Love this place I go for gel manicures and pedicures. Ive never had a bad experience. They just updated their salon and it is so beautiful and relaxing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Just got my manicure done and will be going for pedicures next week with friends. Thank you for my amazing nails you guys never disappoint.

I’ve been going to this place for about three years now and the quality of work and customer service have gone down tremendously. Jake and Nate used to do my nails. Jake disappeared without a word and Nate only gets tossed “the favorites” now. Nate tends to rush now when other nail techs yell at him in their native tongue. You can tell he gets flustered and buckles under pressure - causing his work to be sloppy - and making the service times longer. Lumpy nails, crooked, different shapes... yuck. Henry now does my nails and is absolutely amazing at his job! Wouldn’t trade him for anything... but that establishment is trash now. They don’t take appointments (even though they say Yes when you ask if they take appointments over the phone and “schedule you for your time”) and will literally help everyone before you. It’s a madhouse. The stations are not clean, nails bits and powder all over. I’ve seen nothing sanitized unless by Henry or Jake - not once. The girl with the red hair (it’s faded and growing out now) is NOT friendly. She’s more concerned with gossip and squeezing in customers than she is with doing quality work. She’s messed up my eyebrows THREE TIMES and each time I’ve had to correct her and it takes her 3+ tries to fix them. She’s on her phone with her feet up when I sit waiting for service. No one mentioned “closing early” when they’re not even busy... it’s a mess. Henry, I’m sorry, but I refuse to put my dollars into a place that doesn’t care for its employees and customers.

I don’t understand how they going to say one price then you get something done then all of a sudden it they going to change their prices, won’t recommend. My sister got something simple no design or anything and got charge 55 but then I got something Else done with the short nails and just one letter on my nail and I also get charged $55 when I could’ve went to see another salon and they are would have charge me 45 for what I got done today.

Top pick was a fill and gel paint design paid $40. Bottom was a complete new set and gel paint design was $70.

I love coming here. The staff is fantastic and they do an amazing job. My only issue is that they do not offer appointments. Unless you arrive just as soon as they open, plan on waiting more than an hour to just get a seat to get a fill in. I have had to go other places because I often just simply don’t have time to wait over an hour. I think if they offered appointments as well as walk-ins it would be a much better situation for those of us that have jobs and other things to do than sit in a nail salon half of the day.

Asked for one specific color and got two different colors on my fingernails and toes. Neither of which was the color i asked for, didnt offer to do anything about it. Manager did nothing to compensate for their mix up. Still trying to understand how a basic pedi with regular polish and a full set no designs with regular polish costed $82.

Every time I have went to this nail salon I had a great experience!! I was happy with the results of my nails every time I get them done there, and they were always so nice! I cannot wait to go back! 🙂

Full set with gel polish was $37. The workers are really nice every time I go. If you want to go when it is not busy, as a local, I have learned to go on off times-for example: payday (1st & 15th) and weekends are a NO GO. If you want time with your nail tech go on a Tuesday when they first open on a week that does not land near payday.

The one that did my nails did them so thin !!! two days after getting the done, 4 of them broke. she fillled them for at least 40 mins and made them so thin. she asked who did them before like she could do a better job ! will definitely be my last time

I went here to have my nails done again and as always Kate was amazing. I wanted to try something with a little length and a pop of color. Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, totally disappointing. Did a poor pedicure. Took no interest in trying to make it right. Manager fought with the customer. The manager left customer sitting with feet in the water while she did eyebrows. No explanation just said she’d be back. This is the manager. Customer service is non existent.

I’ve been here a few times. I get the dip nails and I love love love them. There was some black stuff on my nails and I didn’t even notice it but my nail tech did and fixed it right away! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I haven’t tried many of their services but I will in the future. All tho it is a smaller place, they handle a busy flow easily. Only wish people around would control their children so it was more of an enjoyable experience this time. Would recommend.*** 3 months later: I’ve tried other services and I’m still in love with this place. My husband gets pedicures and his feet are very sensitive, however they do such a great job he doesn’t even complain.

I paid for my nails to be all the same... 100 dollars for toes and nails but when they were done my nails were all different lengths... so I returned and had them redo my nails from scratch and they charged me 5 more dollars!! There is too much competition out there for you to be that petty you charge me extra to redo nails you messed up on!! Not to mention MY time!! I sat here 2 hrs while you messed up and then another 2 hrs to correct it!! I should have charged you!!!

It was a good ambiance i got in super quickly and it over all was not terrible it was clean that everyone was super nice. My issue was that i wasn’t very happy with my services and i said how i wasn’t happy and nothing seemed to be done about it. I saw a beautiful picture of a pink and white fade that was done there and i want that same quality and it wasn’t even close the tech was a sweet girl and she did a good job but she didn’t prep my nails very much. Im going to try again on a less busy day and see what i get.

I went here after a horrible experience at Regal Nails in the Yopp Walmart.I was a walk-in and they had me seated right away. My nail tech had to remove my polish, and then remove my acrylics. She told me the cost of my visit before she continued, so I knew what I was paying for, just in case I wanted to change my mind. She was very nice and told me she loved her job. She continued being very gentle and precise on my nails. I will not be going to a different salon. I asked for coffin shape and she gave me exactly that and they were perfect. I got gel on top of that and the gel is applied thin (not heavy and uneven) and looks very good. I ended up paying $47 and I am satisfied with the price considering everything I had to get done. If youre looking for a very gentle, kind and precise nail tech, go to Lynn at Lee nails.

So I’ve been going to Lee nails for over a year now. I went in on a Thursday around 3 pm. It wasn’t busy at all. It took her 3 hours to do my nails toes and eyebrows. I left after 7 missing an event I had to be at at 6. Instead of someone helping me that could do the service I was asking for they gave me a technician Im assuming was learning or practicing. Worst nail and toe job ever received. Mind you my service cost me 100 dollars. I am super dissatisfied with my service. Not a good look for someone that spends that much money with their business every two weeks. Sincerely very dissatisfied customer

Paid $40 for dip powder let them know I was not satisfied and was told that with dip they only dip your nails they don’t push back the cuticle or shape the nails. Not to mention I called asked to speak to the manager and was asked why and they told me if I didn’t like my nails I can go somewhere else and not to come back there.

I havent had my nails done in 6 years and after reading reviews for our area, I decided to this place a try! I am so glad I di! I am so happy with how my nails came out and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!

Magnificent pedicure! They even offer you something to drink so that you can relax even more. Very respectful staff and a great experience. The price is right and there is never a long wait. I would definitely go here again to get my nails done!

Today I went to 2 nail salons before I ended up at Lee Spa & Nails. Unhappy with each ending result. I was so angry and didn’t want to spend more money but could not go home with what I had on my fingers. I want to say thank you to KATE and everyone at Lee Spa & Nails. They were very nice to me. Kate though...is my girl. She hooked my nails up and did exactly as I requested which was a just good job, even with a good paint job. People pay money for good nails and it’s frustrating to walk out with pure junk. Thank you Kate for giving me what I paid for! I’ll be back. I recommend this place!

I am visiting from out of town. I checked the reviews for a lot of places around my parents house. Lees had average reviews so I decided to take a chance. Prices are a bit higher then I pay in Florida but she explained the value to me. She took time to check what I wanted and explained how she could give me exactly what I wanted. She kept asking if I liked what she was doing during the whole session. I left a very happy customer. My nails have never looked so good. She made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I wish I had this salon back home.

I had Tracy do my eyebrows and she did a great job. Other than that I also got a pedicure and I wish they woulda put a top coat on but meh

When I brought my daughter here to get a full set I thought the price was a little high, but then I brought her to get a fill and they charged me damn near the same as a full set. I will never come here again. This place is a money pit with prices that are not set so they charge whatever they feel like.

Quick service and prices are reasonable. Would recommend scheduling an appointment thou. During the summer months they get extra busy due to the increase in requests for pedicures on top of manicures. Recommend them.

I’ve been coming here about a year now until my last visit I won’t be coming anymore. I always paid around 60-65$ for a full set and pedicure and it cost me up to 80$...I loved coming here but not anymore. They say they take appts but don’t, and even if you call at 4 to come in (they close at 7) the deny you. Really sad.My last full set didn’t even go to my cuticles!!!!

I just went in there April 5th 2019.I had a young girl do my nails, along with me was my one year old daughter who “thankfully” woke up right as we sat down to get started.The girl did Amazing with my daughter, and didn’t show any sign of being frustrated or upset I had her with me. She even played with her while Doing my nails.My daughter was moving around a lot and my nails are still almost perfect. Any “imperfections” were caused by my daughter, the lady (apology for not remembering her name) was very good and gentle. Not a singleTime even with myDaughter being difficult was I nicked by a toolJust based on the kindest and understanding of the women doing my nails I’ll be going back for sure.The quality was great, we didn’t wait long and it was a nice atmosphere.Thank you.

First time, as soon as I came in i was seated and worked on immediately, got the dip powder manicure and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them to! Definitely will be coming back, only reason I don’t give 5 stars is there wasn’t a large selection of colors for the dip powder.

This is, by far, the best nail salon in Jacksonville. I have tried nearly 6 or 7 others and the quality at Lees surpasses them all. My favorite go-to guy is gone which is unfortunate.. But its still a great salon.

Always SO polite and friendly. Very talented manicure, pedicure, waxing, and nail designs. Spring for the paraffin and massages; they work better than Valium ever will to relax you, lol.

The girl with a short hair cut is a bit rude. Its hard to tell them what you like, because they dont understand English very well, which is not that big of a deal. Its upsetting they dont do anything but basic nails, no special requests available. When they messed up, they said they would fix it for free, but then charged me $10. The girl with short hair has some type of fungus on her finger & left it exposed while doing peoples nails (including mine). I wont return back there again.

I took my mom and wife so the 3 of us could get pedicures today. All 3 of us felt like we were walking on clouds after we received the #4 pedi treatment. We are all in agreement to have our next one done here.

Got here 3 hours prior to closing. They only had one other customer in the salon. I felt like I was on an assembly line being rushed out so fast. Will not be returning.

I have been going here since they open i only see 1 person when i go but not only 1 time but for the 3rd time the mgt. Would ring me up and my price would change from what it was for a pedi which is 25.00 (regular pedi)with no paint just pedi she chares 10.00 more when i told her its 35.00 she starts talking in her language and her husband will state what he feels the lady that did my nails told them its 35.00 and they say im mgt. I will price then i asked for proff of pay (i paid cash) and she told me they dont give a receipt for cash so needless to say i will not be going back there again

Worst customer service Ive seen when you walk in you have a lady the back yelling can I help you. There was guy doing my wife feet and he left in the middle of it to take a payment. She also received a nail service the attitude of the lady would have made you think my wife stole from her she did not deserve the service she was given. I want to explain my problems to the owner so that he or she, knows what is going on with the certain individuals who care for the customers and leaves them un-happy.

I was so angry when I left So terrible nails I never had! And so much money !!!! It was so dirty, nothing cleaned, everywhere dust from nails.

My nails were chipping from day 3. Also, got a $35 pedicure that ended up costing $55. Extra charges were not disclosed until the pedicure was done and I was paying. Ridiculous!

Do not go here. I was cut on the side of my toe and the person doing my nails stuck his dirty nail right into where he over cut and then took the paper towel with the blood on it and just tossed it right on top of all of the supplies.
