This nail salon has great service and nail techs. The atmosphere was very friendly and delightful energy! The nail salon owner is very precise in her work. She great in conveying to her other nail techs on execute the clients vision. The pedicure lady was very funny and awesome personality. It was just a great overall experience. Chat did absolutely great job on my Egg nails. I will definitely return back for his services and the pleasant experience. Oh btw if you get talk with a customer name Jan! It will always be quality time well spent at the nail salon! The only thing was missing was 🍷 or the champagne to toss into new friendships!

Disappointed. I went in for a pedicure last Sunday with a friend. There was only one nail tech and an assistant (should have ran at that point but we didn’t) We waited long of course but man oh man, our toes looked HORRIBLE at the end. I did feel bad since it was only her but the truth is I paid for a service I truly didn’t get. My friends nail polish got ruined before we even left the salon. But we had waited so long that at that point I just wanted to be home. When I got home I took a closer look at my toes and she destroyed both of my big toes. I am talking about she cut the corners so bad that I will have ingrown nails. Will never go to this place again or recommend it.

I had an amazing time there. The hispanic lady was making me laugh and entertaining me while making girlfriends nails look amazing. I love that place. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!

This is the worst manicure that I have get for 40.00 dollars. I request the deep powder manicure, that is suppose to be with the three step system; instead they used gel and UV lamp. This is the result with only 7 days done. The attention was good and the lady was very nice, that’s way I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 1.If you are going to charge that amount of money, at least follow the right procedure. The deep powder manicure is supposed to last up to 21 days and I only got 7 for 40 bucks. I’m not satisfied at all👎🏻.

I decided to finally get acrylics put on my natural nails after not having them for 20 years and I was a bit nervous not sure if they would turn out the way I was hoping. But they turned out better than I thought they would, my nail tech was very personable and took great care of me. I will be going back there again for my fill in each time!

First time going to this place and automatically they tried to get me to pay the highest price to get a pedicure. I had to ask several times what are all the prices. Finally another lady came and told me the prices. I guess she saw I was about to leave. Smh! Don’t tell me what price I need to pay. Ridiculous! And then tried to cheat me out of doing what the pedicure paper said they do for the amount I paid. People always trying to get over on people. Terrible. They should be ashamed!!!

This was the first time since Covid that I got my nails done, and only because my daughter is getting married on Friday. Numerous times, I tried to tell the man doing my nails how I wanted them, and he ignored me, to the point where I had to grab the file myself. He was rude when I pulled my hand out of the curer because I thought I had bumped my nail, and it was easier for him to fix it before it had hardened. He also had his baby that was not being supervised, and at one point, was sitting in a pedicure chair by himself, standing on it and I felt he was going to fall, and I alerted the father, and he acted like he could care less.I have NEVER left an establishment without tipping, but I did this time. I made sure to tell the owner that I would not be back.

Went with my friend who got her eyebrows done and they were terrible, when my friend told them she didn’t like them the tech told her to leave .We Will never be back

The technicians are just lovely! They do high quality work. The atmosphere is perfection. Need a relaxing day? Head to HANG NAIL you will not be disappointed! The massage chairs are freaking awesome.

I absolutely loved my experience at HANG NAIL! The space was clean and welcoming and I really appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment, pick nail colors, and pay online. I do not plan to get my nails done anywhere else.

I called a bunch of places to get prices so I forgot which salon I confirmed with, but got stuck at work and couldn’t leave to get the service done like I planned. When I called back an hr later to make sure I had the right shop, she snapped at me for “not coming like I said I was” and hung up on me.Super unprofessional, especially because I tried to explain what the reason for my delay was prior to getting the service.

This is the worst salon. The manager is extremely rude and hateful. I originally went there with the intent to have my nails filled. Please note, my nails are colored acrylic. She tried to get me to get gel polish because it “saved me money.” In no way did I imply that I needed the cheapest way out. She told me the cost would be $55. Moving forward, she advised to get a new full set with colored acrylic and for the design I wanted, it would now cost me $70. For the sake of my sanity, I agreed.She rushed through applying the acrylic and you could even tell my nails were coffin shaped. Overall, the application was extremely sloppy, to the point that my skin was covered in acrylic. My pinky nail had a divot in it that she continuously filed until the color of the acrylic (burgundy) was uneven. I asked her about it and she said that when she is finished, it would go away. What she meant by this was to apply the same color gel polish over the colored acrylic to take away the flaws. In my experience, I’ve been getting colored acrylic for a year now, I’ve never had anyone apply colored gel over colored acrylic. I’ve only had them apply clear gel to seal and protect the acrylic. I questioned why she was doing so as I did not understand. As a paying client, I like to be familiar with the process and understand why something is being done. She became very defensive and asked if I did not trust her. She told me I upset her and when she is upset she cannot do flawless work. I explained to her that I think there may be some misunderstanding or miscommunication going on between both parties. I asked if we could both take a breath and move forward as the conversation did not need to escalate. I again tried to explain to her that her method was different than what I was used to and I would just like to understand.She then tried to cut my nails and tell me she was done.She ultimately ended up continuing with the colored gel after ranting and yelling. She told me she was no longer doing the diamonds I requested (for a total of $20 -this will tie in at the end). A bit of time passed and she asked me if I wanted the diamonds. I told her that a business deal is a business deal and that’s what we agreed upon, so yes; I would like the diamonds I requested.She then proceeds to do a design on my nails using gel polish. This design is one in which is normally done using an acrylic cutter and colored acrylic. It’s not extensive, it’s just a v-shaped French too. However, she asked me to trust her so I did just that. When she was finished, I asked her if we could just make that one nail a solid color as I did not like it and for the sake of time, we could skip the diamonds as she previously mentioned. At that point, she begins yelling again and says she’s done. She proceeds to cut my nails unevenly and tells me not to return to her shop. I told her I did not intend any hostility, I simply did not like the way the one nail turned out and thought it may be easier to make it a solid color. She tells me she is not charging me but she is loosing money, a lot of it. She then advised she needs money to keep her shop open and proceeds to yell at me that she’s taking my picture. I reached for her business card and advised I was turning her in to the Better Business Bureau. At that point she began flailing around behind the counter.For a business owner that is concerned about money, she was quick to pass up $70 plus a cash tip over not wanting to paint one nail a solid color and apply a top coat.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this placeI would suggest dont go. Very disappointing ....In November I got done gel manicure/pedicure. Within 2 days started chipping. So, I went back to get it fix and they wanted to do full manicure again. So, they can charge me again. So, I had to show them receipt that I just got it done 2 days back. So, then I got the two nails fixed. I did not pay tip again because I already paid when I got the service done.Last month I went for basic gel Pedicure and manicure. It took three and half hours. Still at the end lady forgot to put clear coat. I noticed at the end. She asked me to come back after 2-3 days because she was not working after that day.Yesterday I called in ahead and they asked me to come after one hour because they had an hour wait. I wanted to get only manicure done. Lady started and she was in so much rush that to remove color from my nail she started hurting me. Then she did not wanted to cut my nails to do manicure. I had to ask her to cut my nails. Then again started hurting while doing nail filing. So, I asked her why is she in such rush and you are hurting me. Then she said then wait and she started pedicure on other customer. So I waited about 15 minutes and then I told the owner that I am leaving and I asked how much do I owe. He said nothing but he did not ask what happened or come back. Then I asked him to step a side I told him that on my last visit I had bad experience after spending three and half hours service was still not done and was asked to come back. Then his reply was you should have come, we could done for free. This is ridiculous.I told him after three and half hours, also I was asked to come back. Then you telling me that you could have done for free. I told him, how do you think its free. I already paid in advance including the tip and my three and half hours. He did not apologize or anything.Ladies who works there, they dont like working there. Because they dont smile and specially the lady yesterday was rude and she did not realize that she is hurting me.

Im giving 5 stars because of a few things, Cleanliness, Customer service (They make you feel like your there number 1 customer whether its your first time or your 20th) and they do amazing job on nails and nail designs.I have to give an extra Thank You to Ty on Christmas Eve because they were closing early and he stayed to do my nails and toes. Not only did he stay but he did such a beautiful job on my nails and the designs. Ive been given complements on them everywhere I go.****IF YOU WANT A GREAT NAIL SALON THIS IS THE PLACE AND EVERYONE IN THERE DOES A GREAT JOB****

Possibly the worst service and pricing I’ve ever experienced. I brought my two girls for mani-pedi. There was one person getting her nails done. The only other worker began on my one daughter. When the first customer was done - the worker took a newer customer before beginning my daughter. They repeated this when it was time for their finger nails to be done.The polish is thick. The lines of polish messy - and the. They charged $40 per girl. The norm for Duval and St Johns county is $30. For a little girl, respectable places charge $25.I also question the cleanliness of this spa.

This is one of the worst jobs Ive had done on my nails. I only came because my nail salon (Glitz and Glam) is closed on Sunday and I really needed them done for tonight. Im omw now to CVS to get polish, and a file to fix my nails. They are uneven, and shorter than I asked for because she kept filing to fix her mistakes. I asked for the standard two coats there are three coats. And the color is still uneven. I get my nails done every two weeks, and have been for three years. By far the worst job. Also she had me talk to a costumer on the phone. Unprofessional.. Im never one to say something is wrong with people, but Im contemplating if she was even sober. Whether it was alcohol or something else. I came in with a design in mind, simple really. I even decided to do a simple cross, scratch and glitter or stones I originally wanted. Even a simple cross could not be done. The pictures on Google are much better than any service I received.Also forgot to include that she went on a cigarette break in between my nails. I honestly shouldnt have even had to pay for this.

My toenails look awful and are unevenly trimmed and almost look like she tried to dig around the edges into the cuticle. When I got my eyebrows waxed, she came back from having a cigarette, sat me in a chair in the front of the studio and they are uneven and look awful as well. I will never go back here and don’t recommend you do either.

This place use to be nice and affordable, but now the service is worst and the price is higher, a full set get cost me 50 and the nails were crooked and tech was rushing me to get next client in to fix one nail. Maybe come here for a pedicure because you really can’t mess that up. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Trash

Id been been a regular (8+ years) patron of this shop before the name change. This new management, with a few of the former managements staffers on board are okay, but my experience with them so far has been disappointing. Im moving on to find another shop.

Came here due to a sign that boasted their great prices. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I came and was seated fairly quickly but not quick enough they definielyndidnt have enough employees. The man (who may also be the owner or something??) asked what I wanted and I showed him, then he wraps my nails in foil to soak off the leaves. For TWENTY MINUTES. I was sitting there so long the nail techs were looking around and looking at me with pity. Then a few assured me he’d be back soon. He completely disappeared. No one offered me anything to drink while I waited. Then afte 15 minutes I turn around to see him doing someone else’s manicure when he’s supposed to be doing mine. After twenty minutes I’ve had enough and remove the foil. My nails are a mess, my fingers are prunes, completely stripped of any moisture having had the acetone on way too long.I planned on paying for the little time he gave me and asked how much I owed for the soak off. The guy is like “you don’t want to get them done?” I say no I’m going somewhere else. Not in a rude way either. I chose to not make a fool out of anyone in front of the customers. The boy at the counter (his son) asks him how much I owe and he says something then they both start laughing at me as if I’m some sort of joke. Normally I wouldve asked what the hell was so funny, but I’ve taken a new path. Well screw them and thanks for the free soak off. I’m a heavy tipper at nail salons so they definitely missed out.Save your time. I went right across the street to what I think is called Nail Time. The atmosphere is much nicer, REALLY nice, cozy, and the service fast. My full set and gel polish were done within 20 minutes without sacrificing quality, and I was on my way.

Cut into fingers with Dremel. Dont suggest power dipped nails, not uniform. Was quoted one price, charged another. Will not return.
