This place is amazing. Its location is very convenient, it is a walking distance from the Town Center. Very nice amenities. The pool has very nice lake view.The staff are nice. especially Everett, he is very friendly, very helpful..he works really hard.. he always welcomes us with his warm smile. I would like to praise Everett( member of the maintenance department) I have seen him go out of his way to help other residents that reside here. He is friendly, and outgoing. Wishes everyone he sees a blessed and happy day. He ensures that the outside property is clean and neat. Also, he is always making sure the trash area is clean and fresh smelling!!

Ive been here for about 6 months and have been enjoying my time here so far! Its very close (walkable) to St Johns Town Center, many different restaurants as well as other fun locations like Top Golf and iFly! The front office staff has been very friendly, the maintenance staff is very responsive to any issues you may be experiencing in your apartment, the amenities are really nice (pool, gym with lake view, pet-friendly courtyard), and most importantly, I love the pool and lake views! Overall, this is a very nice, friendly and beautiful place to live! Highly recommend!

One of the best locations around town. Right in the middle of the Best Shopping and Dinning experience at St Johns Town Center. The Building is always clean and maintained. Very Professional Property management team. Samra the manager, Margret, Jason and Gabriella. They are always cheerful and helpful. Plus the maintenance teams are very professional and very quick in resolving work orders.

I have lived here for over a year now and so far my experience has been phenomenal. Everett the groundsman always greets me in happy spirits as I am passing in the garage. The maintenance manager Artur deserves a special shout out he is fast and gets the job done I submitted a work request he was there in 10 minutes. The office team is very professional they go above and beyond and the property manager Samra is a wonderful leader. I will be renewing my lease thank you all

I have lived here since opening of Ravella with my family and love it! Perfect location beautiful place, Samra and Artur are almost like family weve known them for years now and moved from a previous community they managed. Artur helped me with a very frustrating toilet issue and even followed up with me after he left. I am very happy with the service and the team of people keeping this place like a 5 star hotel.

I just moved here Friday and I’m loving it! Super amazing staff.They have been nothing but accommodating with our needs. Hands down super professional and responsive. LGBTQ friendly and multicultural staff. Amazing amenities super close to town center! The gym is nice with pelotons.

I’ve lived in a total of 4 apartment complexes and toured countless. From the moment I arrived at Ravella and Margret welcomed me I knew this would be a special place. Her and Samra (property manager) are simply amazing. Beyond professional and friendly would be an understatement. There is a reason why Ravella was the top rated apartment community for 2020 and it shows! From the amenities to the community events (dog party’s, food trucks, they even surprise us with free pizza and alcohol!) and you can’t forget the GORGEOUS sunrise/set from the pool/fire pit area. I’ve never been more happy to be apart of such a clean, professional and welcoming apartment community, they have my business for a long time!! (Oh, and by the way, maintenance is hassle free, I’ve never had to wait, they always come same day and never half do anything when it comes to fixing. Your problems no matter how big or small are their top priority!) plus they always carry treats for my pup, so Ravella won him over too!

My fridge wasn’t working so they replaced it for me & Arthur was super sweet with taking all the food from other fridge and putting it into the new fridge for me! Super sweet & nice! I’ve been living here at Ravella for over 3 months now and I LOVE the staff. They are super responsive and friendly. The property manager is always available to answer questions and address concerns. The community is also supportive of pets. I’m a dog dad and it makes me happy when the staff offers him treats. 5 stars!

Im so happy I chose this apartment. From the moment I walked in for a last-minute tour to the moment I moved in, and even after, this apartment complex and all its employees have been on top of it every step of the way. I came in, and let them know the price point I was looking to pay, not only did they match it, they actually beat it! Im also very convinced the Ravella team puts customer service above all else. Everyone is always so happy, and quick to answer all your questions and meet your needs. The amenities are outstanding. The pool is super clean, but probably my favorite part of all is the amazing coffee bar. Another thing that impressed me about Ravella, is throughout all the public areas they have hand sanitizer and masks ready for all residents. Living in a pandemic, I feel safe knowing this apartment puts health first. This complex is also in the perfect location near restaurants, a really good mall and shopping centers. Its also 15 minutes from the beach! The complex is constantly being cleaned, the units are gorgeous and spacious, and there is an indoor parking garage so the rain will never be a problem again. I encourage you to take a tour, I dont think youll regret it one bit.

We love Ravella in town center! Close to shopping (right outside your door), in between downtown and the beach, and only a few years old. Ravella is a great place to call home! The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday by the amazing maintenance crew. The gym is also very clean and are rarely crowded and the pool is so relaxing to escape to after work! I love the convenience of the elevator and there’s such nice scenery on the property. I have lived here for a few months now and I have nothing bad to say. This place is great!! Before I moved in, I visited every complex in the Town Center area. This place is clean, the staff and maintenance crew are very professional and quick to take care of anything you need. We even have a covered parking garage with cameras so you and your car are safe which is non existent for any complex in the area.

Great place to live. I am on my third lease. Employees are unbelievable and the view is very nice. I am actually renting another apartment as my daughter is moving in town. The office and maintenance staff handle everything promptly anytime I need anything. If you want to feel like you are on vacation every day when you get home....this is the place.

I love living at Ravella! The maintenance and front office staff is attentive and friendly, they give treats to my dog every day (she is obsessed). The amenities are amazing. We rented our apartment from across the country. The staff made our transition easy and helped us along the way. Everyone is friendly and knows the tenants by name. Any issues we have are addressed promptly. Arthur handles maintenance issues and is professional, efficient and does not leave the job until he checks to be sure we are completely satisfied with the work. I live the amenities, I use the the gym and the coffee machine everyday! The office staff are available 7 days a week which is awesome and they are always willing and happy to help when I have questions! Great place to live, I would recommend to anyone who was looking for an easy place to live.

I absolutely love living here at the ravella. The apartments are pretty much brand new so they are super clean and come with extremely nice appliances. The office staff up front are all extremely nice and very helpful, and maintenance responds to any requests within 24 hours. Its an overall great environment to be living in.

I have lived at Ravella at Town Center for 2 years. Not only is it in a prime location (St.Johns Town Center), it is to me, one one of the best places to live in Jacksonville. You are in the heart of EVERYTHING. However, what most people dont realize, is that the positioning of the condos almost make you feel like you are away from it all too. The property is well kept, clean and the staff is great. They handle everything with professionalism and ease. There are always great activities going on for the residents. The grounds are superb! Its like living in a resort. It is a pet friendly community and its great to meet other pet owners when walking around. When family and friends come to see me, they are amazed at the beautiful clubhouse, grounds, pool and view. If you are lucky enough to snag a condo on the lake side, you are in for a treat. The sunsets are amazing. Thanks to Samra and ALL of the staff for making living at Ravella for the past 2 years a wonderful experience.

My son lives here, I am visiting and it is a very nice property. Ravella is somewhat $$$, but for all the amenities thats available, I guess its worth it. Here they have spacious apartments, bark park, gym, mini post office, giant pool with grilling area etc. Great place for someone who can afford it.

I moved in about a month ago and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and the apartment itself. One of the greatest things about this place is maintenance. Arthur is the maintenance manager and essentially handles everything himself. He is extremely hard working, very knowledgable and makes sure you are taken care of in a timely fashion. The staff that runs the office is friendly and extremely accommodating. They do an outstanding job of communicating with their residents and made sure my apartment was spotless for when I moved in. I highly recommend this place if you are new to the area and just recently graduated college or are already working in your career. No complaints at all.

Arthur was great in handling my washer issue he had my new vehicles be installed before I even got home from work. Great location as well close to everything! Defense recommend.

It’s a decent place to live however the fire alarms are so sensitive and constantly go off at 2:00/3:00 AM because residents are choosing to smoke. The amenities are 10/10. The best thing about this complex is by far the maintenance workers. They are the nicest people ever and so quick and efficient and make me actually enjoy living here. More specifically, Arthur goes above and beyond to make sure the residents expectations are not only met but are exceeded! He’s truly the best!

This is definitely a great place to live. Nice views, clean amenities, and has many different food options in walking distance. My main complaint would be the thin walls. I can hear everything from my next and upstairs neighbors, not only that but the screaming kids from the pool.

The walls were paper thin. I never got used to hearing the baby next door crying (all hours of the night) or the people upstairs walking. I could literally hear conversations of my neighbors. Cheap construction, cheap finishes. Looks nice at first glance but upon further inspection, there is nothing luxury about the quality of finishes.Management was nice (its not their fault). Amenities were good.

The space is very clean, new and the service is outstanding. Received great service during the tour and was able to find my dream apartment. I’m very excited to move in. The location is perfect.

Margaret showed us several apartments today as well as all the amenities. She as well as the apartments and amenities were wonderful. So wonderful that we decided to rent an apartment on the same day!

I’ve been living here for about 5 months and so far it’s been really great. Everything is always clean, working great and I’ve never had any issues. Just want to take a minute to rave about the maintenance man here, Arthur is amazing!! We had some leaking water last night at midnight and Arthur had someone here within 30 mins to fix it in the middle of the night! If I could give Arthur 10 stars, I would. He’s the top notch.

I have been with Rivella as a tenant for a little over six months and the maintenance crew is amazing very attentive very professional. Such a beautiful property with so many conveniences right on the property! The apartments are modern and stunning, and the views from the balconies are just as breathtaking! Do you hate walking out in the rain to get to the gym or your car? You don’t have to worry about that here, an all indoor community with a huge gated parking garage.

I recently signed a lease at Ravella. I havent moved in yet, but looking forward to it. Margaret worked with me throughout the process and was able to answer all my questions. Since I moving from out of state I was a bit stressed (understatement, haha), but she dealt with me and all my questions. The pool area and covered parking is what sold me.

I just renewed my lease for another year. I was planning on moving out, to be closer to work, but after thinking about it I decided to stay. The big reason is because of the employees at Ravella. They are the kindest, most thoughtful team I have ever seen. Any and all of my issues have been resolved in a rapid timeframe that proved I was a valuable and wanted tenant. I truly feel this is my home and am so happy to be a part of this community. The team just rocks!

Ravella is the perfect home for me and my dog. There’s a dog park, a trail around the property and a shopping center right across the street to spend time outdoors. Indoors they have an espresso machine that saves me lots of money and time every morning. Being in the town center is so convenient you aren’t far from the beach, downtown Jax or st Augustine. The staff throws fun resident events every month that you definitely don’t want to miss!

Luxury that is what Ravella has! The pool with the perfect lake view is the best to watch the sunsets. The club-room is perfect when you dont want all your guest in your house for a fun relaxing evening. Last Ill say having the garage parking is a huge advantage. Come in and see what Im talkingabout.

I wish I could have given them zero stars and still left a review. The property management company is horrible. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They enter into the apartments unannounced. They terrorize friends and visitors and they accept no responsibility. Dont bother complaining because they will not adjust their behavior they only deny that the improper conduct happened. Stay away! Dont rent from these people.

I am so happy to call Ravella home! I first toured with Camrene and she was amazing. Camrene was extremely accommodating to my budget and was very eager to show me everything Ravella has to offer. Whenever I have a question Camrene is always very quick to respond and provides such helpful feedback. The management, staff, and maintenance at Ravella is by far the best i’ve ever experienced in all the apartments i’ve lived in.

What a beautiful property with so many amenities to choose from including a parking garage and pool with a lake view!! Love the on site car charging stations for my car, this was a must!! The office team is so courteous and professional. The maintenance team response time is almost immediate. Resident events are always top of the line. Ive lived here I believe over 2 years now and the apartment complex fire alarm has gone off easily 6-7 times now in the middle of the night. My fire alarm in my apartment goes off even with an empty preheated oven. Whoever installed this system did a subpar job and Ravella has failed to correct it. For those smoking inside, we never hear if the offenders have been evicted. No one seems to be held accountable.

My boyfriend and I toured this place a few months ago, but our moving date was pushed back. We came back with a new move in date, and they were more than happy to show us around again to refresh our memory of the place. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We knew this was the place for us. Avery and Samra were extremely helpful and professional. They were so helpful walking us through everything and making sure that the application process was as painless as possible. We are still very new to renting, and Avery was so amazing helping us through every step and continuing to be very patient with us. They were so great in making us feel like we were moving into a family.

Horrible experience so far. I moved in two days ago and after a long day of moving all I wanted to do was shower and sleep. I put my sheets in the washer only to find out the dryer didn’t work so I had to hang my sheets to dry and sleep without them. Also had to rush my shower because it wouldn’t drain at all (very interesting considering I was told no one had ever lived in this unit), and the water smelled like sewage. It was so bad I thought I was going to be sick. The door to my patio also wouldn’t close properly which was pointed out a week ago when I came to get my keys, and I was told it would be taken care of. The front office staff was rude when I told them about the issues and then when the mainetenance person came to fix the problems he put a hole in my wall which he didn’t inform the leasing department about. When I called to tell management about the wall a different person was also rude. Also, dryer still isn’t fixed as apparently it is a warranty issue so who knows how long that will take to replace..all while they could remove the junk washer/dryer I’m basically storing for them so that I can use my own. Lastly, I’ve been listening to one neighbors small dog barking and another neighbor playing Remind Me to Forget on repeat all morning. The walls are pretty thin. It’s going to be a long 15 months.

So being from Miami, Jacksonville isn’t really that appealing to me, but I have to be here for reasons beyond my control. When I first walked in to Ravella, I immediately felt like I entered a resort....and not just any resort, but a 5-star resort in Miami! Samra did a magnificent job showing the apartments, especially since we were on the fence. She was patient and phenomenal in every way. The location, the views, the staff, the amenities, and the apartment itself is world-class.

Great new apartment building conveniently located near town center. Working with Avery was a breeze, he is knowledgeable and friendly. Amenities include a resort-like pool.

Moving here was not that bad, but nothing spectacular. But upon move out they are attempting to charge me for two additional days totaling $147 or something around that because they were closed when I finished moving out and I had to go out of town the next day before they opened at 1 p.m. on a Sunday and now they are trying to charge me because I didnt return the keys to them directly (I left them in my unit) even though it was impossible for me to do so since there is no drop box or after hours area to do so. I cannot be held responsible for the fact that they dont make it possible for residents to return their keys after the office closes but they charge me until the end of Saturday even though Im not able to return the keys at the end of Saturday. It does not make any sense. While living here, they seemed to be very nice, and understanding, however upon moving out, it becomes evident that this is a facade and that they actually dont care about you or being nice or even being reasonable for that matter. I asked how would they feel if something like this were happening to them, but they didnt care. Be prepared to pay out the nose if you do not do every single last thing to their liking. Honestly Im really disappointed because I actually liked management up until this moment. But charging me $147 unjustifiably is more than enough reason for me to not recommend The Ravella.

We had an amazing experience with Mr. Avery while looking at apartments. He helped us with everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and made sure we didn’t have any doubts. We truly recommed the apartments and the community. We loved it.

This apartment complex is a relatively new property. So, I am not surprised to see reviews mentioning very ordinary and customary kinks arising from living at a new property. And I can perhaps see how these small issues may frustrate other people who are not as accustomed to the process of renovations and construction of new residential buildings.However, I am difficult to please and residing here the past few months has been a wonderful experience. The property far exceeds the quality of any other communities in Jacksonville purportedly of the same caliber. The staff, the building, the apartment finishes and amenities, such as the gym that includes Peleton bikes, are just incredible. Everyone has been so kind and helpful, and the other residents are all quite friendly. The maintenance staff are also so efficient once you electronically submit a request. The system is really seamless to live here, which I find very helpful with a busy work/travel schedule.I cannot say enough good things and this review comes from someone who toured nearly every supposedly high end property in Jacksonville. I have already recommended this property to colleagues moving to Jacksonville and will continue to do so in the future. Look no further. Kudos to Avery (a gem who answered a million questions before I moved in), Samra, Sonny and Austin!

By far the best community in Jacksonville, I have lived in a few other apartments nearby and nothing comes close to Ravella. I dont even want to call Ravella an apartment because it genuinely feels like I am living in a resort. The entire community is wonderful, everything is incredibly modern and clean and each area within the community offers a new vibrant perspective on what you may be used to. Everyone that I have encountered is amazingly friendly and really easy to talk to. I find myself being able to walk to more places too thanks to the pristine location right in Town Center. And big kudos to Sonny and Avery, keep up the good work!

A year ago we made the decision to move into our always sunny luxe 1 bedroom in Ravella which we found on the internet site unseen. We have never regretted our decision. Rumor has it things have changed since there was a transfer of ownership we want to set the record straight, they have changed, for the better which is attributable to naming Samra site manager and Arthur as chief maintenance engineer. They are a key team in the smooth transition from newly constructed to transforming our apartment into our home We first met Samra when she flawlessly handled our lease and apartment settlement in our relocation to Jax.Her professionalism and get things done attitude continues in her new role as Site Manager. For anyone looking for a luxurysetting with meticulous attention to details and amenities, friendly neighbors and the best management staff in Jax Avery and Samra look no further. The Ravella is the place to call home. Not only pet friendly but pet inclusive a rarity in a luxury setting, I had the unfortunate experience of breaking my leg and being house bound for 12 weeks Avery and Samara went above and beyondtheir management role showing true empathy and care during myrecuperation encouraging and supportive to help me througha rough time. The Ravella is a rare gem in luxury living in Jaxits the best place to call home.

Do yourself and your guests a favor, DONT move here! The guest entrance is so narrow that if you drive a midsize car or bigger it will scratch your car. Management knows and doesnt care! Theyre only response is we know and were not responsible. Worst service ever, imagine how bad they treat their residents!

Ravella at Town Center is absolutely GORGEOUS! WOW! I was blown away at the many state-of-the-art, top-of-the-line, amenities; including TWO world-class, Peloton Spin Bikes in the gym! Sonny, and his entire staff are kind, generous, and very in-tune to their residents needs and wants. I feel right at home everytime I walk in, (and I dont even live there!) I have some friends planning to move to Jax soon, and this is going to be the very first place I recommend!
