I usually see a specific person, but the location was super busy and I had to see someone different. I hate this set. My nails werent cleaned up, one broke in less than 24hrs, and my nails are already separating from the acrylic.

I really like this place even referred other friends here. I will say for some reason the gel polish did not stay. But I went back in and they fixed it no problem wouldnt even accept the tip from me and you get free wine with certain packages which I did and I only had one glass and my friend that was with me didnt get a package with free wine but she wanted a glass and they gave it to her and didnt charger since I had the package so I thought that was really nice of them they just go above and beyond

I like Evie nails but today is the first time I experienced BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! As soon as me an my mom walked in we were rushed! We just wanted our toes polished. I got my eyebrows waxed as well. But while we were sitting down. Two of Evie workers was talking to us in a nasty tone. The worker I had got loud with me about finding a color. I told EVIE about it all she said was the workers get like that when they’re packed because they have to move to the person. She gave me a “sorry” which to me she didn’t really care. I feel like we are the customers! Idc how packed your are have some customer service and respect for your customers. Just want the money but it’s us as the customers that have to pay you guys for service and to be treated like that I don’t think we are going to return! As the owner for you to give a sorry that isn’t good enough for me! Very disappointed!

Not a cheap place but nails from here never last. No conversation the entire time I was there and the wax tech double dipped 😳😬😨 The only Pros here for me is being able to walk in with no apt, hours of operation, convenient location, and the ambiance is nice.

Everytime I go here I am disappointed. Last time I visited was about 2 weeks ago. Two days after I got my nails done, one broke. The time before that I had an issue with the polish colors not matching. I always get gel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. The color I chose was supposed to have the SAME color in both gel and regular polish. After leaving the salon and getting out in the natural light, I noticed a drastic color difference....

Over charged for services. License is being checked through dbpr. Worst pedicure ever and just wanted basic French tips for my toes and fingernails. There is nail polish still today on my skin. No filing or shaping done. I was treating my daughter and granddaughter to manicure and pedicure, as my daughter has cancer. No attention to details at all. License had a photo loosely applied to a print out of a license. Never again. $70 charge for the 3 adults and $20 for the child. I think a mani-pedi states $40 on their pricing. Even adding $15 more for gel polish would be $55, not $70.

Very basic, high priced. The French tips on my toes are all different; thickness, and arch. The sugar scrub they used on my legs was literally scratching me, my friend with me complained as well. The day after I have scratch marks on my legs. I had to ask the lady to get my ingrowns out although it’s listed in the pedicures description. The hot towels were way too hot she just wrapped me up in them without testing the temp on my skin. My tech also didn’t know any English. ☹️

The worste they dont even deserve a star. The doctors nor personal that I have worked with care about their patient only care about cash flow. My first visit I had to wait 2hrs in uncomfortable chairs increasing my back pain. When I met Dr. Bremer he spent may 5 minutes with me. I explained my pain was along my entire spin, shoulders, neck, hips,legs and left arm. He order a CT with contrast only for the neck. My second visit I met a whole new Dr dont remember her name. She reviewed the CT told me problems gave me no solutions, and then order another CT for the rest of my back. A month goes by no call from their office to schedule again just like the 1st CT.The 1st CT the schedule at the wrong office with couldnt support the test, had to reschedule my own CT at the correct office, wasted a day. The 2nd was schedule for today and they only order the lower back I refused to come back and do it a 3rd time just to get it right. Left the imaging service after waiting 1.5 to find the wrong order was placed. They just want you come back a many times as possible so they can bill your insurance.

So did my fingers and toes today. Gel polish pedicure and nail fill with gel polish to match $70 for both. Spent about hour and half there. Good selection of colors. Pediatric was amazing and very well done. Great location for me. Recommended to all my westside friends.

I really enjoyed my first experience at this salon...they have 12 pedicure chairs and 12 employees at those chairs. 18 nail booths.

Precautions were being taken. All ppl inside wore masks. Even was accommodating when i moved down due to the tech attempting to sit me in the nail station right next to someone when the end station was available. Its been over a year not getting nails done. It was worth it.

This was my first time there and it was PHENOMENAL!!! Excellent work, great prices, nice people. They arent very chatty but they are REALLY BUSY so if youre looking to chit chat, you may not like them. But I like a polite greeting, do my nails, massage the heck out of my feet and let me go! 😁 Will definitely go back in a week or so for my touch up. ❤❤❤

Today was my first time and probably my last time going here. I signed in appropriately on the iPad at the kiosk and requested a pedi and mani. I recieved my pedi and was escorted towards the front where the dryers were and then left there. I looked on my slip and it clearly said pedi,mani and yet, I recieved no manicure. I then addressed the woman who serviced me and then she escorted me to another seat. Another worker then told me to move to another on the other end of the salon. She asked, full set? I said no, just a regular manicure. She then became furious and started yelling across salon. I am not sure what she was saying but she was angry. Then she told me to move, didnt say where. At this point Im trying to reason with myself as I need my nails done for my event tomorrow. The initial woman who serviced me had moved on to help someone else and then was prompted to continue working on me. While cutting my cuticles, she a bit too deep, I started bleeding. My nails were cut extremely short (the damage was done so I couldnt reverse what was done). I paid. I left. I honestly dont believe I am going back. The other patrons seem to be regulars and enjoyed their time there. I took pictures of my nails as well. I hope they are helpful.

I have been looking for a go to nail salon, ever since I came back to Jacksonville a few months ago, and I found it! I had the pleasure of Tai doing my nails, and I have to say, for the second time, since Ive been getting my nails done, for 14 years now, he got it perfect the first time! I only had to explain once, the shape I wanted (squoval, but others STILL left them too square in the past) and he knew EXACTLY what I wanted! My new go to salon, and I will be booking appts with Tai! by the way, I have to add, that this is only a few days after the salons started opening since Covid-19, and as busy as they were, he still did a great job!

Very sad. This is my go to place! I went in for a mani and a pedicure for my birthday 2 days ago, my toe nails are PERFECT! Exactly how I wanted them, french with gel polish. Now my nails on the other hand, were not done in gel, which I had asked, now they are chipped and missing polish 2 days after getting them done. . Very sad and upset. This is not what I want for my birthday.

So rude. And I don’t want to see nail techs taking a nap on pedicure chairs or talking loud in their language on the cell phones. Yuck

They are always friendly & use clean utensils. Definitely my go to place.

I’ll be honest and say sometimes the nails look really nice. I’ve given this place quite a few times just to see if it’s one tech but I’ve had maybe two good experiences here out of ten and this will be my last time. I told the tech I only have partial hearing so I needed him to repeat something and he just exclaimed “oh my god!” And shoved my hand under the lamp because I wasn’t ‘putting them in far enough’ and then started speaking to the other tech honestly felt so disrespected. I try to be as polite as possible to people as I work in the service industry but I’ve had too many techs be straight up rude to me over the most inane things. I won’t be coming back and honestly would recommend checking out another location.

The tech did a great job on my pedicure. Everyone there was friendly, and practicing safe social distancing. Mask was required.

Very rude would not let my mom in there with me and im a minor, was pulling my hand very hard, got a attitude with me when I would pull my hand back. I would not recommend this place she did one of my hands right and the other very badly not the right size. And to big for my fingers

We set up an appointment for Sunday at 9:30, their hours say they open at 12 but we confirmed that it would be open when we got here. I drove from beach blvd to be here by 9:30 for our appointment and sat for an hour waiting to see if someone would show up and no one did. This salon is obviously VERY inconsiderate with people’s time. Maybe don’t schedule appointments over the phone for sundays if you don’t plan to show up.

Nail salon is not the same. Alot of new staff who does not seem to be in the business for the right reasons. Pedicure took 1 1/2 hours. Staff first painted the wrong color, then could not get the French manicure (which I first asked for) correct..so she kept changing the polish. She changed it a total of 5 or more times. She did not scrub my feet nor apply any type of moisture on my feet. When I walked out I was very dissatisfied but still paid full price. I did complain to the owner, but it did not go anywhere. Unfortunately with me being dissatisfied and with the staff changing I will not be returning.

Do not go here!!! I just spent over $100 on a pedicure and acrylic set, and a week later I have had 4 nails pop off! I will never waste my money here again. The nail glue that I’m using to replace these nails is lasting longer than the actual set. The staff was rushed and very rude!

Avoid the young lady at table 12 (last table on left side/isle). Rough, mean and rude. If you dont do as she says (and you probably wont because she communicates by pointing at things and making head movements for yes or no) she will roll her eyes at you and treat you like an idiot then starts venting and complaining in her language to the coworker next to her right in front of you. I asked her why she had to be so rude but she kept looking down. The manager asked me how was the service so I told him about her. He responded sorry she doesnt speak English Ill pick someone else for you next time. Well, there wont be a next time. It has happened twice with her and she continues to be horrible. The other bad reviews on here due to the rude or rough nail tech are probably referring to that same lady. Everyone else seems to be okay however, Im done with this place.

Was a good experience but a few days after my pedicure I got an infection in my toe nail.

I had high hopes for this place after a few people recommended it and I could not have been more disappointed. The technician that did my nails, although very nice, cut 3 of my cuticles so far back that I could not stop bleeding! I was horrified! I asked for a pedicure and was escorted back to a pedicure chair where my nails were filled, some polish thrown on in haste and I was then ushered to the front drying chair. Thats it. No foot soak, lotion or otherwise. I left so disappointed and will not be returning.

Its a nice salon but they rush you as fast as they can which leads to poor quality I got a full set hasnt even been a week one has popped off very thin acrylic application also got a pedi and it was about a 15 min pedi I would never go here again dont waste your time or money

I paid for a basic manicure that was supposed to include cuticle trimming and a hand scrub. All I got was nail shaping and filing. I picked a nude color and they gave me straight up pink. The polish is thick with an untidy outline at the base of the nail. The technician was a little quiet and seemed very annoyed each time I asked her to repeat herself. I can do better nails than this at home by myself.

I went to this nail salon last week. I wanted a gel powder thinking I was getting something different than a regular acrylic nail. Come to find out its basically the same thing as an acrylic nail they just use the name gel powder to make it sound better and charge extra for it. The guy didnt shape my nails the way I wanted them even though I showed him an exact picture. Wont be returning.

The nail technician that I had was very rude which was disappointing to me because I was nice to her the moment I sat down with her. I didn’t say much because she seemed unfriendly but the whole time she did my nails, she was being rough and it seem like she was in a rush. When it came to cutting the length of my nails which I told her I wanted them short she charged me $5 more. Now i didn’t have a problem with the price because I wanted my nails done anyway but In their salon their price for a full set is $20. I asked her how come it was $5 more when my nails is short and she told me that’s their rule. At the end she told me to dry my nails but she kept walking over to me like I was going to disappear. I told her the money is inside my phone case. she was really aggravating me. when she took the money she said “your nails are still wet but you’ll be ok” then asked me to leave. but she didn’t do that to other people. I felt like I was being rushed out the salon and I haven’t done anything wrong. I definitely wouldn’t be going there anymore and I wouldn’t recommend this salon for anyone.

So Im lazy so go to the closest salon. Ha! Nope I travel to Fleming island for my hair so beauty folks are exception. Evie and her family of Employees are the best! Always friendly, asking what I need. Funny it can be months since I showed my face. But they know what Im after.Odd part; they tell you umm that toe or finger nail needs a doctor appointment. They are ruthless about care and tell you when its beyond just a petcure or manicure. Truthful care. Love it!

Very pleased. This salon uses pedicure bowl liners which I grew accustomed to living in Dallas and I appreciate the extra sanitation. They also have dipping powder or nexgen or sns as I think they call it here available. The massage chairs for the pedicures are some of the most comfortable and soothing Ive ever sat in. My only complaint was that there appeared To be a minimal color selection and the techs could have been a bit friendlier, but no big deal because I dont like to chit chat too much anyway and I get french. They also use the dreaded cheese grater for callous removal but I simply asked her to use a stone and she did. All in all a good experience and nice looking salon

I have been going here for 4 years off and on. The pedicure chairs are comfy. A liner is replaced after each pedicure, sterilized tools are opened prior to each use. Clean, and friendly.

Wonderful staff! Ive been coming to Evies since 2012 and have never had a bad experience. Ive since moved further away and I always make the extended drive to come see Evie. Great nails, waxing, and I always love the OPI Pedis. I even talked my husband into going with me and they always make him feel comfortable and not out of place being the only man in the salon. :-) Highly recommend this salon!!

Evie is one of the nicest people. I do not understand some of the bad reviews and Im a difficult person to please. I always leave satisfied and happy. Go to Walmart if you are that unhappy. If ever I was bothered by something i said I dont like this and it was fixed. People who are good at their job are busy for a reason.

This salon is overpriced for the mediocre skill level. Some processes are good but nothing is outstanding. I can say that I come back because they appear to be the most sterile of the salons Ive been to but the inconsistency with the work is my concern. Theres a 50/50 chance you will have blotchy polish that isnt neat and on your skin, cuticles that are untouched, and overlays that are lumpy and irregular. Im still searching for my go-to shop in Jacksonville and unfortunately this shop isnt in the running. The owner Evie did my SV powder treatment for the first time and it was just ok. My nails were irregular in shape and the powder was not smooth and even; something I wouldnt expect when your name is on the shop. If you decide to patronize this business, do so only if youre comfortable correcting your tech.

This place rushes through everything. Ive had half my eye brow cut off there then told my eye brows ere like that prior to my visit. I was so horrified and embarrassed and didnt even recurve am apology, instead I was told i was basically lying. Even when easy and simple nail designs are never even close to what you asked for. I never chose difficult and intricate designs. The fingernails tips are crooked and have noticeable uneven surfaces and thickness on each finger nail when you have the acrylic nails applied. Same issue occurs when you just get an overlay of acrulic on your natural nail. I settle with their service when I dont have time to go to my usual salon. I finally decided after dozens of visits to this salon that it wasnt just a of day, just bad service.
