Maintenance comes within a timely manner and gets the job done. Management works efficiently and effectively to try and handle matters at the best of there ability. Office personnel is friendly and very knowledgeable on whatever issue I may have. I been with this complex over 6 years and under different Management this group is by far the best.

Katty Morales, is great 👍🏽 she is very responsive. Helps me every-time I call in to the office . I referred my sister . My sister was approved within a week . She made sure my sister and I were satisfied with everything. Thanks Katty!!!

Never had an eviction or late payment after I talk to the company and fail on hard times for a few bills and didn’t get approved for here. One young lady was helpful and I really appreciate it.

Does C.C. accept families that have evictions? I lived here when I was a kid for 2 years and never had a problem when my parents moved out it was on food standings . But here we are 20 years later and I am looking for a home for me and my family

Horrible management! Never really fix issues in apartment. They will just trade it with something old from another department. Management does not care for tenants whatsoever.

My boyfriend and I lived here for a year, and it was pretty ok.-Apartments are huge-Prices are affordable-Office staff is friendly and helpful (especially during Covid-19)-Being noisey isnt an issue-Its near a good Walmart/Publix/good family owned restaurantsHowever,-Neighbors do drugs, A LOT, and you will smell it-Water has weird smell-Our car got broken into twice-And the apartments definitely had chips in paint, stains, or other small imperfections.Realistically, I did enjoy my time at Cross Creek, and if the negatives I listed dont bother you, then definitely settle down there. It was a good home for us, while it lasted.

I have lived here for the past four years and I have had no problems with management, neighbors, or anything else. I enjoy living here. The only request I have since day one is for new carpet. The carpet had been cleaned before I moved in, but it was well worn and I documented this fact.The apartments are under new management, so before I made my decision on whether or not I would renew my lease this year, I went in person and requested new carpet and was one again I was denied. The only reason I am moving this month is because of carpeting.

I have lived here going on 6 years and the new management, especially Kathey are always so friendly and prompt. Ana ensures all issues or concerns are addressed to my satisfaction. I appreciate the prompt Maintenance staff as well. The experience has been a good one since moving to Florida!

I Love the Family Environment that Cross Creek Apartments have given me since the 5-6 years I’ve been living there. The staff and Maintenance; they work extra hard to meet the needs of the tenants. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a great tour with Caleaya! She was so knowledgeable about the community and answered all of my questions. Her personality was amazing and i would have leased from her in a heartbeat! Unfortunately the location wasnt what we were looking for, but if you need a new apartment, go ask for Caleaya!

The positive reviews are not real. This place just wants your money. Do not move here. The leasing agents do not know what is going on, and lie about availabilities. The repairs being made are mediocre. They just put up cheap vinyl floors that are lifting and try and charge you extra. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.

I was calling around places for my aunt, I called cross creek apartments and the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She made sure I was given all the Information I needed.

Decent apartments for the price but they have a bit of a crime problem. They also dont have a grace period for paying your rent either. They tack on an additional 100 dollars if you pay your rent on the 2nd or later.

I would like to say after the 5 years of staying here I really enjoy these beautiful people Marisol Perez is awesome and very organized and professional see keeps the tenants update with changes and she has A+++ Customer Sr ice and it means a lot to me and my sister Her leasing staff is very knowledgeable and very pleasant and kind and loves to help when needed there warm smiles and enthusiastic charm makes me feel like Im home every time thanks to Anna Guzman for being a right hand woman to Marisol the maintenance team is very on top of things and are always willing to help even with small issues the community is always kept clean and safe thanks again I will be renewing

I went in for a your and found the people to be so nice to us. I had a lady name Caleaya help me. Although I did not qualify to live there, she was still nice to us. Thank you for not blowing me off.

Terrible place of residency. The apartment has roach infestations and my daughters air conditioning unit was leaking directly onto an electrical water heater and junction boxes and when apartment was notified they did not come out until the next day which could have been too late had it caught fire. Do not reccomend this apartment complex they are NOT going to move you into a clean ready apartment but a dirty roach infested one and then inconvenience you at every turn when you have to take time off work and then they never show to do the work they said they would.

Beautiful apartment complex with most complete and friendly staff! Maintenance is great!!!! Looking forward to spend some mores years at this place I chose to call home! ♥

If you ever seen the movie The money pit you seen these apartment now just imagine living in it, with the air not working in the middle of the hottest summer months in Florida and being told that you have to get some fans by the so call maintenance man, in which we have a language barrier especially when its time for something that needs to be fixed. Just fix my darn air. I shouldnt be uncomfortable in my home.......

Most handicap parking is not right size just regular parking with blue line, maintenance is a joke they do just enough to get by with right or wrong, they are none truth tellers. Watch out for high prices.

Who ever is the owner of these apartment. Cross Creek needs a slap in the face for the rent out here... They cheat you out of your rent here and you can not pay on the 20 no more only the first and the 15 ... They charge you your rent and eviction fee which is 375.00 these people stupid but thats if you late on your rent

Worst decision i made was signing a contract for this place, staff and managment do not care about the safety of tenants only care about the money. They rather put you and your family in danger than spending a dime in things that are they responsibilities. Over a month waiting on my fridge to get changed how it was promise since is keeps shutting down and they refuse to change my stove after it caught on fire.

Cross creek was bareable when it was managed by San miguel three yrs ago when i moved in. Under nova eagle they are absolutely terrible Marisol does not in fact follow up with her tenants. For five months theyve gave me the run around about my roof, I had to call the city with hopes of the issue getting resolved. Management installed a gate to advertise it as a gated community but the gate is never closed.....very secure. The complex has very low security my car has been broken into twice and the installed cameras view are very limited so dont ask for them to be rolled back. The maintenance team does try to respond when the office actually notifies them of issues. Overall the apartments need remodeling management sucks here but the location is convenient and the other tenants mind their own business.

These reviews must be fake! This is worst place I have ever had the displeasure of living in. The people in the leasing are crooked untrustworthy feigns. The apartments have paper thin walls (INCLUDING THE ROOF!!!!!!!!!!!!) that means if you fart your neighbors hear it.They operate their business based on nepotism and subtle discrimination. Their only concern is closing a contract. For approximately 8 months we’ve stalk by our neighbors above us, and they have done nothing because the neighbors have been long time tennants. The neighbors: has stomped, cratched,banged, pull their furniture on the floor, have their 2 big dogs roam back and forth with long nails (the constant sounds “clip-clopping” of their nails on the wooden floor is absolutely maddening), they eavesdropping on our conversations and bang over our head everyday, they listen to us have sex and bang over our heads everyday, they wear hard-bottoms shoes on their feet and drag it on the wooden floor, they clog their sink so our kitchen could overflow with putrid water from their apartment all weekend (they didn’t call maintainance to fix it), they broke their AC unit broke and water streamed in our apartment like a lake (they didn’t call maintenance to fix that either,my toddler’s room is currently growing mold wildly,which we already sprayed). I had a meeting arranged with the regional manager, he never showed up or had to the courtesy to call and cancel. I recently left him a voicemail, it has been more than a week with no response (standard response time is 24 hours). All the leasing team do is lie, sweep things under the carpet and pretend as if I am problematic when I complain. They told us our rent is late on the 5th when we signed our lease, yet they charged us a extra $100 on their 4th( with no prior notice). I called law enforcement about 5 times about the daily stalking/harassment from our neighbors upstairs unfortunately, they cannot prove that this is not just everyday apartment living. I started college with a B+ average entrance score, yet I’m failing classes because of the overwhelming amount stress of living in this misery. I brought a recording to office one-day of the excess and deliberate noise from upstairs neighbors, and I was yelled at, disrespected and dismissed by the office manager in front of everyone. I parked my car in a space where other people often their vechiles when the park spots are all taken,however I was threaten to have my vechile towed for it (people still park there to this day and there are non-operational vechiles occupying parking space since I moved and they are still there). Any crevice or corner, I go inside my apartment to study or have a conversation the upstairs neighbors and their child conveniently find there to stand listen,bang and stomp over my head. I complained about my sensitive ears when I move in (because they never warned us about the poor infrastructure of the apartment), my son’s hears are also sensitive, so I have to constantly watch my child with fear on his face (looking to his mother to make it stop and I can’t do anything about it). This is the dump we pinch our pennies, make sacrifices and pay our hard earned money to live in!. The neighbor want us to move (which is what they actually said) and the office team seem too thrilled and “hell-bent” on assisting them accomplish their goals. Then they have the audacity to send us a notice when I try to drown out excessive noise with music (just have the peace and tranquillity I NEED TO STUDY). All they do is shamelessly lie to appear anything remotely close to being professionals.Living in this apartment has nothing but purified hell,we’ve had not even one day of peace. The manager is Hispanic/Latino and my blood-hound neighbors from hell are also Hispanic/Latinos, so this most definitely a discriminatory situation. Take your money to an establishment whose FIRST PRIORITY is to provide with a home, and not just a house.

Nice place to stay

I moved in these apartments in October every since then I have been going in circles with these people. The manager Marisol is rude and she does not help deal with any community problems. My neighbors up stairs are loud and rude and nobody has done anything to accomodate me or my family. I have had a whole in my ceiling for months and still noone has done anything about it. I would not refer anyone to the apartments and I am currently in the process of reporting them to BBB.

It is a wonderful place, very quiet to live, if you need any unforeseen maintenance, they will assist you immediately, it is recommended.

If you are looking for a safe place to live this is not it, this is the worst place you will find in Jacksonville, poor service, negligent, it is not a quiet place, it has a swimming pool and it is never available, the loundry is not cleaned and if we talk about the CRIMES here are enough, the roofs do not fix and use a canopy to cover, RAT pests uncontrollable, the only thing that matters is that you pay, but the tenant does not care and the apartments are not like the photo, do not leave cheat. Find something better for your safety and that of your family.
