If I could give no stars I would. The nail tech made me bleed. When I brought it to his attention he got irritated. Worst coffin set I have ever seen. Then he made me pay 55 for making me bleed and the Worst coffin set other. I do not recommend. When I questioned the price both men were rude and unprofessional. Then said this was a $55 set. Mind you I normally get a pink and white ombre and pay 60. Worst place ever. Poor customer service. I will continue to give this place bad reviews

Over priced for a poor job, Went to get a fill-in with gel paint and my toes painted only with gel. Set down at station 2, was a rushed job, gel polish bulky and nails was filed after being painted.

I attempted to get a pedicure around 6:55 p.m. on a Monday evening. I came in and let the lady who greeted me know that I was looking to get a pedi. She immediately sat me down and there were plenty of others who were also being services. She gave me the menu sheet and asked which pedicure did I want and she suggested number 3. I let her know that I just wanted the regular pedicure. Every since I entered she was shouting across the room to the other workers and as I answered her about my selection she must not have heard me... so she asked me for the 3rd time and then I let her know yes I would only like the regular pedicure and I told the gentleman who had sat down to work on my feet. Already she then asked me did I want gel color for my toes insinuating that that would be my choice. I told her no, I would just like regular Polish. She told me if it needed up - they wont fix it for me because theyre about to close. Needless to say her harshness, forcefully and ultimately rude demeanor caused me to leave. Feet wet with no services. Ill never return. Im sure theyll not worry about my lack of business bx my peyote patronize rude service markets like this establishment on the regular.

I went to get my nails done for the first time with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DEREK! He didn’t give me the nail design after I corrected him twice! Then when I went to the front, they wanted to tell me yes it was he just used a different color. The entire set is not what I wanted. The only gave me 15. Dollars off. Didn’t even correct him. Horrible experience and won’t go back

They dont listen to your concerns, they tell you what you think you want to hear. I paid for a eyebrow wax and they were using the archer more than waxing, I wasnt pleased with the results

Overpriced!!! They charged me $25 extra for an hombre fill in that was already $50 to begin with. They didnt want to use any of the white powder without charging extra.. but she filed it down when beginning so it looks old and is now thinner than to begin. Do not recommend. Other salons have better prices and attitudes. Use to be an alright spot. Now they think theyre above the rest and charge for any little thing.

I normally only go to JT, but he was busy and had others waiting so I used another nail tech. Never again!! She was very rough and after I started bleeding she just put some kinda liquid on the cut (hopefully alcohol) without saying anything. I got my eyebrows waxed and some lashes put on just to try something new, and I swear the lady was trying to put my eyeballs in the back of my head😤. After I was all done, I realized I didn’t see anything being sanitized they just move on to the next person twisting them in awkward position while doing multiple services performed by multiple people. If you go ask for JT and tell them only one service at a time!

I went to get a pedicure and a gel nail polish for my nails. The person that did my pedicure did not put my feet in the water. Scrubbed my feet dry. Did not put any oil on my feet once finished. I only received oil on my legs. My entire pedi lasted about 5 mins. And my feet do not feel as if I had a pedicure. But my polish job was good, pretty color and evenly polished. But unfortunately I will not be back.Also, my friend wanted a design on her toes and after multiple attempts she ended up having them to just remove the designs. The nail polish was so caked up, even after it was completely dry the nail polish came off as soon as she put her shoe on. It was awful. If I could have, I would have given zero stars

Prices were kept quiet although I kept asking to my surprise a full set medium lens ombre was 120 this isnt an upscale nail shop no wine no extreme decor old chairs wasnt happy will not be returning

I found a new nail salon! I only gave 4 stars because I have only gone once but my nails are beautiful. The customer service was attentive and they were not rude. The prices were posted on the wall so not sure how they can change the price. Its efficient service and they were able to do ombre in multiple colors. The guy I had was fast without being rushed and I got a through job done. I will be back!

I had my lashes done here and they looked okay at first, a little off but no big deal. The glue was burning so bad and the lady didn’t take her time doing it, the glue was all clumped on my natural lashes. Next day my eyes are hurting so bad I had to get them taken off. Now I’m missing eyelashes and have irritated eyes. DO NOT GET THEM DONE HERE.

Horrible attitude when u change ur mind before the gel polish is cured I could only imagine what she would have done if I actually had the gel polished cured. Yanks your hand when mad. will never come back again.

I do not recommend this place for eyelashes. I got my eye lashes done at this salon. They started lifting so I went to get them removed. My REAL lashes were gone! I was livid. I didnt know what to do. So I called my ophthalmologist and they wanted me to come in right away to make sure there wasnt an infection or anything going on from the glue. My eye dr told me that my eyelashes didnt just come out, they were singed as if someone burned them off. He told me it was from the lash glue that they use. Not to mention they were put on sloppy because they are always in such rush to get someone in and out. They dont care how you look when you walk out of there as long as they got there money. There prices actually change every time you get a service done.

The princess patch spa for little girls wasnt available & my regular nail tech was booked. I happened to be on this side of town so I went here. They were over crowded so I thought that was a good sign but These people are RUDE! their prices are normal I suppose. I dont mind price as long as quality & service are good. They rush you. People pay good money for such lousy service. Ill NEVER AGAIN GO BACK! & she painted my toes sloppy. (But my babys turned out cute).

Very over priced. Grand daughter asked for white nail polish. They said a pedicure was $25. The person doing her pedicure did not tell her she was using help polish and charged $40. RIP OFF. NEVER AGAIN

Went to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done. First time i ever been some where and got them all done at once. I hate to go some where when all they care about is money and not the service its self. My. Pedicure was less then 10mins but was $38. My nails are bleeding, have lumps, not completely polished, not filed evenly, and its bubbles all in it. I Went back in to get it fixed and he started filing very hard and when he was done he got up then just walked away. My by eyebrows still have wax. My daughter was suppose to get regular polish and since i wasnt by her they gave her gel and made me pay for it when i told them regular polish for her nails. I hate that i wasted my money in such a poor and rude place. Never again!!!!Got my nails and toes done Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning both of my pinky toe gel was off. My nails are getting caught on everything because of the gel the dripped and they didnt file.

Nina just slayed the hell out my brows. First time here and I am usually very hesitant about getting my brows done at nail shops but due to time constraints I decided to give them a try. She did a great job and LISTENED to me when I said just clean them up and a slight arch. My brows are still thick and now fabulous! I cant speak on how they so nails but NINA can do some brows! ❤

Last Sunday, I had no choice but to come here because my baby shower was that day and I wanted gel polish on my toes and nails. (My shop was closed.) The job was done very sloppily but I had no time to press the matter. I left. 3 days later, the gel polish on my nails started to chip. Today is Sunday, exactly one week later and I have 6 nails that are chipped ever so slightly. My gel polish usually lasts a whole month or more where I normally go. Never again.And yes, the prices changed out of no where. I paid $52 for gel polish on toes, nails, and eye brow wax. I was under the impression gel polish was $20 on toes and nails with $7 for eyebrows totally $47. I was told it was $5 extra charge for polish on toes..... Again, I didnt press the issue. I will not return.

I am new to the area and this has been the worst pedicure I ever had... the older man who started on me was hurting me so bad drilling the gel polish I already had on off, he was burning my toes due to the drill being on high. I had to request someone else to take over cause I was scared at this point. The younger guy who took over was not any better he was rushing and he did not even use all the tools in the box!! I have had alot of pedicure to know what should be used from a basic to a deluxe... But that was not what got me writing this review... the manager of the shop.. smh... when I came to him nice and calm just to give feedback cause I thought people care about there busines name in 2019, however I was so wrong... not only did he try to justify my feelings he also ignored me put his head down and was on his phone like I was not even there.. these days Im not going back and forth Ill just write a review so people like me that are new to the area can know before they go...

😞 I have to open up a black owned spa. Its very disheartening to see so many black women being treated any ole type of way and they are OK with it because its Asian people. Black women would not take this kind of treatment from other black women and we wonder why we are at the bottom of the money chain! The lady tried shave my eyebrows. If I wanted my eyebrows shaved, I would have stayed home to do it. These people have no customer service. The lady did not even thank me. So I did not tip her and I usually tip. Ladies I will open up a spa just for us. And the customer service will be A1. You will be treated like the royalty I know we are. We have to stop supporting others.

Customer service could be better but overall they do a good job. Just a little rushed on Saturdays. Much better if you go on weekdays.

Worst nail salon ever. I was in and out within 30 mins for a pedicure, fill in and brows. Which is not a good sign to me. I couldn’t enjoy my pedicure because it was rushed! My polish on my toes look so uneven. They did my pedi and fill in at the same time. Then when they was polishing my nails they did my eyebrows at same time, which left my eyebrows uneven and lopsided. I went to go pay and told them my eyebrows was messsed up. He said okay I’ll take 3 off. No apology no nothing. $3 to mess up my eyebrows wow! I will not return, bad customer service and horrible service

I had been going to this salon for years & usually have a great experience but not this time. I Recently Visited Spa Nails This Past Saturday 5/12/18, First The nail Tech i was refered to Cut my pinky on my right hand while trying to remove my gel polish. I was livid! I informed the manager & she promised she would take care of it. She then refered me to a different nail tech who was a bit more gentle but he did a horrible job with my gel polish. The moment i left the polish on both my thumbs started to bubble & chip away as well as my index finger. In all my years of coming to this salon I’ve never had an worse experience in my life. I spent $109.00 I’m this place for a gel fill-in, pedicure, & gel polish change(for my toes), eyebrow wax, &IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!!
