First time at the salon. I booked a classic pedicure and acrylic full set. My appointment time was at 5:00 p.m., I didn’t leave the salon until a little before 9:00. My finger was cut and bled throughout the whole process. I asked for half moon shaped French tips with a coffin nail shape - the lines are inconsistent, the shape is not what I asked for and the edges are terrible. It has been two days and my finger is STILL bleeding. I called and requested a refund and Ashley advised they do not provide refunds, but offered to fix within 7 days. I would not waste my time with this salon and will be taking my business elsewhere to have someone else correct their work. I would not recommend.

First time here Had an amazing pedicure, Alexis was professional and very down to earth made me feel comfortable and made my to nails look amazing.Definitely coming back.

I went for the second time here today. The first time I went it was amazing they asked if I wanted a drink immediately, and took time to make sure my nails were perfect. Today, I went and I got the most expensive pedicure package they have. The women that did my nails was extremely nice. BUT I was not offered a drink I had to ask for it while other women got them around me. Everything she did was done in 10 seconds or less(hot stones, lotion, scrubbing my feet) I didn’t get a massage, she didn’t scrub my feet she didn’t shape them well. I’m extremely disappointed in the entire process. Why pay to get extra things done when they don’t even do it. It wasn’t even like I was being rushed because she took so long running to the back. Based on other reviews from people, I don’t expect anything to be done. I just want everyone to be aware

I absolutely loved this place! My nail tech Mia was so adorable, it was so easy to talk to her and she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Not only did she make my day but did amazing on my nails, i’m literally in love with them. I would definitely recommend Mia to anyone looking to get their nails done with designs and even good conversation.

Worst pedicure ever.I was really looking forward to treating myself and my girlfriend to a nice pedicure as a special treat, so we decided to try out Town Center Nail Bar. At first the experience was fine, we were seated immediately and offered drinks. After waiting for about 10 minutes, our techs came over. I dont remember the name of my girlfriends tech but mine was named Mercedes. The whole experience was downhill from there. We could easily tell that neither of our techs specialized in pedicures, and it was hard to tell if they really even knew what they were doing. Both of our techs caused bleeding while cutting our cuticles, and they just seemed like they couldnt care less. Mercedes had to repaint my big toe with the gel polish THREE times...and my toes look like I did them at home. I originally had requested the Spa pedicure, but after such a horrible experience with the nails I asked to downgrade to the Classic pedicure so I could get out of there. Such a waste of time and money!!! I wish I could rate 0 stars.

I’ve been here a handful of times for the classic pedicure and the dip powder manicures. The staff here are so friendly, helpful, and professional and it’s a good experience every time I come. They truly listen to what you want and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you walk out feeling your best. I’ve finally found my permanent nail salon here in Jax!

There was a slight delay in getting my Mani/Pedi started, but the atmosphere and pleasant staff kept me comfortable while chatting with my sister. Shay did my nails and was very sweet and had great attention to detail. Overall I was very happy with my first visit to the salon and would be happy to return when I come back to town!

Shay did my Halloween themed pedicure and was so awesome! She is so sweet and easy to talk to and sets the tone of making you feel comfortable. She was really precise and wants to make sure you get what you want and you’re happy with it.

We are on vacation and went to treat ourselves. We really enjoyed the staff & service. Alexis & Yana were AWESOME and gave us exactly what we asked for. Communication was great! The Chardonnay wasn’t half bad either.

I normally don’t post reviews but in this case it needs to be done. Firstly, this isn’t a walk ins welcomed type of place. You will be turned around 90% of the time. When you schedule an appointment, they mess up the schedule and call you multiple times to reschedule. When you finally show up, they still mess up and the person who was supposed to do your nails, doesn’t. The employees here are very catty with each other and it’s very apparent and awkward for the clients. My nails broke off a week after I got a refill done. Then on top of all of that, I got nail fungus on both ring fingers because they clearly didn’t apply the dehydrator. NEVER had that EVER happened before. For the price, this shouldn’t have ever happened. This place needs to really fix their issues. I will never return here again.

I love this place! I go about every 2 weeks. Vesi is literally one of the best techs I have gone to she always does my nails perfectly! 10/10 would recommend!

Visiting from out of town. It was very easy calling to make an appointment for manicure (hands) with regular polish and gel polish change for toenails. The receptionist was very friendly and the technician was nice.She did the gel polish change but didn’t know that she I needed the manicure. (My appointment was 3:45 yesterday and these pictures were taken less than 24 hours after service)So she literally “took” someone’s station and started the manicure process. When I asked about the warm water to soak my fingernails I was told it wasn’t needed. I’m not the technician so we kept going. She suggested the polish color but the first one seemed old so she tried a similar one saying it would look better after the second coat. No, it didn’t, and what concerned me the most is that she was satisfied with her service. I still tipped her because her time was used but $50 later I’m not sure I’ll go back. I hate that I didn’t have time to bring it to management’s attention having reservations elsewhere being short on time.Update: Spoke to a manager and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. She was nice and pleasant. I can definitely say that I received excellent customer service during the follow-up. For that alone I will revisit the shop.

I had kassy, she was absolutely amazing! She really cared and took her time. I haven’t had anyone like this. She made me feel comfortable and I wanted to be there. The salon is beautiful and so well kept together, they’re all so organized and amazing!!!

Town Center Nail Bar is a beautiful and clean establishment. Elsa is my tech of choice. She has been doing my pedicures and manicures for 14 years! She is the absolute best! The rest of the staff are always so friendly and kind.

I received SNS and the next day it started popping off. Within 5 days 3 popped off and 2 were lose. They were very nice when I called and they fixed one hand. Now the other hand is starting to come lose. The nail tech was checking her cell phone and texting during my appointment, she even apologized for being on her phone so much. It is way overpriced especially for so many problems. I have never paid $65 for SNS, its usually $35-40.

Alex is so wonderful and she always does an amazing job on my nails everytime is a game changer lover her love this place love the atmosphere great people great quality standards and services great customer service.

This place is so elegant and clean! It was my first pedicure and the staff made sure I was well informed on how everything works. My pedicure was less than $30 but I got A LOT out of it; foot scrub, foot massage, hot towel treatment and my choice of free refreshment. You are pampered! I swear my feet were glowing. It was a special day. Great place to treat yourself!

Came in about a week ago on a whim with my girl friend, I’m from out of town and decided to come in as a walk-in. The receptionist anne got me seated right away and showed me exactly what services she recommended and even got me complimentary drinks !The nail techs who took care of me were awesome, Yanna did my full set and Alexus did my pedi and I was superrr happy with the results!Ill definitely come back to see y’all when I’m in town 😍😍💅🤩

I got a spa pedicure for $47 from Will last weekend and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. He did not do anything that I paid for! Literally NO massage at all, no tools used, no gloves. He had no clue what he was doing and it was like it was his first time ever doing a pedicure! Not kidding. I called the next day to speak with the manager Ashely and she said no refunds and to come in for a complementary pedicure, she put me on hold for the next 9 minutes. I hang up and try to call back and straight to voicemail message being full. She has my #. So unprofessional and a waste of $ for a terrible experience. Go to a different salon, it will be the best thing you do!

Went in for my acrylic set appointment, but my manicurist was nowhere to be found. I waited for a half hour before the receptionist brought me to another manicurists spot, and sat me down to a dirty towel and dirty tools from the previous customer. She told me that all the nail techs just went to lunch. I waited another fifteen minutes with none of the employees checking in with me or giving me an update, and I decided to leave. Came back the following week for my rescheduled appointment. My acrylics are shaped unevenly and the ombre color is also uneven and inconsistent. There is also some bare spots on the edges and corners of my nails. My manicurist even said to her co-worker that my nails didnt turn out great (while I was still sitting there). My whole experience felt unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this location.

Super nice! Ask for Sam, she is the sweetest lady and has such great talent. She was really aware of when she was filing and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will be coming back indefinitely!

I recently came for a pedicure with my in laws and we all got pedicures! it was amazing! Ashley was super helpful with my mother in law, with her limited English it’s nice to have someone bilingual that works here.“B” did my pedicure, and I’m indecisive when it comes to colors and she helped me do something with both colors I liked. They have no sense of time management, 2.5 hours for a pedicure that wasn’t even done correctly. And an additional 2.5 hours for a SIMPLE acrylic nail with no design and just color. $70 for you to remove previous acrylic and to lay new acrylic and to paint it one basic color..just ridiculous. I would never recommend this business. It’s not worth time or cost.

Deceitfulness by owner, Rick Hersey and the office assistant, Ashley. My boyfriend, in the military, purchased a gift certificate ($115) for me for Christmas 2019. The gift card indicates good for 6 months. Per Ashley, because in February of 2020, it was assumed under new ownership, Rick Hersey, and the gift card can no longer be honored. But remember this still should be good until June of 2020. She put me on hold and apologized for the inconvenience that the gift card was no longer valid.I expressed that in May and June of 2020, business was closed due to the pandemic, Covid-19, after all. Why would they not honor it?The pandemic has recently been lifted, our family suffered through the virus, and I called to ask if its still valid. Unfortunately, the only thing they can offer is a 20% discount. I was put on hold again by Ashley. When she came back on, she CHANGED her story, indicating she just spoke to the owner, and as of February 2020, all Gift Certificates purchased by customers were no longer valid as of February 2021. This is only 4 months ago. I asked for the owners contact information, and she refused to give it to me. I asked if I can at least get an email. She still hesitated after I told her that I may do a review. And her exact words were go ahead if you would like to do a review.I have never been at this nail salon, and I am glad to say will never go. They could have gained a returning customer, but I guess Rick Hersey, is more concerned about the money rather than gaining future returning customers.

I had a pedicure with Nia today, super sweet made sure I was happy and comfortable the whole time. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Will definitely be back:) can’t go wrong with the mimosas either.

While the work here was well done my only time there, they do NOT welcome walk ins as advertised!! There are never enough people working to render the services offered. The salon is NEVER filled but the manager turns away almost every customer who walks in. Ive now visited or called 4 times and only ever been able to get in once.

Well I was really excited about trying this place out! My girlfriend and I wanted to schedule an appointment together having both our nails and feet done and I called today as a new customer and left a voicemail at 10:44 AM requesting a call back to schedule an appointment never heard back, call back again at 4:54 and left another voicemail as nobody answers the phone and still here it is 7:40 PM and I never heard back from them. This is definitely not a good first experience with a company that I have heard a lot about. Very disappointing

This is the second time that I have called and requested eye brow service and was assured someone would be there to do them but when I get there shes gone..I drove both times from the north side of town but never again..and yes both times were before 5pm and arrived very shortly after my call

The guy was very unprofessional,wasn’t gentle at all he burned my feet with the paraffin, he ask more than 10 time to other workers what was next and at the end I told him a color and came with 3 different colors telling me the one that I want is not there I explained him and finally got it and then ask him for just one coat and didn’t listen and did 2!! Worst part after all that I told the guy in front which I heard that was the manager and the only thing he said was “oh I’m sorry for that😡😡😡😡😡 I just want to cry cuz I need to fix it before tomorrow 😡😡😡😡😡😡 will never go back with the same guy

Nicole is one the nail techs I’ve been serviced by and she’s great. Really all of the women that have serviced me are great. Again, never a bad experience on my end. I leave satisfied, always.

I booked an appt more than a week ago to have a pedicure with Linda. This was only my second time coming back to this salon. I was 10 mins early to my appt, checked in and was seated in a chair and was told Linda would be right with me. I saw many others come after me and everyone had someone working on them and no one came by to offer me even a drink or an explanation. 20 mins have gone by now and finally an employee who had more care/concern comes in and says to receptionist, she can not be left there talk to her (referring to me) and then and only then was I told sorry Linda is not here. We have tried to call her and dont know where she is at. Why did you lie and say she would be right with me? I would rather go some where that acts professional and tells the customer the truth from the start. Unfair how I was just left to sit! I will not be back!

The atmosphere was very nice. Greetings was nice. The nail tech I had was rough. My manicure and pedicure was uncomfortable. Typically when I have a manicure at other places they soak your cuticles. The tech cut my cuticles dry and it was uncomfortable. Not impressed with the nail talent there. I spent $67.00 for a over lay on my nails with gel polish and a simple pedicure with no gel polish.

I have been to this salon twice now. On both occasions I was both greeted and treated with the HIGHEST level of service. I’ve never walked in there and felt as though I was a “customer” but more on the terms of a “close/dear friend”. I’m acknowledged promptly by the manager the moment I walk in the door. Each and every time without fail. Story (brow threader) is the sweetest, most kind soul I’ve met in a long time. There are no words that can describe her talent and expertise when it comes to threading brows. It shows in every way that she grnuinely enjoys what she does on a day to day basis. I can’t say enough about this establishment. They’ve acquired a lifelong customer, and that speaks volumes as far as I’m concerned!!!!! 😊 Keep up the ASTOUNDING service you all!!! You never seem to go wrong, when you treat others in a manner that comes directly from the depths of ones heart & soul!!!! 😊

Love love this nail salon...the staff is great, its clean and the techs do amazing work. But thats IF they can keep your scheduled appointment. Sometimes running 30-45mins late...calling to reschedule your appt or not scheduling your appt at all when you called and scheduled it. Maybe its lack of staffing...maybe its because they allow walkins. No idea...but my friend called and scheduled appts for us...she never got a confirmation text...next day...the day of our appt she called to confirm. Nope...it was never scheduled. 😡😡😡

Save your money and go somewhere else. I got a gel manicure 4 days ago and it’s already chipping, not to mention my tech did not cut my cuticles at all. I called to let them know that my nails are chipping and Lexi (I think that’s her name) said they might be from “wear and tear”. I explained that I got them 4 days ago and she said to come in (I live 40mins away) to get them looked at and they could possibly give me a discount on my next set. I got a gel mani and deluxe pedi. I will not be coming back and the only reason I did go is because a friend recommended, my friend won’t be coming back either. So to Le Dream nail salon, they will fix your messy nails without questioning you.

After spending $103 on this spa treatment and gel nails, youd think they wouldnt be faded and chipped after only three days. Imnever going back here. The money wasnt wasnt worth it
