I had the basic pedicure w/gel service and I really enjoyed my experience. Pat did an awesome job. The shop was clean and had a really friendly atmosphere! This will be returning! ❣️

I brought my daughter in for her birthday. The tech was nice. They do give great massages depending on your choice of pa kage. My daughter enjoyed her first experience. I will be coming back to try it out for mysef.

This is the best salon in town. Always friendly and warm atmosphere. Expert techs. Ben is a perfectionist and always happy.

This place is perfect for a nice pedicure, but DO NOT go here for a full set. I asked for a certain shape (tapered square) kept being told its “coffin”, acrylic started lifting DAYS after being done, and I’m not one thats rough with my nails. Oh and the only nail art you can get is french.

I passed this place many times, it looks cheap and unkept from the outside . But the inside is beautiful, modern and clean .Not cheap, but the technicians are skilled and work quickly .

Never again. They charge a dollar extra for the plastic liner for a pedicure. Then they rush you out.

We went here today (Mothers Day) after waiting at another salon for over 10 mins for them to open. We finally left and found King Nails. We got right in and they started doing our nails immediately. They were very nice and professional. The outside looks like a strip mall because it is, but the inside is very nicely designed and looks professional. While the tech did not talk much I was ok with that as I was not feeling chatty either. Over all, It took less than 45 mins for me to get a full set of nails and for my mom to get a maniure. I would highly recommend this place for all your full set, manicures and pedicure needs.

That was probably the worst. And will not come back. Felt rushed and the guy was lil ruffon the extra foot massage I paid for. The pedi looks ok, but my nails which didnt want painted didnt look finished. He was just rushing to get out. Disappointed over all.

Technician left me at the table half way done for ten mins before she clumped on my gel polish and had to remove one hand just to redo obviously do not know how to do gel polish. Very disappointed going back to my usual place tomorrow.

My go-to place for pedicures. Staff hasnt really changed and I like the familiar faces asking how me and my family are doing. Nice people who make room for you even if theyre busy the quality doesnt change.

Called to ask for an appointment and when I gave the time I was looking for, they said they were too busy and hung up.

I was a stressed out Mom with the roughest feet in town and a walk-in to boot and I was greeted with smiles and kindness....something I needed more than anyone could know. I was seated quickly and had the most wonderful pedicure experience. I can not thank them enough. I feel rejuvenated!

UNSANITARY ....First time visiting... I asked for a new file to be used on my toes because the one the older guy was going to use was heavily used and bent/cracked. These are single use files that they recycle between customers. He got super offended and stated I had to pay extra for a new and unused file. I left and went to FASHION NAILS! They were great and I am currently enjoying a cheaper, more sanitary, inclusive, friendly pedicure! I am a nail tech as well, so I understand the regulations of sanitation. Thank you for refusing service to me... I refuse to catch a staff infection because of laziness and cheapness! Ladies please question these shops! You have a right to know.

Received a white gel manicure before a 5 day cruise. Made an appointment, but I was 20 minutes late - no worries at all. I was in a rush due to cruise crunch, they got me right in, did a great job on my nails. It is now 8 days later, and even with me changing nail decals every night, my nails still look as good as new. The shoulder massage while nails dried was a pleasant surprise. Prices reasonable.

Great job but throws $3. $5. $10 add ons to everything

I just got my nails did on Saturday, come Monday these nails are popping off, they are coming off so easily it’s like I put on stick on nails from like target. I am not happy. Also they are closed Monday so I can’t even come in to get them redone:(

Have returned back to Jacksonville, Fl and have made this nail salon my official nail shop. I like the services I’ve received, the salon is clean and equipment is up to date. The staff are accommodating and friendly.

Im on the fence about this place. I looked the look of the place. Everyone was nice. My nails didnt last as long as my usual place. I will give them a second shot and use a different tech before I write them of all together.

All of the technicians were busy when I got there but they got to me quickly. Pedicure came with a generous amount of time spent massaging, which was great. After my service they gave a quick neck/shoulder massage while my toes dried. Very quiet and relaxing.

Spent the last 3 months growing my nails out....came here one time last week and my nails have been breaking ever since!Some of your nail techs need to be better trained on how to remove gel polish without over drilling or over filling the natural nail!

I had an amazing experience at King Nails. Mr. Tru did my nails exactly how I like and Ms. Pat gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning!

While I usually love the service, this last time not so much. The woman how did my feet on Friday afternoon cut my cuticle. Its still hurts today. And although I asked for almond shaped nails, what I got was coffin shaped nails. My nail tech was switched in the middle of my nails. It might have something to do with him not knowing the difference between almond and coffin.But, on the strength of prior performance they have only one more time.

It is a clean establishment... Well cleaner than most. The service was welcoming but the service it self was sub-par. I have gel polish on my cuticles, my nails are not shape the same and when I said something about it, the tech said its fine. But the massage was great on my arms and legs. OK place not worth the price.

Very RUDE on the phone. All I asked was do they take appointments they said not on Sunday so I asked if theyre busy now and he said no then hung up on me smh. So I Called back and he answered and hung up again.

Me and my sister go every 2 weeks. They are attentive, professional, and best of all perfectionists. You can tell they value their work. Wouldnt go anywhere else in town.

Very rude employees they are very unprofessional! I thought after my first time going that I had found a nice clean place to go! The Male is very short and rude. When I went back the second time the Male who appears to be a manager (unfortunately) still spoke to me very bluntly! I was told rudely they are about to close come back tomorrow. I arrived 40 minutes before closing.They appear to think they can speak to you however they want since they have a lot of business! I will never go back, because they fail to know 101 in business is provide good customer service and be kind to your clients.

Called to get some info, and the man on the phone was so disrespectful I dont even want to go in there. If you dont have manners on the phone, I doubt youll have them in person. Thanks but no thanks.

I just moved to Jax, and King Nails is now my salon!! Pat was friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job on my toes, even after I stupidly messed them up - she fixed my smudge and didnt get mad at me or anything! She did a great job, and the salon is clean and beautiful inside!

The shop was nice and clean! Unfortunately, they charged EXTRA to remove my SNS color! Also, the workers spoke a foreign language the whole time they worked on my nails. I just found that rude! Their shop did not have very many color choices for the SNS manicure! The nails DID come out perfect though, so I gave them 3 stars! Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new shop for my next manicure!

I love this place when it comes to eyebrows but for nails its a no for me. For starters the paint comes off within a day or two and the massages they give you while your nails dry is very uncomfortable, awkward, and unneeded.

This is my favorite place and Ivey is the best.I bring in the design and she Always does her best to make it happen.This place is definitely worth the visit.

-5 stars... I have never dealt with such rude and inappropriate customer service. I feel if you’re running a business and getting paid for services you should at least show your clients some respect. I’m not sure of the mans name but I’ve had him as a tech a few times before and he’s the reason I hadn’t been back in a while. When he does my nails they aaaaalways lift and I’ve never had that issue. He doesn’t pay much attention to detail either. So today I went in to give them another shot and of course I’m sat with him. So I was trying to explain what needed to be fixed and of course his response is your nail like that. I’ve been getting my nails done for 11 years and my nail never looked like this until my last fill in. The issue is the woman applied too much acrylic and left a bump in the middle of my nail so it made it look like there was an odd curve in my nail. So I tried to tell him how to fix it while hes turning his back and rolling away from me in his chair. So I said you clearly don’t want to listen do you? So he tried to say he can’t fix it before even assessing the issue. I finally got him to look and he said oh ok.. It’s simply making the acrylic even. What’s so hard about that? So I told him I didn’t care for his attitude or how long it took for me to get him to even look at what I was talking about and left. I have had this issue with him before but when I took my business elsewhere everything was fine and no issues with my nails. Another place I went actually fixed his work. This place is convenient as it is close to my home so I’ve spent huuuuundreds of dollars in there but never again. He must be one of the owners seeing how the woman I thought was the owner was sitting right next to us and allowed the disrespect. Please save yourself the annoyance and take your business elsewhere... this place is not worth the prices for the mediocre service if he is your tech and certainly not worth the disrespect...

Update: After almost 48 hours of bleeding from the cut I was able to make it back to get my one toe painted. The owner then did the right thing apologized and gave me my money back.-100 stars......I have been going to this nail salon for 10 plus years and atleast twice a month. I even moved 30 mins away and still made a point to drive over there but with my recent experience will no longer be going. I came in like a normal visit and the lady doing my toes cut my toe. At first I was like its okay it happens(cause I thought it was a cuticle she pulled) no it ended up being a cut in the top of my toe. I was there over an hour after she cut it and it still wouldnt stop bleeding. They made me pay for the visit(which they should have covered) I paid and left. Now over 24 hours later and my toes is still bleeding. So I have 1 toe they were unable to paint because she cut my toe. Im not mad because they made me pay. Im mad because I shouldnt have been cut and then treated the way I was. I was told I took a blood thinning medication and thats why I bleeding. I then informed him that I havent taken any in the past month so he is wrong and that she cut me enough to make me bleed this bad. I was told I could take the nail polish home and do it myself when the bleeding stops. For someone that has come twice a month for 10 plus years they clearly didnt care about my service. Therefore I will no longer drive 30 plus minutes out of my way for a place that doesnt care about anyone or their health. They should have offered to atleast get my foot looked at by a medical professional. Im done, I will go back when my foot is finally done bleeding to get my toe painted and then I am done!

When my toenails were being clipped and the nail tech cut my toe and it bleed. It hurt so bad. He didnt say one word to meIl never come here again!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was looking for a new nail salon as I am new to the area. I wanted a gel manicure and after the male nail tech began my manicure he told me that he didnt know how to do a French manicure. So then I asked for a solid color with just plain polka dots which he nastily told me he also couldnt do. As I continued showing him other design ideas to see what he could do he started talking about me in another language to the other lady there. I was very upset that I could not get any of the designs that I liked and the guy didnt care at all and didnt offer any alternative designs that he could accomplish. In the end I left unhappy with just a solid color on my nails because he couldnt do anything other than a solid color even when I offered to wait on another nail tech. They were very rude and I dont know how anybody could enjoy going there.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. I suggested this place to my friend so her and I could get a mani/pedi together and I regretted it. The lady with short black hair was attending to me and when she was cutting my toenails she ripped my big toenail off! Omg, it hurt so bad and I told her! What are you doing? You dont rip the toenail off! You hurt me! And she smiled and nodded. Which made my entire experience extremely uncomfortable and unrelaxing. She rushed through the massaging of my legs and feet and sent me on my way to the male nail technician. She sat at the table behind me and the guy and her were talking about me as if I didnt know what they were saying. I had a translator app up and running. I will never, ever go there again nor will I ever suggest anyone go there. They dont deserve to have a business with their extremely unprofessional treatment of customers. And, my gel nails were peeling off the 2nd day.

Horrible!!! I recently got my eyebrows done and this lady with short hair completely messed them up and got mad when I wanted my money back!! they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. The way they polish is horrible and weird, dont go to them. 1/10 experience.
