I cannot speak to their manicures because I have only had a pedicure here. However, this is one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten. These are my toes now and it has been OVER a month, and I didn’t get gel! I literally have never had a pedicure last this long. Also, they did amazing designs on all of our toes which I loved. I will definitely be coming here for pedicures in the future. I never write reviews, but I had to leave one because I’m in awe that my pedicure/polish/design is still in tact after several vacations and trips to the beach and pool.

First of all, I get better pedicures for less elsewhere. The man was very controlling and I had to remind him to do the massage for the Deluxe Pedi. He barely scrubbed or removed callouses. Now to the manicure. I asked questions as I’m a random acrylic person. I rarely get them. But one thing I don’t like is super chunky nails. So as I was asking questions about filing down and such, the lady said “I know what I’m doing”. Which I found odd. I’m sure she does but she doesn’t know my preferences. And also I don’t know the process that well so I was, as the client, asking about it. Anyway, my nails turned out chunky and uneven. Some are shorter than others - one pinky nail is shorter than the other, for example. I went back because one jail was wonky and aiming sideways. I asked her to put a new one on and she didn’t. She added more sculpting material so now it looks worse. One nail is so thick at the cuticle, it’s catching in my hair and on towels. So, not only os this place expensive (and I tipped 20%) they don’t listen and their work is subpar. It’s like they no longer find joy in their work and resent their (new) clients.

I’ve been a nail chewer forever and finally decided to get acrylics in a last attempt to have nice nails. I was worried they’d look chunky and fake like some do, but not here! The attention to detail and quality of work is impeccable. I’ve come back twice for a fill after my initial full set and always been happy with the results. Prices are beyond reasonable and the staff is incredibly kind- even got a mini heater out because I came in with cold hands. Cannot recommend them enough!

I went in a couple of weeks ago to have them fix my acrylic nails that another place broke and they did great. I went back to get a full set redone and a pedicure and eyebrow wax and was blown away. I needed natural looking nails for work and they offered me the ombre gel acrylics. I have never been so impressed. I will be making this my regular place for sure.

Edit: Raising to 3 stars since they did contact me and I did go in for a repair on the nails. They rebuffed and polished my nails but the nails didnt really improve much since the issue which was the shaping and the fact that I had a gap between the acrylic and my skin that made the manicure look ready for a fill in. Also the lumps of acrylic under my nails are still there. Now the gap has polish over it so it at least blends with the rest of the nail I guess though its still a gap. All things considered they do look better but that is due to the fact that I paid an additional $15.00 at the time of the fix to upgrade to gel polish. I appreciate the attempt at a fix, I just wish time and effort had been put into that fix.Original Post: I came in a group of 3 for mani/pedis on Sunday, its Tuesday today and my nails have looked like they needed a fill in since I left. The shaping is very bad, there are gaps and missed spots on my nails, acrylic under my nails in hard lumps, and its very thick. The polish is also beginning to chip. Toes are the same. Bad experience and waste of $70.00

Paid for a deluxe pedi. It was ok, but not the pampering I expected. The massage was supposed to be longer...and I just didnt feel the love from the techs hands. I asked for a design on my big toes....did not get that. I asked for it right before polishing time to ensure there was no misunderstanding. And no....I did not remind him....the attention just wasnt there. The manicure was ok. Again no attention to the details...I asked for the deluxe. Received the in and out routine because they were trying to squeeze in two more before they closed. I understand that things are tight now, but for the amount of money I paid....the attention should have been there. Still on the hunt for the best manicure and pedicure in Jacksonville.

Tbh these were the worst nails I ever had to walk around with lol they was so fat and uneven one figure from 5 days from the day I went in my nails were 65 $ it wasn’t worth it dip powder was in my skin if I peeled my nail would dying to pop off good luck you guys the were really sweet people I just don’t think they know what their doing

I came in as a walk-in for the first time to this shop and desperately needed some help getting a bad job corrected. I was originally supposed to have oval shaped acrylic. The other shops result was misshapen, thick, and slanted. Cozy Nails really helped me out when I was vulnerable. The shop is small so an appointment should be made but the lady in there took care of me. She fixed my nails and I couldnt be more grateful! They are kind, clean and made me comfortable.

Im finished with this place. It used to be my go-to because they were great and I can walk there from my house. However, the last few times Ive been there, they were not very nice or welcoming. The pedicure was fast, no foot or leg massage, and the quality wasnt what it used to be. However, I was still charged the full price. I think I must have done something to make them not like me. So, now I am sitting at another salon 2 miles away getting wonderful treatment from nice and friendly people.

Just went here for the first time and loved it! Everything was so clean. The owners are so friendly and they did an incredible job on my pedicure, manicure, and waxing. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

Your typical nail salon but they are very nice and get your nails done quickly. Organized presentation of polishes and gel sets. When you make an appointment, they can usually honor it on time. Very sweet and friendly. They offer beverages too.

My first visit was not a disappointment. This is a small local business with a husband and wife team. Friendly service, appointments run on time( at least mine did), and the quality is great! I was also impressed with the attention to detail this place had- every guest that entered after me was welcomed by name, which shows that the employees care about their customers. I will most definitely come back!

I was born and raised in Jacksonville and I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 10 years & out of all of the salons I’ve been to during that time, Cozy Nails is now the ONLY salon I got to. They do amazing work for manicures and pedicures, their back massages are to die for & they always treat me well. They are a husband and wife salon and sometimes have their daughter help as well which is pretty cool. They are located around pretty nice stores and restaurants if you’re out and about & the best part of it all is my husband goes every time and gets to sit in the pedicure seats with a cup of wine and enjoy a massage while he waits for me. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else (:

Most nail places you feel rushed and not sure what exactly you are getting. This business was very friendly and knew what they were doing and helpful in my nail choices. They also were clean and didnt rush my nail service! They were meticulous and filed my acrylic many times and rechecked to make sure the shape was even and perfect. I enjoyed my time there!

This is by far without a question my favorite place to get my nails done in Jacksonville. The owners are a wife and husband pair and they are such nice people. They always make me feel like a VIP customer. Unless it’s REALLY busy they are so thorough with whatever service I’m getting. Even after moving to a different neighborhood this is the only place I go. There’s not much more I can say other than they are the best.

Words cannot describe how happy I am to find a nail salon where I get to drink delicious green tea and feel completely at ease every time I come in. Ive tried many nail salons around the city and never felt as excited to come in as I do at cozy nails. The salon is so nice inside. The surrounding music, artwork, and plants all around really put me where Im most comfortable. I love that I can picture exactly how I want my nails to look and Jenny is happy to do that and more! I love them so much. They will be the only place I ever get my nails done while I live here.

I arrived as a walk in for Acrylic full set of nails and a Spa Pedicure. They employees were not welcoming or friendly. After they asked what did I need, I told them and took a seat. They looked around at ea,h other and then told me, THEY ONLY TAKE APPOINTMENTS. If that is the case, they should not advertise they are open. It should say appointments only. Very misleading.

My nails look good, no wait because I was the only one there at the time but it did take long but thats fine.

The man who did my broken nail did horrible.. I went in for a fill in and I had one broken nail .. he put the acrylic on sloppy and now it is a lumpy nail my nails are all different shapes some round, some square.. when they lady asked if I could pay before she painted my nails ... she said give me money now .. she did a horrible job on my paint it is faded she only did one coat... then she wouldnt allow me and my friend to sit under the fans instead she turned a fan on at the chair and all the polish made streaks in my nails from the fan blowing on them and she said it would be fine PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!

After getting a pedicure here I developed an excruciating pain under one of my toe nails. At first I thought it was an ingrown nail. After cutting around it, the pain persisted, and ended up being a nail fungus. I lost my toenail. I found the place itself in need of an update, and should have followed my instinct to leave. There were only two people working, yet 6 customers being helped.

Worst manicure Ive ever had! My nails were too thick, she ripped off one of my acrylics and made the nail its self bleed and laughed when I was horrified she did so, they werent painted well, were uneven in length, left extra acrylic all over my nails, didnt use and oil on my nails and he own real nails were filthy. And complained because I only tipped a dollar. I will NEVER go back there and not only will I not recommend it to anyone I will go out of my way to tell everyone looking for a manicure to not go here! I wouldnt even if give this 1 star if that was an option!!

They did a horrible job on my nails with shaping and filing. Also, my cuticle got nicked during the process AND my nail came off within two days . My service was poor and the lady who did my nails acted rudely because I am African american .

This salon is clearly open until 7pm on Sundays. Im a business-owner myself, they denied my business at 6:09pm and in my opinion, thats very bad business. I was spending well over 100$ so its not like I only wanted an 8$ eyebrow wax or whatever. I will never try to go back there.

The service here is horrible if you are black...they didnt even let my girlfriend sit under the dryer they made her dry her nails under a dusty old fan...she told her to pay before she even got her nails painted and the lady reason for her early payment wasso she wouldnt mess her nails up wow...then she yelled at her PAY...she ran so quickly to this white lady but look crazy at my gf and her friend when we walked in..the service was unacceptable..she will never be going back..

This place was open and hours were til 7pm. I walked in and they had 3 customers already sitting. I asked for a fill-in and was very rudely told they were full. Sorry this is under my husbands acct but i am very dissatisfied.
