Anne is very moody and rude! She overwork her staff and she’s the only one that does everything. It always a wait 2+ hours and she doesn’t acknowledge the fact the you have to work. I will not be going back to her because she moody and nasty.

Love coming to Anne’s nails for a pedicure. Make an appointment. They always do a great job on our pedicures, which also includes parrafin wax; that makes your feet soft. My husband had the deluxe pedicure which includes hot stones, Shea butter, rose petals scrub. I always get the gel pedicure to keep my toenail color lasting longer.

I love this place they always make sure to do an excellent job with my pedicures and full sets

Ann is amazing at what she does. Her team as well, they not only do what you ask they make sure your nails and toes are in a healthy state.

Everytime I turn around her prices going up. Shes moody and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend if on a time frame because it take forever to get in and get out....

I have been going to Annes for over 10 years and I never leave disappointed. Just like any other business you have good days and bad days but over all she is the BEST.

Called & made an appt days in advance before arriving in Jacksonville with Anne. Was given an appt date/time & asked for my phone# for appt listing/tracking. Upon arrival, I informed the lady that I had an appt & when she looked in the book, I was not listed. I advised her that I had called a few days prior & was given a date/time for my appt. She continued to ask for my phone number & said she didnt see an appt listed. Did she bother to accommodate me at that time for the appt time I was given? No. Instead she said I could come back later. Um, no I cant if I had other plans & my intended plan was to show up for the time given. I live out of town & I made sure an appt was made. Anne needs to have a better scheduling system because it was definitely an inconvenience & a waste of time!

I go in and the lady in the front charged me more then what their price list said. They claim its because more work is involved. I dont see how thats possible whem they dont have to apply any polish. Also had to tell nail tech not to use things out of her caboodle since they had not been sanitized. I will not return to a place that steals. Dont go here. Very rude.

Anne has gone down its only like 3 techs there. You have to wait like 1 hour to get serviced. I was getting a pedicure done Anne stopped the tech from working on my feet just to put her on anothers customer pedicure. The customer was about to leave thats why she pulled the nail tech off my pedicure.She tried to give me the pedicure free but I insisted to pay because I didnt need her saying all I wanted was a free pedicure. If you have a free day yes go but if you have other things to do dont go. Youre be disappointed.

She does good nails as far as shape and durability BUT they...no rephrase that...SHE is rude. The wait time is suuuper long and she sits there mad and will fling your hands and fingers all kinds of ways because shes so busy. I had an incident with my card being overcharged and she will not settle it. Bank statements show she charged my card and she has the money, but she insists its not with her. I thought I had found a decent spot, but oh well the search continues. I definitely will not be going back! If Im paying top dollar ( $45 for a fill-in and eyebrows...) then I need service to be top quality as well.

Came around 3 on a Tuesday and asked for just a polish change. It wasn’t very busy and Pam started taking customers who walked in after me who needed pedicures and manicures and all I needed was a polish change. Waited 30 minutes and she charged 35 just because it was gel polish that I wanted? The full set cost about 35 which confused me. Then when she was filing the polish off she she went too close to my cuticles on both my index and ring fingers and gave me a bad cut which burned and she kept pushing my cuticles back which made them bleed even more. Didn’t apologize. And I had to pay $35 for what? Some cut up cuticles? It was my first time going there and honestly I’d go back but not get my nails done by Pam.

#1. Annie is so RUDE & Nasty. #2. She does not value ur patronage as a customer. #3. Unsanitary. Salon has an ant problem and they do not clean utensils. #4. Very long wait. I have gone to her for years because I appreciate the workmanship however I refuse to pay to be devalued.
