Krist helped me find my first condo 12 years ago. He was kind and insightful. His help was invaluable to me. That is why when it was time to sell my husbands house, we returned to Apartment & Condo Selector. We sold his home in 3 days, and were very happy with the profit. Soon it will be time to sell our condo and buy a house. We wouldnt trust anyone else but Krist to help us!
Using Apartment and Condo Selector has been the best choice our family could of made. We have had to use this service two times and each and every time are needs were met. Wonderful experience with Apartment and Condo Selector. They helped me so much in my move to Jacksonville. I had no idea where to start and finding this business to help me was a life saver. They helped me to find an apartment close to my new job and that fit my budget. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
As far as getting you into a place they can do that. But anything beyond that is completely beyond their qualifications. They dont follow up on maintenance request, they wont respond to you until your lease is up. For a property owner they arent worth the money they charge. For a property seeker their are much better ways to go about finding a property.
Anyone looking for an apartment/condo should use this free service. I was not even aware these type of services exist. I recently moved to Florida the summer of 2014 and had no idea how challenging it might be to find an apartment. I was not certain of what areas to look at or what properties might consider me due to new employment. Apartment & Condo selector took me around to properties close to my job and that was a financial fit for me. Thank you for helping me find a place to live and the time that you dedicated to helping me. This made my transition to Florida so much easier.
To me the worst part about this business is evictions I truly HATE that.The second worst part is that people can post any lie anytime they want to on social medial about our company. No matter how hard I try....sometimes people can never be satisfied.I have sat back for 2 years watching our reviews.My dilemma is do I call people out on their out right lies? I think I will at this point.I love our company- I love the agents and employees that try so hard to help everyone.What I find interesting about the negative reviews on this site is that I can look back to those that posted and I know exactly which person made the review. I have tried so hard to just sit back and not respond. But I’m a small business woman and I try so very hard to do right by people. It’s simply not fair, they can post lies on social media about me and my company, but I can’t respond without looking unprofessional or looking like a jerk. They are actually telling lies. I’m going to ask the individuals that made these erroneous posts on line to remove them. I’m going to send private letters and e-mails to these individuals that made these posts; and I will nicely ask they remove the same.BUT JUST TO BE CLEAR:Don’t make a bad review about me because you were evicted for non-payment of rent for 2 months.Don’t make a bad review if you were evicted “not by us” but by the association because of YOUR actions.Don’t lie and say you own property you don’t and we lost an opportunity to represent you.Don’t have an illegal pet... Yes, fine, have the carpets cleaned. But that cat or dog you had in the unit that had fleas hatched weeks later that you were not supposed to have in there to start with??IF YOU HAVE AN HONEST REVIEW AND/OR COMPLAINT, CALL ME. I’M MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE ANY VALID DISPUTE.
They are inconsistent, do not follow up and will wait until the last minute to give you any information. This company truly does not have the best interest of their clients or tenants at heart. Unfortunate since they have some decent listings. I own 5 condos of which they missed out on the opportunity to manage. I hope they change; as of right now Id assimilate them to the Comcast of realty.
Great company at first......Until they get your money and on a signed lease. After that, they dont wanna hear from you. I have proof of this from Krist the owner himself. And according to the owner of the property my family and I rented she still has not even gotten a signed copy of the lease or 3k in two certified checks. Krist wanted the lockbox back that they left at the property after he himself was a no call no show twice to just drop off a light fixture which I thought was supposed to be installed by him but like I said after getting a signed lease and 3K he mentioned he will just deduct the lockbox price out of my security deposit. What a joke. Good thing my owner of the property is now managing the property herself. I do NOT recommend this company.

If you are a renter in Jax., FL DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use Apartment & Condo Selector. They are thieves running an unethical and what should be an illegal business. Run dont walk away from these people!
