This is a huge facility that offers everything, even childcare while you workout. The staff knows your name and is so knowledgeable. The best part are the members. They love this place which makes you love it too. It’s my happy place! Great classes to get you going. Actually the ONLY place in byram that has that many classes. It’s awesome!

Great neighborhood gym. Well equipped and staffed. Reasonable monthly rates. Going 3 times a week has changed me from a couch potato into a beefcake.

Great gym! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Loads of equipment and they offer a bunch of classes. Theres a womens-only room kind of like Curves which is a nice touch. The locker rooms have a dry sauna, whirlpool, and showers.

Great staff amazing variety of class schedules!!! Go in and feel comfortable at whatever level you may be and expect to feel at home!

They have a room just for women and a big Olympic size pool.

I love the aerobics classes offered three times a week.

Great place for your family to work out. My kids and I enjoy playing basketball and lifting weights together.

Nothing ruins a good workout like the gym staff blasting Christmas music over the speakers 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, and locking the showers 40 minutes before closing.

The gym has all the equipment you need to build as well as maintain a healthy body. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a basketball court, several tennis courts, a pool, a sauna, childcare and a hot tub.

Wonderful staff and facility! They have hot tub and sauna and outdoor pool! There are also “lovely ladies at the front to rerack the weights” for the guys who like to lift heavy but not put them back LOL! Best quote in The Gym.

Went to join and do a student membership but apparently since I’m 26 I don’t qualify for the student membership since I’m not under 25. Not really sure why the student age is only for people under the age of 25 when there are students of all ages!
