Honestly, go anywhere else.I called and asked for their based price. When I arrived I told them what I wanted to get done and even gave them a picture, everything was fine.They skipped many manicure steps and I was willing to overlooked it because the technician seemed tired.But once we began to add the color/design I reminded him 3x total that it wasnt completed ( only added color to the bottom not around the whole nail as we previously discussed).That was fine because it was added eventually.Once he was done I went to the counter to paid and was told a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE...I asked for an explanation and it was given poorly (didnt add up). They threaten to remove my nail if I wanted the original or even a more reasonable price.The customer next to me recommended a different location because she believed I was being targeted and felt overpriced herself. Another person nails had crystals, glitter, and many design elements and was being charged $110, which made sense. But my nails... take a look at the picture and decide for yourself.

Kevin is the very best I have been coming here over a year very professional and it was the first place I’ve been where my nails don’t lift. Kevin will make you feel at home and he takes his time. Tell him Hope sent you..you won’t be disappointed! 😉

My sister gets a manicure at this place a lot and results were beautiful every time. However I got a pedicure here. The older lady asked me which one I wanted recommending the more expensive ones while covering the cheapest one which is like 26$ I am a mother so this is what I can afford the woman was noticeably annoyed that I did not choose the other ones and practically screamed to the other employees. Still left with rough feet and the exfoliate they put on my feet. The nail polish had faint lines on my left foot probably needed another coat (like 3 of the toes) the other ones were fine. I could do a better job with exfoliating at home. Point is you have to pay for the extra 30+ pedicures to get better service or have already have naturally good feet.

So many color options and so many fun options to add whether it’s glitter, stones, or actual little butterflies or hearts. They do amazing every time. I love it here. My nail technician is Ben, he is very detailed and patient, he does my nails perfect every time. I have followed him from River City to St Augustine and will go wherever he goes. They are all nice. Anne does my pedicures, she is the sweetest she is very accommodating. I am a loyal customer. When I bring my kids they offer them drinks, and are always nice to them.

Everyone at nail time is absolutely fabulous. The quality of their work truly shows as I wanted to see how long I could go without any nails lifting or breaking. I went almost a month and there was no damages at all. I came back because they are very friendly, attentive, and skilled. I am extremely picky about my nails and how they are shaped so hopefully this review helps someone looking for perfectionists. They have treated me like a queen every time I have gone in. I love it.

Poor costume service, Gel nails peeled after a week. They said that is only a three day guarantee then I had to pay $2.50 for each nail to get fix. I asked for the supervisor and they told me they don’t have one.

She is always so nice and really listens and pays attention to detail especially with any nail design inspiration I bring to her. This was by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I came In to get a fullest For a trip I was going on I few days later. By the 2nd day of my trip 6 of my nails were lifting 1 came off completely. This was exactly a week from the day of service. I came Back to KEVIN (nail tech) on the Tuesday I returned and yelled at for not coming the day it Happens.Kevin was Pulling and slinging my hand. Going back and forth about a week7 days to 10day when I returned and why I didnt come in when It happens and waited 3 days later. Again I was out of town and I came in a soon as I returned.The level of rudeness and professionalism I experienced is beyond crazy. This is not a place I would recommend until Kevin gains more knowledge of customer service and work on his attitude.

My friend recommended I go here, but when I reached the location there was zero parking. Which is not the establishments fault but then I get inside for an appointment at 6. The person, Kevin, that I had the appointment with was working on someone else. After 20 minutes of waiting, he started a full set on someone ELSE... if my appointment is made at 6, why am I being seen at 7? I asked the kid at the front and he said he didn’t know what was going on. And then no responded when I asked if I was gonna have to wait on that person, too. I just walked out. Not only that, I saw at least 5 people waiting on someone for either a pedicure or a manicure. Completely unprofessional.

Kevin is a great artist. I flew into Jacksonville from Cali to get my nails done by him. I am very satisfied with his work. I recommend all to give Kevin a try. His English isnt all that great, but his art is wonderful and worth the price.

Like everyone else said, Kevin is SO GOOD. I don’t know what he does, but he is so good at shaping nails. He did a beautiful rhinestone design as well. This place is a little more pricey than elsewhere, but Kevin makes it worth it.

This is the BEST spot. I can’t figure out how to do pictures but Ben is my nail tech but honestly Kevin is super talented Mia is on spot as well. If you want quality seriously come here. I spend what I pay for and my nails last at least 2 months and I’m a server so I’m not easy on them and they still are on not loose at all. Such talented nail techs.

The powder dip was good. The pricing was quoted on the phone differently when it was time to pay, it was more. It was difficult to understand the male who answers the phone.

When nail salons opened back up due to the pandemic, my regular nail tech retired. So I needed to find a new nail salon. I stumbled into this nail salon and boy have I been happy since. Im always leery of who gives me a pedicure due to my neuropathy in my feet, but Anne does a fantastic job and NEVER nicks me. She is my go to person for my feet. I bounce around between Ben and Mia for my nails. They both have extreme talent when it comes to nails. I have brought my mother in law here a few times when she is town and she loves it. I brought my granddaughter last time and she got her first full set and let me tell you......WOW were they awesome. Fair pricing, but I dont mind paying a bit more for superb service and product....If I could give them more stars, I would. Thank you Mia, Anne and Ben for always taking care of my nail needs with professionalism and a smile (even behind the mask) LOL.

I am very particular about getting my nails done because most of nail saloons never do the job properly and always rush. After try and try I finally found this great nail time, with a super kind and hard work staff in a great environment. IDK how this place has such high reviews because when I came to visit my first time, I had two major issues that have made me decide to never return (and Im a super easy going person. You have to really mess up to make me upset)1. The place was disgusting. I was the first person in the building when they opened at 9:30am. And when I was sat down, the table I was at was COVERED in nail dust from YESTERDAY, or who knows how long?? And many of the other tables were too. Do they only choose to clean up after doing someones nails once a week?2. You can tell if a business cares more about money than caring for their customer, and for this place it is definitely money. The proper and least damaging way to remove gel polish is to soak it off. This process takes longer, but it is best for the customers nails and to preserve them. The absolute WORST and MOST DAMAGING WAY you can remove gel nail polish is PEELING IT OFF as this is faster (thus they can try to serve more customers and get more $) but takes off several layers of your nails and weakens them significantly. It takes months for nails to recover from this. I was SHOCKED and SPEECHLESS when the guy doing my nails started ripping off my gel polish. I specifically came to get them professionally removed to prevent MYSELF FROM RIPPING THEM OFF!!! And they did it anyways??!! Extremely unprofessional, they dont care about whats best for their customers. Just whats fastest to move to the next. Do your nails a favor go elsewhere.Dont rip off gel nailpolish!!!Also- some will argue oh your nails are buffed anyways, so whats wrong with peeling gel? You still just lost anywhere from 3 - 10 layers needlessly of your nails. They are more susceptible to breaking and bending. There is a reason its called soak off polish.

It was my first time visiting and I made an appointment with Kevin .He was really nice, and SUPER precise with every design he made on my nails.I LOVE the outcome he really works hard on shape, and makes each nail look cleannn.I was REALLY happy with the results !! Went in for a full for 30$ walked or paying 58$ due to not listening to me and not telling me everything is extra. Wanted regular polish..he did gel as i told him twice i didnt want.then to make them matte finish 5$ extra...was not told...to put glitter on half a nail 3$...i wasnt told extra. ..to shape them 5$ which i wasnt told and they were already that shape....Wont be back and wont recommend

I’ve only been here twice but both times I’ve had Kevin and both times he was amazing. He does the best nails I’ve ever had and they stay on and are so creative. He’s super sweet and a great nail tech. My mom gets Mia when she comes and she’s great at holding conversation and making the process more fun and enjoyable. The salon is always clean and they’re very non-judgmental. I 100% recommend coming here!!

I go see Mia every 2 weeks. She’s so sweet and amazing at doing nails. Once I had her the first time I couldn’t imagine going anywhere or to anyone else. When I leave here my feet feel sooo much better and the quality and detail she puts into everything really shows. A lot of people thinks that this is the chain Nail Time, but they are owed by a different owner and it is a completely different place. Better quality and pricing. Highly recommend. They take their time with you and make sure you leave happy.

The NAIL TIME staff are nice and will take care of you during your appointment. BEN NAILS and the other techs are amazingly skilled and will take the time to perfect your nails. Clean facility. I would definitely recommend.

Salon was dirty and smelled like mildew, my appointment was at 11:00, they didn’t start till 11:30. I got a French manicure that was crooked and filed unevenly and I was charged $75 for it, while the woman before me got countless rhinestones and extras and was charged $45. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

My experience at nail time was absolutely amazing! I was recommended by a co-worker a few months ago who’s been going here for years and i was not let down. Kevin did an awesome job on my nails as always, i felt welcomed the second i walked in the door. everyone was so friendly and professional, i got sat right away and the small talk and friendly faces made it seem like i was in and out. the two years i’ve been living in jacksonville ive never found anyone to do my nails better and don’t think i ever will! definitely my favorite nail salon. the whole staff is great at their job, not one tech in there is average, they all excell!

Two stars because my nails looked nice for a few days and they worked just past closing to finish which I appreciate. But the work felt rushed and the atmosphere was incredibly unprofessional. I waited 45 minutes to be seen, 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The first stylist left halfway through and left me with another employee. The second stylist who worked on me dug into my cuticles painfully because he was trying to work fast. I recommend finding better value for your time and money.

I was a faithful client to this salon for over 10 years. Unfortunately, there is new management. They are rude to customers and staff. They speak Vietnamese with each other about their clients and laughing. A nail salon should be a relaxing environment. Now it is uncomfortable. The new staff can not do quality work. Maybe due to experience. Also the products are different, the polish just peels off. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

Charged $15 twice for gel polish with mani pedi. I was referred to go there and they are only charged $5 when combined with services. Also the foot scrub stone was just rinsed off in my foot water and dropped bag in the bin.... disgusting.

Mia, ben, and kevin always do a wonderful job on my acrylics making sure they take their time, everythings even and just the way III want it. they listen to the customers while also pushing me outside my comfort zone and always getting me to try new designs. i never leave dissatisfied. its a small business so they can get pretty busy but its for good quality. I always get the basic pedicure when i come and even so, i dont know her name but she also makes sure my feet are baby smooth after working on them 6 days a week for 9 hours a day. they treat me like family i would never go anywhere else
