I absolutely LOVE renting from Charleen... I wouldnt move unless I absolutely had to. They respond to any problems the very next day. Charleen is a blessing. The only way I would seriously stop renting from her is if I wanted something bigger and she didnt have a house available. But honestly I would put myself on her waiting list.

I have rented from here since 2017. Before he passed Dennis took me and my son in after my other home was flooded by the hurricane. I was deeply saddened when he passed for there will not ever be another like him. They take care their tennants right then and thereMy son and I have called this little house home it will be bittersweet when we move.

I rented from jax rents before I moved to las Vegas for the dry climate heath reasons.Dennis and charleen are great landlords.The few times I had a problem they had someone right there to fix it.You will not be disappointed

They dont get back to you until after you have emailed like 75 times they are not some one that should get any stars but you have to leave at least one. Beware of scammer

I have been renting for Mrs.charlene for a yr all though im ready to move i love her im only moving for a bigger home but if u every rent from her u will not be disappointed !!!!

They never answer their phone. .they rent to one person and the 5 more move in

They have fair prices and are quick fix problems with the rental house. I would say a must look at.
