completely different outcomes.I will acknowledge that we didn’t go back to give them a chance to fix her nails so it’s entirely possible they would have corrected them. But still felt the review was warranted because they looked at her nails and still felt they were acceptable enough to send out.

I decided to treat my mom out to get her nails done and most places around here dont do the correct steps, treat you right, or offer everything. This place has it all. A wonderful lady named Van did my mothers nails and theyve never looked better. A key note, this is the first place out of the others that we have gone to that place a protective coat on the nails before polishing to keep your nails strong. I will be coming back very happily

They have the worst customer service ever! The door says walk-ins however, if someone come after you and their service cost more they will tell you they no longer have time to help you. The Manager walks away from his customers for long periods of time. I do not Recommend this nail salon at all. They have more people only qualified to do pedicures then they have qualified to do nails. I had to give them one star just to leave a comment however they deserve no stars

My second time going to Lee and I must say he is very good. I was very skeptical initially going because the other nail salons I have been in Jax after a week my nails would pop off. Very frustrating!! So I told Lee if my nails say on Ill be back. 3 weeks later my nails were still on!! Whoops Whoot! So ofcourse I went back to Lee!! Second time showed him a picture of a design I wanted. He actually made my nails look better than the design I saw. I highly recommend Lee. He is busy so make an appointment. Lee does not do pedicures. Thats the only thing that I do not care for. I am more accustomed to the same person to do my full set and pedicure. So Im still trying to find someone there that I really like.

I have been searching for over a year for a nail salon that is comfortable and has amazing technicians. Vivian helped me with a fill in and waxed my eyebrows. My nails are so beautiful, and she actually helped me choose a color. I frequent nail salons, but have never felt welcome. I felt more then welcomed and the salon was well light. One thing I noticed is a pedicure chair for a little girl, princess themed! I am beyond excited to take my little girl here when she is old enough. I have never been more pleased with my nails ever!!!! Thank you so much Vivian!!!!!

I called the salon before I went in to see if they had time to take me for a full set and pedicure and the lady on the phone told me yes. I did not leave the salon until 3 hours later, which is understandable because they were busy, but by the time I ended up leaving it was past their closing time. I would’ve come a different day if they were upfront with me about how truly busy they were. For a full set I was charged $75 and my total ended up being over $100 without tip. The prices are outrageous and they are not upfront with how much things are going to cost. I will not be returning because although they do a good job, $75 for a full set is a straight up rip off. As I was walking into the salon, another woman was walking out of the salon after being cashed out and whispered “wow I will not be returning” while looking at her receipt. I recommend going to another salon with much better pricing and more communication to truly care for their customers!

Had an amazing and relaxing time at Posh Nails. Shaya did my nails and toes perfectly. I couldn’t be anymore happier! I finished with him this morning and I’m getting compliments left and right. Will definitely be there again soon.

I came here because of the all amazing reviews, and left completely disappointed. Starting with non cleaning procedures due to Covid-19 at all, to a terrible job in my nails. I can tell the tech was getting a little annoyed when asking him to just cut them shorter and shorter. Not everyone can have long nails! Im new to the area, and Im sure Ill find another place.

I went almost two weeks ago to get my nails done doing the dip powder (sns). Everything was fine for a week. I’ve never had my nails chip and cracking. Plus for no added tips on the nails or extra services $47 is a lot more than many places I’ve been to, especially when it shockingly only lasted a week. Honestly felt ripped off.

My nails look horrible. Once I told her I was not paying $15 extra for gel, she just sped through the mani. My friend came with me and the man tried to get her to buy gel too. Told her the regular polish was only going to last one day. Poor customer service. Wont go back.Update - 7 hours later and my nails have chipped 😒

Made an appointment for my daughters birthday. We drove out 45 minutes and waitited in parking lot. Noone was there. A tech arrived and also waited outside. 15 minutes and still no one there. Called another facility across the street to see if they had any openings. Thank goodness they did

I LOVE coming to Posh and won’t go anywhere else. It took me a few years of bouncing around places in Jax to find this gem, but I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is relaxing & everything is so clean. Vivian always manages to do exactly what I want (which is hard because I’m indecisive) and is so kind & professional. The price is hard to beat for the top notch job & consistency you get every time. There’s even discounts for referrals. Highly recommend!!

This was me and my boyfriends first time coming here and it was so great! I loved how the person who did your feet was the same person who did your nails too. They were quick but it was really good! The prices are not too high either. Definitely recommend and will come back! They also had a great selection of colors.

I walked right in on a Saturday and Vivian and Amy took great care of me. I got a soak off and full set with dip powder and a pedicure. Amy did an amazing job with my pedicure. Where do I even start with this review. Firstly, the place is not clean that was my first hint to go somewhere else. I was the second customer to come in that day and there was acrylic nail dust all over the table next to me. Moving onto my nail experience, I came in with SNS powder on my nails (no tips just dip powder on my natural nail) and for job purposes I had to change to clear polish, so I did a regular manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was average, barely the use of tools but it was a regular pedicure and I’ve noticed places really don’t do much for regular pedicures anymore. Now my issue is with the manicure, I bought a manicure and wanted clear polish. What I got was a nail trim with clippers and a clear base coat. The shaping of the nails are horrendous are have sharp corners and there was no evening of the nail at all. No cuticle treatment. Then to top it off they charged me an additional $5 on top of the manicure price as a “nail shaping” fee. I am assuming this was because I had powder on my nails but it was never explained or told to me, I just happen to see the fee on my bill when I was checking out at the end. She didn’t even take the time to remove the powder properly AND there’s still globs of the powder randomly on my nails! Nails weren’t buffed, they aren’t shiny with a clear coat. Absolutely terrible, definitely would not recommend.

I was not happy with the quality of work. The gel nails were painted over my skin as well as very bumpy. The technician was very unpleasant and I was not relaxed the entire visit. Very disappointing and disturbing 😞. Very sad that one person can disrupt an entire business. Others have had a good experience their. But I dont plan to return.

Vivian and Ana were phenomenal! They were so hospitable and courteous. I wanted a free-hand design but my phone died and couldnt show them what I wanted.. then a man who worked there, pulled his own phone out to see what I wanted. The person who answered the phone was great too. Took a last-minute appt, I was 3 minutes late, and they greeted me and sat me right away. The whole time was very relaxing and ill keep going back. Very poor customer service. They recommend booking an appointment but I still had to wait for 40 minutes. Jasmine is Great, she did my nails few times but the owner and whoever was in charge was very rude and not professional at all. I booked an appointment with jasmine but they didn’t tell her so she was not available. Billy, who did my nails did not even clean after his last client. He rushed and did very poor job. I do not recommend this place!!

I have been a customer of Lee for over 10 years. Once he moved to this location, I swore I would not drive that far to get my nails done. I tried a couple of other places and they just couldnt compare. Finally decided to make the trek to that side of town, and quickly realized why I have followed him for so long. He does amazing work.
