I’ve lived here for a year and have enjoyed my stay. Front deck is eager to help and maintenance gets the job done quick. The apartments have a nice layout and the closet space is amazing!

I love living here! I been a tenant for 5 years. The only qualm I have is that my rent started at 725, and its now almost a grand. Keep in mind I have a two bedroom one bathroom! But sides the high rent its truly been my favorite apartment. I have a beautiful big kitchen, and patio that I have a great view of the woods! Its nice, and quiet here, and the maintenance guys are really great at there jobs! Overall I think this place is worth it. I have two kids, and all the kids around here are so nice, and well behaved! Its nice to be able to trust your neighbors, and let all the kids play at the playground, or swim at the pool. Keep up the great work guys!Love your tenant!

We put in a work order, and then two days later it was all fixed and they were so kind about our requests. Terry did an awesome job fixing our lighting and curtains, 10/10 would reccomend!

The best apartment complex Ive ever lived in . Quiet, safe, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc .

Visited friends at this apartment complex.Pretty high quality amenities and construction. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious and more house like than apartment like.The entire area is quite and well relaxed.You feel safe walking through without a worry.If we were looking for an apartment in this area of town, this would absolutely be one of the first places on our list.

We put in a work order on saturday and they were very nice about helping us out! When we placed the order they let us know they would come on tuesday! And sure enough they did! Terry did an amazing job at fixing our light and our blinds!

We worked with Kwame to get into an apartment. He’s been awesome the entire way through. Very friendly and personal. The maintenance team is the best I’ve had at any apartment. They’ve responded same day so far within a couple hours to my requests. They wave when they see you in the neighborhood! The neighbors are friendly and will say good morning and smile back. It’s VERY quiet here even though we often see lots of children playing outside and are right on a busy street. We could not have picked a better place to live. 10/10 staff.

Where to start, this place when I first moved is was fantastic I enjoyed every second of it until I had to move out. Found out a previous manager absconded with Last Months Rent that they Have never done before. I refuse to pay them due to them having an extra 945$ of mine. They give me a 72 hour notice to pay or vacate. Now they are trying to charge me for 8 days I was not there after the notice told me to leave. Plus after 3 years, I had yet to get a carpet cleaning that I had scheduled a day for each and every time but they fell through.The lack of care for anything other than your back pocket, Id stay away and find a house to rent youll find its cheaper than here.Warning to all that want to move here, they will lie to you and most likely reply here with a lie and will sweet talk you. But in the end they will screw you out of money.For example, any pregnant women expecting a child and you get a studio during your pregnancy they will force you to move out of the complex unless you upgrade(sometimes 400-600$ more a month) for a two bedroom.

The website makes Cypress Cove look great but after going there to actually look at them in person we noticed that the childrens playground they say they have under amenities, they tore that down to put a dog park in. I wish they had updated their website and removed the pictures because we wouldnt have wasted our time driving through there and looking for the playground! False advertisement. But at least while driving around we were able to witness a couple fighting (looked like drug attics honestly & this was at like 4-5pm on a Sunday) throwing clothes, the girl hitting the guy a couple of times... We drove past them a few times, only because I really wanted to find that playground, but after like the 3rd time the girl started yelling at our car! I really couldnt care less about them fighting unless I was their neighbor, but after that we decided this is not a place we want to raise our children, even if they did still have the playground!

I love living here at Cypress Cove Apartments. I have good relations with all my neighbours and there is a sense of community here that is lacking in other complexes I have visited. Management is always quick to respond to my requests for maintenance and when the maintenance personnel have to enter my apartment they are very careful of my possessions and courteous to me. I dont think I could find a nicer place to live.

Ive lived here for a year and a half and loved it the whole time. The rates are very reasonably for what you get! The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever you need something. Overall Im very happy living here!

I absolutely love this community because they genuinely care about their residents. The staff is extremely helpful and the environment is respectable, pet friendly. One of my favorite staff members is Omar because he is beyond kind and is willing to go above and beyond the Call of Duty. Omar always has a positive attitude and is willing to help even on his days off. I honestly do not have enough kind words to say about him because not only does he keep up the maintenance of the property he keeps his ears and eyes open for the safety of Cypress Cove residences. So if you are looking for a loving, caring environment you will not regret living here not one day.

Neighborhood is quiet, Ive had no issues with my neighbors or management. Maintenance guys get things fixed in a timely manner. Rates are good and lately they have been doing work to update the complex.

My husband and I lived here for 2 years before we bought a house and moved out. It was a great place to live. Quiet, well taken care of and maintenance was helpful. Management was polite also.We are picky with where we live because we dont like dirty places with rude weird people. The neighbors were quiet.I do have to say when we moved in the bathroom was dirty even though I asked them to make sure it was all clean and the gym was not very attractive, kind of small.The floor plans are THE BEST!!!, very hard to find apartments with good dynamic floor plans where you dont feel like youre in a cage.We are actually considering moving back to Cypress Cove soon after we sell our house if we get a good deal on renting there again.

The website reads eviction forgiveness and I called to verify and said yes they will accept. Paid the $50 application fee and turned me down for my eviction. So they rob you of your $50, no better than the scammers out here. I am just heartbroken. I wonder how.many other people they rob! Shameful

The management team in the front office is poor at communication. Service requests can take months to be completed and the front office is constantly getting new property managers. The team has no communication between themselves and the errors show in their work. Tenants constantly complain on the poor management but nothing is done. The maintenance members treat the property like a hotel and do not knock or announce themselves when they come to preform services, I was once walked in on, nude. The maintenance man Omar only laughed and stated they knocked. After a complaint was made I was told the property manager would attend all service requests, that never happened. The apartment itself is not worth the price, nothing is new/renovated, the appliances are old and dingy, everything is painted over. paint is splattered everywhere throughout the unit .

Very accomodating personnels. A peaceful neighborhood. We only leave just because we bought a new house. We will always treasure the memories!

Incompetent and exceptionally stupid. They have no brains I swear!Gone down hill since Sivia left 4 1/2 years ago.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO, I WOULD. This is the WORST place to live, you never feel at home, it feels like an in town suites rather than an apartment complex. Constantly getting new “management” and none have any idea what they are doing. The maintenance people do not fix ANYTHING. They paint over chipped wood boarders (ours looked as if a dog was kept in the bathroom and ate door with a fresh coat of paint) and it takes up to a month to get your request answered or rather closed without your knowledge. If they do come to do your request they knock WITHOUT announcing themselves and actually walked in on me naked to only laugh it off and say “we knocked”. This place is a scam when it comes to receiving you deposit back. If You’re going to live here, I’ll pray you don’t have an infestation of spiders creeping up from the boarders of your “new” carpet. Good luck!

We signed applications and put down our deposit for an apartment we have never seen before because as they stated they are at 100% occupancy. After showing us some mediocre pictures that do not show the kitchen at all or half of the bathroom or even the bedroom the manager caught an attitude with me when I asked basic questions about whether or not there’s carpet or a dishwasher. And when I asked her if we could move the move in date to April 28th not 25th because My husbands job did not approve his days off until the 28th she went on about how that is unacceptable and that their company is very strict and that there are already 3 people moving in/ out on those dates and that someone called to move their move in date from the 28th to the 1st and she cancelled their application. Honestly considering not making the move... I’d rather not save 500$ a year and stay somewhere where we have understating kind management.

LAZY management at Cypress Cove.I was visiting my grand daughter on Wednesday,while driving by BLDG.3,4,and 5 certain residents are leaving food filled in garbage bags at their front door for hours. The tenants here are living in a un- healthy environment. My grand daughter and her husband are moving out SOON after their lease ends. DO NOT move to CYPRESS COVE APARTMENTS.

I love this complex its quite safe

Great place to live and maintenance team responds very expeditious, although if you want to save yourself the headache NEVER pay your rent online the website doesn’t update immediately and is a bit confusing so if you overpay your rent LIKE ME, they will procrastinate on your refund and try to blame it on corporate in my situation I won’t get my refund back until I move out 🤦🏾‍♂️
