My experience with this salon was amazing! I have been to other nail salons but I could not find anybody that does acrylic nails at my expectations. Oh la la nail salon delivers well. I have to mention Joann was my nail tech, and she did a fantastic job. See for yourself! I am very happy with the service at Oh la la. Great customer service. Overall, I recommend this nail salon to anybody!

My experience was none the less of amazing from my nail tech, Bee, to the atmosphere and cleanliness. Best natural, thin (like I asked for) acrylic nails. The pedi was wonderful also. Will continue to use while in this area.

Loved it! Bee and Lynn were great! Went with my mother and we each got dip nails and they turned out better than expected! Possibly the best my nails have looked. She accommodated my color preference and added a white layer under the less opaque color so that it wouldn’t be transparent. Nails actually filed and beveled to make the dip look like a natural nail. Will be going back for sure when I’m in town!

Perfect! For the first time ever my nails are exactly what I want! Thank you Lynn! Bee did my daughters nails and she loved hers as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, skilled. I felt really comfortable there. Clean. So happy!

I made an appointment over the phone and got text confirmation before I arrived. Greeted right when I entered, every customer had to wash their hands upon entering, chairs all seemed very clean, and majority of staff were wearing face masks.I came in for a basic pedicure, $25, and Monica talked me into gel, which is only an additional $15. She was super considerate and careful while trimming and filing which was great because my feet are kind of sensitive. She communicated with me throughout the time and made sure to check on how the water temp felt, if I wanted a drink, if I was comfortable, etc. Monica was efficient and thorough, I didn’t feel rushed by any means, even though we were done in under an hour. She checked on little things too like if I wanted just one more coat (I did!) and if I wanted the “cheese grater” (I did not!). Overall I had a great, clean, friendly experience here and will definitely be back and recommending to friends too.

I absolutely LOVE Ooh La La! My go to Nail Tech is Anna and she is sooooo sweet and does GREAT work! All of the staff there are EXTREMELY friendly and they definitely honor appointment times. Tony the manager is also AWESOME! Because of their outstanding service I choose to drive 30 minutes from my side of town to get my nails done. If you want great service come here!!

Visiting Jax and read previous reviews.Very welcoming. Everyone must wash hands before service even though I was getting pedi (great idea). 14 pedi massage chairs and 24 manicure stations. Each one divided by plexiglass. I got the Oh La La pedi. Great value. Wonderful massage with different creams, exfoliation, black stone massage and paraffin wax on feet(feet placed in plastic bag and each leg wrapped in hot towel). Probably the best pedi Ive ever had (and Ive had alot in US and different parts of the world). Highly recommend Amber...wonderful and very patient when I tried to choose a shade from about 100+ colors!

Why do I love ooh la la nails on Hodges so much? They make my SNS nails look like they are my natural nails, not thick and globby. They always remember our names before we sing in even! They never smell like chemicals that make my head hurt. They always have a relaxing atmosphere. And great prices to boot!

I would rate it higher but I only was attended one out of the 5 times I drove over there. They barely take walk in even if its for something as simple as eyebrows. And even if you call for an appointment theyre always booked, every single time. Theres never been a time that they had room for an appointment.

Absolutely loved my first experience at this spa!!!

I took my girls to get pedicures and we had a great time. They are younger, but they had great conversations and were treated like little princesses.One thing to note is they dont allow babies to lap sit or in the strollers so keep that in mind. This was our first time, and I had my 9 month old and they allowed her to sit with me but just reminded me on the way out that next time it wouldnt be allowed.

This is my go to spot now since January when we moved back to Jax. It is a little on the high side but I don’t mind paying for good nails. I always feel welcomed when I come in as a walk-in (appointment is better, but I enjoy the wait to pick out colors and not having my kids with me 🤣) I don’t have a specific nail tech I see as I have not had a “bad” one yet. I currently drive 40+ minutes one way to get my nails done here. Extremely worth it!

Thanks to a referral from my co-worker, I finally found my new nail salon! Ooh La La Nails & Spa has a wonderful, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and worthy of what you will receive as a customer. Henry did my nails and provided excellent service. I also observed and noticed the perfected skills and professionalism provided by the other nail technicians in the salon. This team of nail technicians is obviously current in the knowledge and techniques with todays trends in overally nail-care and style.

David fixed my disaster of an SNS set from another salon. My new nails are so stunning and I’m beyond happy!! The place is super cute and in a great location.

I went for a pink fill and a nail repair ombré, i ended up getting Ann as my nail tech and she did a great job. I also let her do my eyebrows and she did great on those too. This was my first time coming here

Monica is my favorite! I moved and Im so devastated to not have her. Shes so thorough. She does a nice even, well shaped, sturdy job with SNS without making it look too thickThis place is nice and clean, and Ive only ever waited once when I had a scheduled appointment. Even then, it was only 5 minutes. I tried several other salons in the area, and this was by far my favorite.

I was visiting here from Louisiana and I called to make sure walk ins were still being welcomed. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell me yes. So after driving 16 minutes in heavy traffic, I was told theres only 1 acrylic nail tech due to the others going home for Halloween. I made a blank trip in an area Im not familiar with and still was not serviced. I feel he was very unprofessional and he proceeded to try to send me to another nail shop; definitely will not be returning.

Wont find better nail techs any where else. The prices are good and the salon is really clean. They are professional and friendly. My tech, Jessica, always makes sure I feel comfortable and I always have fun with her. I love her and wont go any where else. Also, you dont have to wait long. When they say ten minutes, they really mean ten minutes.

Excellent customer service. Lynn and Calvin were fun and talkative. Calvin does a perfect gel manicure and Lynn also did very well on my SNS. She removed the acrylic I had on very gently, with no pain and no nail damage. So many beautiful gel colors as well. Very clean and neat salon. They open very early as well which is a definite plus. Highly recommend this salon.

Ive been here twice & both times was for an acrylic fill in. I got Vivi the first time and she was great and my nails looked amazing when I left and they lasted so long! I was quite impressed. But then when I went back for a fill in again I had to wait an hour to be seen, which is my fault because I couldve set an appointment. When I left this time I was very upset due to my nail chipping not even an hour after leaving and 4 days later and they looked horrible,paint chipped everywhere and nails cracking. I will not be visiting here again but If you go for an acrylic fill in ask for Vivi!!

The place was nice and clean. The guy working the desk was professional. However I didnt like feeling pressured into spending more money on an upgrade service when the tech offered and gave me a disappointed look when I politely declined. Even though I got the most basic service, I was still charged almost double.

Wanted to try a place closer to home. I went for a pedicure as soon as they opened at 11am on a Sunday and they were busy. The salon is very clean, nice lighting and while in a strip mall doesnt give off that vibe at all.My tech was friendly, professional and did a great job. If Im being super picky I wasnt offered water while others around me were. Maybe she was new? It really didnt matter.Ill definitely be back.

Calvin was great! Listened to what I asked for and did a great job! Brian did my friends nails and even moved his station so my friend and I could sit next to each other. He was so patient and does wonderful work! Ill be going back!

I havent had a manicure in years because every time I did it would chip within hours (Im a Mom and keep a clean house so my hands are always scrubbing and in water) and this was the first manicure I received that was perfect!! My pedicure was wonderful as well!!

I loved everything about my experience. This is not my normal nail salon but I came here in a crunch and I was not disappointed. I had a small glass of wine while I waited, I was a walk in. Very clean and polite. Kid friendly, I like that. Wish I couldve had another cup of wine mightve made my tip better. I still tipped well. They limit it to one small cup. Anyway, good job on my nails. Get the upgraded pedicure youll be happy

I have been going to oh la la nails for three years. I mainly go to Jessica but I think I have used just about everyone in the shop and they are all so good and friendly! I love oh la la and definitely recommend to all my friends!

I moved to Jacksonville four months ago and I am have struggled to find a good nail salon. I am so glad that I saw this place was open on my way home from work. They were pleasant, they did not try to sell me something I do not need, and they have colors that are suitable for all styles. I like neon colors but my sister likes neutrals. Both of us felt like the selection at this store was better than any other salon we have tried before. I think I have finally found a nail salon that I want to come to on a regular basis 😍

Im from out of town and just got pedicure at this salon. It was amazing! Sweetest people ever and a $35 Deluxe pedicure that is worth SO MUCH MORE! It was fantastic. If you live in this area, this is definitely the place to go!!

If you are looking for quality service this is the place for you. The ambience is very nice, The deluxe pedicure was phenomenal! However, after my manicure was completed Lee walked around the chair and gave me a neck massage, I didnt even know I needed that, but when she finished I was fully aware. I love the customer service and all of the technicians are personable, hands down best nail salon I have ever experienced.

I get manicures a lot because I work with my hands.Stopped in to get a manicure and the place was empty.My Nail Tech. did Not filed my nails, just cut them. She wanted to skip putting lotion on my hands and arms but I asked for it. After that her attitude got even worse. Sadly not the worst manicure but the second worst.

Started here nearly a year ago because it was 1/2 mile from my house. Will keep going even if i move to Middle of nowhere Burg. Never had a bad experience, Ive gotten every employee at least once, and Ive never waited long even though I dont have an appointment. My fingers and toes always turn out beautifully! I’ve been to this salon a few times now and I’ve had nothing short of great service. Every time I’ve been very impressed with how my nails turn out. Amy is amazing, the last time she did my nails they last 5 weeks and no chipping!! I have also never had Ombré nails before, I showed her what I liked from Pinterest and she did them perfectly!

Last time here. Whats the point in an appointment for two pedicures if we cannot sit together? My Mom and I got to look at each other instead of spending quality time talking, which is what we do during our pedis. Not on a Wednesday at a 2:30 appointment 😥We tried it again today, 8/17, after the owner responded. We paid for gel pedicures and sat next to each other. It was enjoyable as it should be.

Very unprofessional place I was unsatisfied with my nails they are crooked she was rushing so she messed them up. Redid them they were crooked and uneven. Couldn’t even get my brows done. Then once she finished and painted them she had me just sitting at the table no dry no nothing and then laughed when I said hello am I just going to b sitting here... and I told her the lady Joann that it wasn’t funny a waste of my money don’t even bother commenting I WILL NOTTTT be returning. 1 star more like Oh la lamee

They get one star because it smells very nice here and not like acrylic, so I got my husband in the door to get pedicures. My back and my feet hurt worse after walking out than they did walking in the door! Even a basic pedicure is supposed to include a foot massage! The guy did rub my legs a little, but I couldve gotten my husband to do that at home for free! I feel like I paid way too much for lotion and nail polish! Hubby wasnt impressed with his pedicure either. Im glad I didnt go for the more expensive options because if they cant get the basic right, paying extra isnt ok.

Love the nail techs. Only reason I dont rate it a 5 is because I will go in for a walk in and there is only 1 nail tech that does SNS. or only 1 nail tech thats doing acrylic. I do SNS and my mom does acrylic. So to drive 25 minutes over there for us to get our nails done and be told that the only SNS tech, or the only acrylic tech is fully booked is kinda frustrating. This had happened to us more than once.

The lady who did my nails did a great job. they stayed on a long time. they looked great in every way. afordable price and she gave me a free shoulder massage complementary with my nails. the first time you come you get a discount. they were very nice. going back today.

I have been biting my nails for the past 22 years and have never gotten my nails done before. I went in with the intention of getting a full set of acrylics with gel polish, however my tech recommended tips with OPI dip powder, as I wanted short nails for my work where I frequently use gloves. Despite the horrible quality of my nails, my tech JoAnn did an amazing job and was able to match them perfectly to a picture I had provided. She took the time to match the multiple colors in the picture with the colors they had available. I was really anxious to let anyone see or touch my nails, but she didnt make me feel uncomfortable about my awful nails and was so sweet. I arrived roughly an hour and 10 minutes before close, and they still were able to see me and stayed late to finish them. The cost was affordable and even though I initially came in for a special occasion, I plan to come back regularly to see JoAnn and get them done. Thank you!!

I have always really liked this place but today was not a good experience. Due to multiple broken chairs the 2 of us could not be seated together. Really?! The stones were not hot, no massaging lotion in, just none of the niceties you expect when getting nails done. Apparently the place is getting old but they don’t want to replace things, down to towels that look like car rags. Sad, but I’ll be finding another place.

So happy to have found this salon after relocating from the Northeast. For the first time I had a SNS manicure (it’s a dipping process) because it wasn’t offered at my regular salon in Philadelphia I don’t know how they do it, but it is 10000xs better than gel. After 3 weeks no chips and I just go back because my nail bed is showing due to growth.You also get a real nice salon style treatment. Well worth the time to sit back, relax and leave feeling so good.

Do not go for natural nail manicure. Damaged my nail beds by using a drill! No hand soak, very harsh and dry service. Pressured multi times to get gel nails. Will take months to grow out uneven nail bed. I will stick to the Natural Spa from now on.

I must say, this was a GREAT experience. My pedicure was EVERYTHING . I was ready to pack my technician (Tina) in my suitcase and take her back to Philadelphia with me. I will definitely go back when I visit Jacksonville again.

They were able to find my color match and fix one nail for me, being from out of state this was a God send!!

I love it here. They always try to seek to everyones custom needs and wants. Even if they dont do something you want done they will try their best to make sure that you are very satisfied before you leave. And they have sns and Kiara sky dip powders.
