Wow do I have a lot to say about this place! Well for one, the leasing staff and management is so fun and professional. They brought me in to look at a unit and everything went as smooth as it could’ve! The area is also so convenient! Right next to the Town Center shopping center. Also close to food and many other conveniences nearby. The complex is a bit older, but it’s so beautiful and everyone is respectful and polite. Best place i’ve leased in a long time!!
I had a wonderful experience with the leasing consultant and management here! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to lease at this time. But the staff was very polite and professional and overall made the experience great! I highly recommend
I lived here for over a year and honestly never write reviews but dealing with this office is worse than pulling your own teeth. There is literally one person who is able to handle any serious paperwork and she is available about 0% of the time and is also extremely rude. They also rarely get back to you on time which means anything time sensitive ends up being your fault. They can change the interior all they want but management is still the same.
Stayed at the club for almost a year - unfortunately had to cut lease short because of roommate issues and they were nothing but accommodating.I had requested maintenance help numerous times and they were on the ball with every single request. Front office was always professional and happy to help.Great location, great value, highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Jax gives them serious consideration. They’re continuing to add amenities and the courtyards are very scenic, as well.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! I scheduled an appointment with this Apt complex. Upon arrival, no-one was aware of my appointment to discuss securing a unit for the After explaining why I was there, April asked another lady in the office what documentation was needed for me to obtain the type of lease I was requesting. The lady came to her office door and asked me what type of clients I was catering to. She then rudely said she had a 100 people call for the same thing. She rudely said NO and walked back in her office. She never entertained that may be I had something different to offer. I felt her reaction was unprofessional and from the look on Aprils face, she was also shocked.
I just recently moved out of the Club at Town Center and I really enjoyed living there! The office staff is amazing but especially maintenance. Darnell is absolutely incredible. He’s always friendly, efficient, and always gets the job done. This complex is very fortunate to have him.

Nice place. Good amenities. On-site maintenance with a 24/7 emergency line. It is in a good area and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend for someone looking for an apartment.
Make sure when you are inspecting the apartment you are about to live in, ensure to do a thorough inspection of the A/C unit, and ensure to buy a dehumidifier due to the thin window and old weather sealing. If you’re near one of the retention ponds, you will have a constant musty smell. These are from the bottom of my heating and A/C which I reported twice, and the only thing that was marked on the work order was the filter was sprayed.The Damp-rid bag is hanging on the inside of my front door, and has only been hanging there two days of this posting. That’s how much humidity is in the apartment.
BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY! I lived at the property for 2 years. I had a host of problems that were ignored including pest control and a leak coming from the apartment above me. My car was towed by a private company even though my license plate was registered as a resident to the property. I was fined for keeping my trash can slightly farther from my door due to the pest problem. I put in my 60 day notice in May and disputed the amount owed upon moving out. Instead of working to confirm a balance, my requests to rectify any debts were ignored due to my dispute. If you are a quiet tenant who likes to live in a space and not have too much interaction with the front office, this may not be the place for you.
Do not ever rent here unless you want things to be falling apart around you. Dont rent here if you value your home and dont want maintenance tromping through without any heads up. Ive had more issues than I can count with pretty straightforward ways to fix them, but they ALWAYS find ways to cut corners. I had my cabinets begin falling off of the ceiling, notified the team immediately and a few hours later they showed up to reattach/secure the cabinets....and they did it without straightening the cabinets first, so now I have a lovely slant to my over the stove cabinets. They left the job half completed and left me a note saying theyd be back Monday to complete the job....guess what? No one showed on Monday. BUT OH BOY they showed up Wednesday when I was away at work, with no notice.That is another thing, if you have any, and I mean even a shred, of value in your privacy and safety of your animals do not rent here. I have called the office multiple times begging them to give me a courtesy call before maintenance enters my unit....which legally I am entitled to a minimum of 12hrs notice according to Florida tenant laws, but have they ever done that? Nope. I have had maintenance enter my unit over five times without notice for various (non emergency) reasons. And Everytime I call the front office to voice my frustration and EVERYTIME they tell me that theyll let the team know...but obviously something is wrong if they are continually doing this. I am a young woman who lives alone....have some courtesy people.I had to have a window repaired due to a break done prior to move in and the community had to contract out to another vendor for the repair. Twice they had the vendor show up to do the fix without letting me know, instead I received a call while at work saying the vendor was here now and they wanted to send them to my unit, the second time I even received a rude voicemail from one of the front office ladies that stated well Im just gonna send to your unit now. No.Honestly I can go on, but Ill just say I regret renewing my lease everyday, but unfortunately I had to due to covid issues. I will never ever recommend this community...not even to my worst enemy.
The community staff is excellent. Amber is always helpful, quickly responding to any questions I have. I love the location and highly recommend living here.
My husband & I moved here this past July & we have really enjoyed living here!! The complex is surrounded by trees & greenery so it almost feels like youre walking through a park when you look around & there are a bunch of ducks that live here which we love (especially when its duckling season!) We appreciate that the complex isnt your typical concrete on concrete type situation & because of the location its relatively peaceful. Even though youre off on a more secluded road, you have the Town Center about a 4 minute drive away & youre close to the Beaches & Downtown & really anywhere else you need to go! Maintenance is incredible & responds to all of our requests within a few hours at most & any issues weve had to call maintenance about are things that can happen any place you live (no pests!!) Management is super friendly & accommodating as well & I have a pleasant experience every time I speak with them. Joan, Amber, & Allison have been particularly helpful! In addition, they make it super easy to pay rent through their online resident portal & app. We searched long & hard to find a place to live that worked for us location-wise & that was affordable & we are glad we chose to call The Club at Town Center home!
Worst place I have ever lived, the management is a joke. They never understand what’s going on, will give you notices and ask to get in contact with them but when you do they don’t know what they contacted you for. It’s a nightmare dealing with these people. Don’t waste your time.
Today I walked in with the intention of finding out about the amenities and buying a pass. When I walked in the only woman working was on the phone. I waited for about 5 minutes. In the five minutes I waited not once did she look at me to acknowledge that I was there. She was on the phone talking about her upcoming vacation. I was so frustrated that i walked out. She was completely unprofessional and I would never expect that from a management team member.
This is literally the best place! Joan is super nice and got me moved in VERY quick. I love everything about my apartment. The neighbors are super friendly. Maintenance is also so nice and greets me every time they see me. The apartments are super clean inside and outside. I’m so happy I chose The Club At Town Center for my new home.
The staff is always very responsive and professional whenever I raise any concerns. They are working on improving the property as others have stated as well. The property is well laid out with the amenities and has convenient access to nearby stores.
Kelsey was very communicative and professional. She made the whole experience very streamlined and pleasant, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend taking a tour if youre looking for a new place to rent!
Came to tour The Club at Town Center. Kelsey was our representative. She was very professional and accommodating. She answered every question we had. The apartment neighborhood was very clean and well taking care of by maintenance and lawn services. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a comfortable place to live to stay there.
My family and I just moved in a week ago and the apartment is newly renovated and we love it. We had a few things we needed fixed after move in and the guys came in a fixed it within an hour or 2. We had a problem with our deadbolt an Darnell came and fixed it quickly Very friendly and efficient staff so far. We love the location and the property is really pretty. We are thankful! God bless

I just moved into The Club at Town center not too long ago, and I was amazed at how clean the units were, and not to mention Amanda in the front office, she was absolutely amazing throughout the move in process, very informative, helpful and cared about our needs. The customer service here is absolutely outstanding and they will have maintenance out to your unit the very same day you report a problem. I highly recommend living here.
I would absolutely recommend this property! The management team is always available, friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues I may have. The property is clean and well maintained. Amber is an awesome property manager! Will be staying here for many years to come!
This place is a real bang for your buck. It’s the most conveniently located, affordable, nice apartment.They have security at night, seems like maintenance is available 24/7, is quiet, and beautiful. Ive loved living here
I got denied to live here based on what came back on my boyfriends criminal history. It was not even his background check, but they would not even give us the time of day to resolve that and instead dismissed us. This was in December of 2020. Here I am, April 2021, still waiting on the admin fee refund that is due. I have been in contact with Joan and Amber over the past four months and have still not received my refund. I am very thankful that we got denied as this company obviously is not reliable. The apartments were okay at best, but I wouldn’t recommend them for the price. We only applied because we were on a time crunch due to my pregnancy and my boyfriends job transfer.
***Update***I cant say enough good things about this property! I had an incident a few weeks ago and the manager Amber was extremely helpful and empathetic of my situation. The entire staff here really makes you feel at home.Great place to live! I have been here a year now and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and maintenance crew. The office staff is always friendly and hold monthly activities and giveaways. The maintenance crew are always quick to respond and go above and beyond whenever I need something fixed. The property is kept up very well with a lawn crew coming out every week. This is probably the best place I have lived and I have lived in several communities on the Southside that are quite honestly way overpriced compared to what you get living here. If you are considering apartment living, this is the place to be, it’s a short 5 min drive to town center or 15 minute walk.
I have lived here since the summer and every interaction that I’ve had with any member of the staff has been great. Maintenance is incredible - they typically answer my maintenance requests within the hour. Everyone is so friendly to myself and my dog. This is the first time that I have felt truly at home since moving to Jacksonville in 2017!

I just signed my lease for year number 8!Office staff is absolutely wonderful, maintenance is prompt, and location is superb!
Non responsive. They find every way to sneak in fees, very rude customer service. Especially the manager, very dissatisfied. Definitely not renewing lease, be sure to let them know 30 days prior (I know I will) or else they’ll automatically renew you for another year locked into the contract. They are making us pay late fees for $200 even tho we paid on time and we have the confirmation number. Very upset about this, I would not recommend anyone to live here. The cabinets are constantly falling and door knobs come loose, constantly having to have the maintenance workers fix things because everything falls apart in these apartments, our neighbor says the same thing. Cops are constantly called and there are homeless people that walk around the neighborhood all the time. Overall very scam like, MONEY HUNGRY, and horrible customer service from manager. Also getting in touch with them is near impossible, especially when they have scammed you with more fees. 👎

Amber is the most understanding manager I’ve dealt with in any apartment community I’ve ever lived. She and her crew are prompt and compassionate but most of all make you feel like you are family. Every work order I’ve placed has been taken care of quickly and the one time I was late on a payment Amber was flexible, helping me get back on track!
Idk about great value. But....I do like the location more than I thought I would.Staff are 8/10. I love this place! From the first day I walked in until this day 3 1/2 years later, Amber and her Team had been my refuge! I came here after being in a 20 plus year marriage, never been alone! But I feel so safe here and all my needs are always met
Staff is very professional and prioritizes getting to know their tenants. There are monthly COMPLIMENTARY resident activities to not only show customer appreciation but to promote a sense of community. Are there minor wear and tear issues due to the fact these are older apartments--sure. However, the service team always responds promptly and practices the utmost respect when entering and servicing the home.Update: Staff is still OK and maintenance is still very responsive, but on the whole neighbors are not respectful to the community (pet waste, loud music, trash, unleashed pets, things of that nature).
Filled with roaches. Apartments flooded with water multiple timea they do nothing just vaccuum it up. But leave water n walls for mold and roaches to come. Everyday I find roaches every night I wake up and turn lights on there is 20 or more roaches
Recently moved into this complex. My husband and I are very pleased with apartment. Close to shopping and eateries. Monica was our leasing rep. and our move-in was smooth. She gets things done that you need and is very understanding. Great job! Complex is beautiful!

Amber does a great job with making sure there is fast service if something needs to be replaced or fixed In the apartment. The prices are pretty competitive with other properties near by. You are a mile from town center where all the restaurants and outdoor mall is located. If you take the bus there are plenty bus stops around as well. Great place and atmosphere and they are pet friendly. The pool area is nice and relaxing for hot day in sunny Florida.
I moved in to these apartments in September 2020. The apartments are old, cheap and falling apart. Everything done to “fix” is simply a bandaid over a more serious problem. A young man was shot to death on New Year’s Eve 2020. No one from the apartment complex reached out to residents for their safety. The man’s blood remained on the sidewalk until the evening of the following day because “it was a holiday” and no one was available to clean up. This man’s family came to the complex to ask questions and found their family member’s blood on the sidewalk. I have mold in the water heater/air conditioner storage closet of my apartment. I sent e-mails to management with photo proof of the mold and was told that “ it doesn’t look like mold to me”. The management team then sent someone from maintenance out to spray the mold. Which did nothing. There is water damage under my sink that has now been chewed through by rodents and there are droppings. When I reached out to discuss I was told it would be five days before someone could come out to look. All of these issues are terrible to begin with, but it is the lack of urgency from the management team that is, in my opinion, the worst part.
This is a great apartment complex! The staff, especially Amber Marceau, is very friendly, professional, and responsive. The property hosts fun resident events, and the staff keeps all common spaces clean and nice. Id highly recommend!

We have lived here for almost 2 years and really enjoy the location. About 10 miles from the beach, very close to awesome shopping and lots of restaurants. I have lived here a year and it was a terrible experience. From moving in to the wrong apartment to a potential electrical fire the first week of moving in, the dishwasher never worked and they wouldn’t replace it even though they told me the issue was the age/condition from before I moved in. It’s NOTHING like the pictures and they charge you for literally everything. Even the gym facility that has barely anything in it. Just be sure to look at this place before you sign a lease. It’s a good location, but there are a lot of homeless people that walk the back of the property and cops are frequently called. There are much nicer places for the price.

I started looking for my first apartment and i really enjoyed this place. Allison helped walk me through the whole process of getting an apartment and what exactly i needed to do. Very nice place, the upgrades look good.
Its never a good sign when complaining about something minor constitutes a non-renewal of lease.Also these response from owner they reply with one-star reviews are automated, no one at the leasing office knew about this review when I called.

I have lived at The Club at Town Center for over 10 years, and I highly recommend this complex for many reasons. It is an incredible value compared to other more-expensive apartment complexes that do not offer better amenities—the others just charge higher rental rates. On a more personal level, I love the leasing office team and the maintenance crew. Not only do they meet your apartment request needs very quickly, they are always smiling and always make you feel it is a family-type housing complex. That is important to me.The team leader and Community Manager is Amber Marceau who has worked at this property for a very long time. I’ve gotten to know Amber well and can sincerely tell you she is one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting as well as a leader whom her team members respect and trust. (She’s so good that I fear she will be promoted, but I’m crossing my fingers that she stays on-property for at least a few more years.)If you want a beautiful property that is affordable, close to the Town Center, practically in UNF’s backyard, and has awesome amenities like a pool, gym, professional meeting center/clubhouse, and tanning bed, you need to stop by The Club at Town Center. I have lived at TCTC for almost two years. It has been the best place to live. The complex is quiet and amazing. The office staff are great to work with and really care about their tenants. Amber Marceau has been the best help through the toughest times, especially with the Covid pandemic. She constantly works with you the best that she can to make sure that whatever she can do to help, she does.
Ive been living here for about six months and I am very happy. I feel I got a good price and a quality living situation. I am in college, so I dont need anything fancy, but the downgraded units like mine are still very well put together and I have had no issues, even with no bugs. Any minor maintenance issue was attended to usually the same day with polite service from the management and service people. The neighborhood seems nice and safe as well. And great neighborhood amenities :)

Lived here for 5 years and it is a great place to live in. The location is excellent, close to expressway, UNF, Towncenter, Downtown and beaches. The staff is very responsive to requests. The property manager, Amber Marceau is great to work with. Great response time and very serviceable! Amenities are well taken care off as well as the common areas.
Ive lived here about 2 years. They are quick to respond if you have a maintenance issue. Which is a huge plus in my book. Nice and quiet place to live. Great location. 2 minutes to get on 295. Walgreens 2 min. away. They just added att here. Its like 50 a month. Added onto ur rent. Not too bad. I had Xfinity just installed like 6 months ago. The Club said they would reimburse my fees for canceling. I kinda wanted to wait till my lease is ending but Ill probably stay here another year so Ill probably do that soon.

I’m a new tenant here and my AC wasn’t cooling very well. After making known my displeasure over the heat they went ahead and replaced my unit within the same week. When I got back into town it was cool in my townhome. I’m so pleased with the quick response to maintenance issues. Also the courteousness and professionalism of my tech Amir. Excited to be a part of this community.Added…. Still like the community overall however parking is horrible!!!!!! Visitors take up spots leaving residents to have to park in places they don’t live near..I Don’t mind not having a spot assigned to the apartment but there definitely should be spaces that visitors should have to park in, to allow spaces for residents are most convenient. It’s absurd for persons that visit are able to inconvenience residents that pay to live here. 😡
I’m happy with everything here so far. For the price, it’s great value. The maintenance crew is fast and effective. No problems in neighbors and it’s safe living here so far.

Sharla was exceptional in helping to deal with a unique situation. She found the best unit for us and helped us to make the application process easy from Ohio to Florida. We toured this place many years back and it was lovely. We have had several people share their positive experiences with us therefore we feel confident moving in. I am very hopeful this will be a place to live for awhile. If our initial interaction is indicative of their overall customer service than I am sure we won’t have any issues. If so, I will review again, but so far they have all been outstanding.
So far, I have been here a few months now. Through this time of having a “new normal”, the Club at Town Center has really went above and beyond to make their residents know they are still here for us and making us aware of changes plenty in advance. I have still only experienced transparency and thoroughness up to this point. Thank you TCTC team members for everything!
To CLUB AT TOWN CENTER mgt.,We would really appreciate a notice before installing a washer and dryer in our apartment (#1606) . Last Monday (July 27) I went to my dentist and decided to go back to the apartment and relax. But Imagine going home in the afternoon with 3 men inside the apartment without any of our knowledge! They just open our apartment😳😳😳.You are giving us a reason that you’re installing washer&dryer to all of the apartments? I don’t believe you. Installing or not, IT IS NOT RIGHT TO TRESSPASS. It’s alarming seeing people you don’t know if they are maintenance or not. What would you feel? And 3days before we left the apartment, WE DONT HAVE HOT WATER. I didn’t have time to complain because we were so busy packing and still have work in the hospital,saving lives. We followed all your rules, for 2years & 3months, we were never late in paying you .We just want a refund of our last payment.IT WAS REALLY A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. Never again.

This place was pretty good at the time. Great location and it didn’t flood like my last apartment so that was a plus. Unfortunately, after I moved out I was never notified that I owed any moving out fees. In fact, the last email I had received that even looked like a bill said I owed nothing. They said it was on record that they emailed and mailed a statement but I received neither, so I can only presume someone lied because I scoured my inboxes for any semblance of a bill. A phone call would have even sufficed to let me know to pay it in a timely manner. The new assistant manger was at least kind enough to inform me that I had a balance before sending anything to collections so perhaps with her help, it will be better but my experience ended up being pretty sour due to very poor communication.
So I’m going to try to make this as short as possible! We were scheduled to move for 2+ months at a different complex - paid our application fees, hired movers and everything and the day before we were scheduled to move - our apartment wasn’t ready and wasn’t going to be for at least another weak or so and the leasing agent was so rude about the entire situation and had a “couldn’t care less” attitude and mind you they didn’t call us to tell us or email us or any type of communication about this issue and they were ignoring our calls for about a week before our move in date (now we know why!) So, we had to find a place to move to and we had to find it quickly because if not we would have been homeless! Thank God for Brandon our Leasing Agent and Sharla the Community Manager! They got us an apartment the very same day we found out about the other apartment and we were able to move in the following morning like planned but now to our new beautiful apartment! Brandon worked so diligently, emailed back and forth with us to get all our information together wayyy past closing hours and then came in the following morning (moving day) which was his day off to help us! He made us feel right at home, a part of the family and just completely relieved us of all the stress we were just forced under! They both care so much and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and to make this process as easy as possible for us! I can’t even conjure up enough kind words about them! They exude kindness and are so genuine and honest and just downright good people! They not only say they put their residents first, they actually do it! We are so in love with our new apartment and the energy of this place! It is clean, modern, spacious, welcoming and everything you’d want your home to be! We’ll be residents here for a long time! Thank you so much Brandon and Sharla for bringing us home!

I came from a HORRID apartment complex prior to moving to The Club, let me just say that the staff here was MORE than accommodating for me and my little boy. The process was easy and simple and even the animals are happier in our spacious townhome! We are so very happy to be here. The amenities are wonderful and I always get a quick response if I need anything from the leasing office. They’re ON it! I even see the office ladies in muck boots cleaning the little pond and doing landscaping! You girls rock! Keep it up!Happy to be home!

Overall for my wife and I, our first living experience here was a great experience. The staff was more than helpful to resolve issues, even little things, I felt very safe there, parking was nice, the pool was very nice and big, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Even though we’re moving to a different location (due to location of work, no problem with the place one bit) we are sure going to miss living there! Especially being so close to town center which was very convenient! Whether you’re starting out or looking for a great price, this is a great place to be! I’d recommend this complex to any of my friends!

I have just recently moved in, and Sarah Robertson took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted, as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. So far, I love living at TCTC. These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but Chris, the maintenance staff and Sarah, are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues by phone or email. I am truly thankful for how helpful and friendly Sarah and Chris were during my move in transition and thereafter. I’d recommend this complex to everyone!
I moved in this past year and the staff is incredible! They respond quickly via email or if you just stop in quickly and ask a question about anything and maintenance requests are completed within 48 hours. Moving across the country was so easy when they help you get to know the area and are willing to answer questions honestly. Theres also a major shopping near by and youre about 15 minutes from just about anything (downtown, beach, etc.) so its the perfect location. You will always see a friendly face (whether staff or maintenance) walking around to make sure everything is in top condition and always asking if you need anything or just wishing you a great day! :)
