Our ceiling in our sons bedroom caved in.. called multiple times over the course of 4 days and they’ve been out once and did nothing but looked at it. they don’t seem very worried about their residents at all and with how much it rains in Florida.. the bedroom is now flooding!

I was eating at home so of course it was great. The food is from Rosatis. Amazing everytime

I have lived here 6 years. New management and updating. I like the dark screens put on my windows to help me keep my cooling bill down. Of course it is old navy housing, but that is what makes it unique. The neighborhood is generally quiet. Working folks and a smattering of kids here. Rent is reasonable. Close to the base, and I-295.

I stayed In Ortega Village for 2 years and it was a nice, peaceful and homey place. The neighbors were friendly. Kids played together well. The school bus stop in front of the Apartment entrance was awesome for kids. The propertys have all been pleasant to work with from Mia, Kelly and Stephanie. Stephanie current manager is amazing. She goes above and beyond for entertainment for the kids.The I have 2 so thats important. She knows all the kids name. She is always so prefessional but personal. Great with communicating changes and issues. I will missed them since moving 3 weeks ago. Needed more space. Only complaint is the Maintenance man Micheal. Any serious fixing like air condition and plumbing Stephanine and outside companies where on top of it. Great Job Lofty!!

These apartment complex are the worst of the worst. The bugs are horrible, the maintenance is terrible and the only thing they worry about is the cleanliness of the pool, and the grass. The laundry mat closes before its time, no one cares about your safety, and not to mention its basically one way in and one way out. Trains get stuck on the tracks at hours at a time. God forbid there is an emergency and the ambulance cant get to where the emergency is because there is a train on the track!!! They turn your water off without notice and when you call to check out the reason they state it was an emergency. If there is an emergency EVERY week, clearly there is a plumbing issue. Oh, dont forget the office workers with the attitude problem!!! If you are looking for cheap and terrible look else where because they are just plain terrible. Worst decision I ever made......

Lofty is the worst experience that I have ever had with a management company. Since they have acquired our property from Michaelson group weve had a drastic increase in burglaries and other theft, cleanliness of the neighborhood and lack of response to service request.If you plan on moving to any property they own do yourself a favor...DONT.

When living there our property manager never put in work orders, at one point we had to threaten legal action because our fridge went out and we started losing the food inside. We were told the tub would be resurfaced which never happened. Car got broken into which isnt managements problem just unfortunate of the location. Front office was broken into and 5 months of my money orders(thats how the accept rent) were stolen. After recovering everything the leasing officer never put a note in my file so everytime I went into the office i had to show proof that i did not owe so KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK glad I did. After leaving we were charged over a grand and only found out when checking our credit. Not knowing why since we finished our lease and turned everything in the new leasing lady is extremely rude. Even going as far as hanging up in our face.

This is a quiet apartment complaice but there is some problems with drugs and tentants and as kathy the property manager states their only there to get the rent nothing else,she said this when i went to talk to her about an assault that happened there on the property and the police were involved but she said not her problem me and the suspect.i will never live there gain or tell anyone of this place. you leve in fear cuz there not there to help just collect rent

Been here a few times with friends. Also considered when I first moved to Jacksonville. They seem to be in need of maintenance.

I hear the trains here blowing their horns and getting stuck on the tracks is a major annoyance. Id rather steer clear.

When I was there I was kicked out just because I missed 1 Rent Payment which I had a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom and I was paying $775.00 a monthSince Hud Officially took over a 3 B 2Ba is almost $900 and something now IF you can even find a 3 Bedroom 2 BathroomThe 7th Leasing Company that took over before they kicked me was the worst Company Ever and they are still trying to get over $6,000.00 for gutting the whole apartment which I hear that they did after I left and so
