I would give them a zero star if possible and dont be scammed by the recent 5 star reviews since they are incentivizing residents to write 5 star reviews as part of a September Review Contest. When we first moved in this property was under a different management company and was truly luxury living. However, since Bell Partners has taken over it is anything but luxury living. The fire alarms are constantly going off all hours of the day and night and it takes them over an hour to turn them off. The fire department no longer takes this seriously which is a safety issue. The property/amenities which used to be cleaned on a regular basis are now not being cleaned which is unacceptable especially in the current COVID environment. The lease states this is a smoke-free community but it is not enforced. Due to the poor management all the good residents are leaving and the quality of residents has significantly declined. We have reached out to the regional manager, Lisa Allgood but never receive any communication. This is a direct reflection on how Bell Partners operates. I do not expect any positive action to be taken based on this review but I would like to prevent others who are trying to provide a nice and safe home for their families from making the mistake of moving to Cue.

I recently visited Cue and plan to get an apartment there. This is a great property. The 2 bedrooms I saw were spacious with awesome floor plans. The amenities were plentiful, clean, new and all you could ask for. I met with Heather Norman who was super friendly, and answered all my questions without pause. She was the best part of the visit. You definitely want to ask for her if you go check out this complex.

Great place to live with very good amenities. The office staff is very nice and attentive towards resident requests. It does have its ups and downs when living at an apartment complex and the office staff can only do so much until the residents decide to have common courtesy towards each other. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at CUE. The apartments are well designed and brand new...cant beat that!

Incredible customer service at this property. The property is beautiful and very nice but, what really puts it over the top is the incredible customer service given by Heather Norman. Any company is only as good as (or in this case, as GREAT as) the people that sell the brand. We were given top notch service from the moment we walked in the door. The company’s only problem is she’s out of apartments to lease. She knows her product inside out, and, is helpful, polite and very professional. If she worked for me I would give her a promotion.

Waking up daily to a resort style view of the pool area is the absolute best part of my morning. The neighborhood is wonderful and truly fosters a comfortable living environment to enjoy the outdoors or have a peace of mind poolside. Yes, like any neighborhood you have the anomalies outside of your control, but take all of it with a grain of salt as these apartments have a lot more to offer with no compromise. To compliment the wholesome experience of CUE Luxury living, is the amazing staff that are very attentive and friendly to all resident needs. Ive lived in 3 previous luxury apartment communities. Ive had problems at each one and only lived at each one for one lease term. This is the first community Ive moved into where the community manager made sure repairs were done correctly after learning about the complaint. Heather made sure my cabinet was replaced with a quality working cabinet. They managed to resolve all of the issues I had within one week. These are the best luxury apartments Ive lived in so far. The balcony is screened in and thats just fantastic. The balcony is free of pests because of this design decision. I can leave my balcony door open for fresh air and I dont have to worry about bugs getting in. I can sit outside at night and not get bitten up.These apartments are also larger than the others Ive stayed in at a very fair and reasonable rent.I didnt bother setting up my home automation at my last apartment - I knew I wasnt staying. I setup all of my automation at the Cue last night - because I know Im staying. So far so good! I hope to keep this as my home until I decide to buy a house one day. This beautiful apartment is very comparable to a house.

Cue is the best place I have ever lived! Everyday I wake up smiling and happy!Cue takes the term luxury living to a whole new level! Sarah and Brittany in the main office are your go-tos! If you are looking for a place to live they will go above and beyond to make sure you are placed in the apartment of your dreams and that it is everything you anticipated and more! I rented a three bedroom on the third floor sight unseen from a different state and Sarah was at my side the whole way. Every time I called she would spend as much time as it took to explain or to take me through a virtual tour and to help me transition from a northern state to the sunny state of Florida.Sarahs assistance went beyond her job as a leasing agent. To explain more fully You would need to understand that moving from a northern state the time deadline got shifted a few times due to the U-Haul truck breaking down and then a car breaking down. Sarah was in contact with me several times a day reaching out just asking how I was doing and how the move was going and offering her assistance with every hiccup we had. When we arrived it was past business hours and she didnt care she met us at the main gate and took us to the apartment and spent well over an hour just helping me acclimate to the new area and to my new home.Sarah spent a great deal of time explaining the least to me and all the terms making sure that I understood prior to arriving who the utility companies were to contact and what kind of renters insurance would be best coming from the north and not being accustomed to hurricane weather. Sarah and Brittany are extremely knowledgeable not only with the property in which they are leasing agents, they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Jacksonville, Florida living, and the needs of the residents.Cue luxury living apartments takes concierge service to a whole new level... They have an entire room dedicated to package delivery, they have wine storage, on every floor centrally located are trash rooms with a trash shoot and a recycling bin that is large. on every floor of every building they have storage units which is incredibly helpful. However, there is ample storage, more than I have ever experienced in any other apartment living, in the apartment. They even have garages that are covered with remote controls that have an entrance into each apartment building so you will never have to be exposed to the elements if you didnt want to.The workout room rivals the nicest gyms I have ever been in. The equipment, as is everything on the property, is brand new and state of the art. In the workout room is a refrigerator that is stocked with water protein shakes and Gatorade that is of no cost to the residence. They also have a snack area that has several types of healthy snacks for when you are done working out or mid workout, and these are all at no cost. They have a yoga room with a dance bar and all of the state of the art equipment for doing aerobics as well as several large mounted televisions that the residents have control over while youre working out. They also have a spin room that has several bikes in it and a large television take you can play cycling workouts. The pool... There are two of them and both are pristinely maintained and rival the nicest luxury resorts I have ever been in around the world! The furniture around the pool is as elegant as it is comfortable. Both pools are saltwater which is much healthier and more pleasant to swim in. The landscaping around the pool is breathtaking! Every time I swim in the pool, which is almost daily, I find myself in disbelief that I actually in such a luxurious community! Off of the pool are a mens and womens restroom that also includes a shower, and on the pool deck are a few outside showers so you can rinse off real quick before getting in and before leaving. In the next days and weeks to come Sarah and Brittany have continued to go above and beyond to help me acclimate to Florida, find my way around, and helped me feel like part of the Cue community family!

The luxury of living at the Cue started before I moved in. I was greeted by Sarah and her team and the rest was history. Her hospitality, availability, and empathy to understand what I was looking for has been unmatched by other communities. After viewing numerous apartments, I was taken on a tour of the lounge that has an electronic barista, a fridge loaded with drinks, and topped off with snacks on the counter. But wait, theres more. There is a pool table and shuffle board that is sure to be a hit with the kiddos. Not to mention muliple TVs. The community also has a cinema room that you can check out, full gym, conference room, computer room, etc. You dont have to worry about your package being stolen because they participate in the Luxer, which is electronic lockers for your deliveries. Last, and most importanly, the POOL is amazing and very relaxing. The pool is surrounded with luxurious and super comfy lounge chairs, numerous grills, and a entertainment area with a TV. I cant wait for some football! Thanks so much to Sarah again! She made this feel like home immediately, and there were quite a few special Welcome Home treats waiting for me upon getting my keys.

The place is beautiful. They make you sign multiple rules during the contract but they really don’t enforce them. A few bad things in this place like Dog poo all over the common areas, people smoking, boats and trucks taking multiple parking spots, people speeding thru the parking lot and people smoking pot inside the cars in the parking lot are some of the few things that will make this place go down like the others.

From the day I moved in, and every day since, I have found Heather Johnson, Heather Norman and Abi Hunger always available to answer questions, give helpful information and guide a not particularly savey tech person throughCues very sophisticated features. I am always greeted by name and given a cheery hello. John Joyce and Spencer Treadway are extremely responsive to any maintenance request no matter how trivial it may seem and always have a smile on their faces. I previously rented a house in San Marco for several years, and I moved back to Jacksonville for a new job. I made a good faith effort at finding roommates. Animal obsessives (pardon, pet parents) with differing definitions of what constitutes clean made me opt for a place of my own.So, I searched for a 1/1 that was (1) new(er), (2) safe, (3) reasonably priced, (4) had W/D in unit, and (5) situated close to both my work (off Southside) and my church (St. Augustine).Cue ticked off all my must-haves plus a few nice to haves as well.New: Cue was as new a place as I could find (built in 2020; the Google Maps street view still showed the construction site) and my particular unit had not yet been lived in.Safe: the Bayard/Bartram area location is secure and quiet, and the free gated parking has proved a great amenity.Reasonably priced: in this market, prices are steep everywhere, especially for a 1/1, but many older, less nice places charged just as much or more than Cue, particularly places at the Beach. Many were in varying degrees of disrepair, relying solely on what they consider a prime location to justify exorbitant rents. Meh: I can visit the Beach easily enough without paying out the wazoo for a decaying stucco closet whose interiors reminded me of a Saw film.W/D in Unit: if you see a rent too good to be true, its probably due in part to the lack of in-unit W/D or hookups. Coin-operated, communal laundry rooms are a personal deal-breaker; did it in college, but never again. Cue has side-by-side Frigidaire W/D. Initially, the washer was not agitating properly, but my online maintenance request was resolved within 24 hours free of charge (just a belt issue), and the appliances have worked very well since. So, the staff is responsive and the amenities of good quality.Location: Bartram is less of an organic neighborhood like San Marco, and it lacks a certain walkability and ambiance. But, being centrally located and close to 9B, US-1, Old St. Augustine Road, and I-95, its not far from anywhere in the Greater Jax area: 15 min to work/Southside/Town Center; 20 min to San Marco; 25 min to Downtown/Riverside/Avondale; 25 min to the Beaches; 30 min to St. Augustine. All the places you want to visit are a podcast away. So, if youre looking for a place to live in Jax, consider Cue, one of the few complexes that lives up to the luxury in its name.

The rent is too high for the amenities you DO NOT GET TO USE!! There is no property MANAGER only an assistant property manager. The second week we were here my dog contracted an infection from our dog park due to other residents not treating the grounds properly!! I contacted the assisted manager and got no where with the situation. I had to pay over $600.00 to get my dog back healthy after this infection. I was not even offered reimbursement. I know you use the amenities at your own risk but when you allow your residents to do whatever they please it affects the others and that reflects POOR MANAGEMENT.. I have called numerous times about issues and get no type of solution. My husband had a package delivered to the wrong apartment and the people of that apartment # took his package opened it and did not even return it to the front office. I had to call and have the assistant manager confront the tenant to get our package back. When my husband told the assistant manager he was going to press charges he begged him not to do so because it would reflect poorly on their community. If I were you steer clear of this PLACE!!! It wont be long and we will be seeking legal council to get out of our lease due to all the issues! Keep in mind we have only lived here 2 months!!!!!!!

Many other tenants also have issues and it seems impossible to find solutions or anyone to take the issues seriously. Too much money to have constant issues. This apartment is more problematic than the one at which I lived when I was nineteen at a giant state university.Dont live here because:-They deleted my review explaining why to not live here.-Restricted breeds do not exist here. Its a free-for-all for restricted dog breeds. *lease breach*-Reporting incidents/reasonable concerns does not lead to a resolution.-People park trucks with trailers attached that hold fourwheelers, dirtbikes, and cars on them long-ways in parking spots, so others cannot park there (even though the lot is nearly becoming full) *lease breach*-They do not check for service animal or ESA documentation from a registered, certified medical professional. I know this because I have an ESA for PTSD and they never asked for documentation or vaccination records.-They do not clean up the grounds.-Residents trash the grounds with alcohol containers, dirty diapers with human feces in them, liter, etc. *lease breach*-People throw parties here, knowing the sound travels easily at this apartment (I can overcome most sounds that are typical of apartment-style living, i.e. footsteps, a dog bark, a laughing group of friends). This is far beyond that. There are domestic disputes between twenty-year-old couples that slam doors, throw things at walls, move in and out. *lease breach*-They do not follow lease stipulations regarding aggressive resident behavior. *lease breach*-They do not follow lease stipulations regarding aggressive animal behavior. *lease breach*-My ESA got viciously attacked here, and they did nothing about it. *lease breach*-Two different German Shepherds here (restricted breeds) continue to viciously bark, lunge, and growl at me and other residents, including a child. The lease states aggression from animals nor humans will be tolerated; however, this is not executed in the slightest. *lease breach*-My boyfriend got bit by a dog here. He needed a tetanus shot. While it wasnt the leasing managers fault, they did nothing to make us feel safer such as CONTACT THE ANIMAL CONTROL OR THE RESIDENT. (I contacted AC by myself.) *lease breach; according to the lease we and they signed, aggressive animals will not be tolerated*-The non-smoking policy does not actually exist, although the lease says no-smoking. People smoke anything thats smoke-able here. Ive seen and smelled cigarettes, marijuana, and vapes pretty much every day. *lease breach*-We recently had to stand out in the RAIN at 9PM while I was supposed to be in online class because of a FALSE fire alarm.-The dog waste is so bad that its not able to be overcome by just watching where you step because its everywhere. *lease breach*-People walk dogs without leashes because their dog would never hurt anyone or who cares if my dog isnt on a leash.-Weve lived here for three months and cannot wait to move out, so imagine if you sign a lease here for twelve months. Dont let the pretty leasing office and friendly demeanor of the girls blind you. They are so polite, friendly, and patient, and I do not blame them for any of this at all, but the residents and dogs here are literally your worst nightmare of apartment-living.-I am not the only person at the CUE who thinks this place is problematic: there are countless others who agree that residents are allowed to behave like we are in middle school (throwing trash on the ground, screaming, not following quiet hours in respect of others onuses)As you have probably collected, this place will breach the lease with you and not execute any of their rules that they make you sign.

The complex is beautiful and brand new, the community is amazing and the neighborhood is great you won’t regret living here! 👍🏼Our first experience here wasn’t great but living here have more pros than cons. Keep readingWe had to move really fast from miami to Jacksonville because of a job offer and coincidentally they recommend us to move a day before Labor Day because the office didn’t open that same day. a few things came up and we arrived after labor hour but they still said they were going to wait for us to arrive to give us the keys to enter to our new Aptartaments, they called us to see if we where near by but unfortunately at the speed we were going with our car hanging behind the truck we were unable to arrive on time.At the end they send us an email that we didn’t read because of course we were driving 🙃 saying that they were going to open the office first thing in the morning (on labor day) and at the end that night nobody received us, we had to pay a night in a hotel and all our fresh food went bad because of the miss communication of the cue team.I recognized I was kind of angry at the beginning but then we realized how long it was going to take us to sign and read the contract (one hour more or less) that day Vernon explained everything and we expressed our frustration with him 😅 Thank you for listening!A few weeks after we moved the general manager came to apologize for what had happened to us, and did something I wasn’t expecting at all, she gave us flowers and a $100 dollars gift card to buy the food we lost when we moved. She definitely didn’t had to do it and she did it anyway. Thank you for that! The situation was out of our hands and theirs too. I just want to share my thanks to the Cue team for the effort of offering a great place where to live ❤️I’m loving my brand new apartment 😜
