This is a great facility with Fantastic Staff. I cant say enough positive of the supportiveness of the entire training team at Training to be Balanced. I have now been a member for 10 years. And I attribute my weight loss....and maintenance of weight loss...my increased strength and my higher energy level.... to my training at this facility AND it feels like a home away from home. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful.
I can not say enough positive things about Training to Be Balanced. The coaches are amazing, and have helped me to get in shape, while providing challenging classes and semis, which progress throughout the month and year. (Easy to schedule on Mind Body) They know your individual goals and encourage you to progress steadily and thoughtfully. It feels like a family there, and they have really done wonders for building my confidence and have encouraged me to make time for myself despite a heavy work load. I look forward to going there several times every week. I attend in person, as they have done an amazing job of separating people in the gym, as well as sanitizing, etc. I love it there!
Staff is on point. Everyone helps to make you feel welcome All of the staff members are super knowledgeable and willing to explain even the silliest questions about body mechanics and their theories on strength training. They have fun while staying focused on your workout. They take COVID really seriously cleaning all the equipment and created a pod system where multiple people can work out safely. Also, they have the cleanest dang floors this side the Mississippi!
This is a great Gym. I am 61 years old and have been a member of many Gyms over the years. But none can compare. The personalized attention, the 4 great trainers and just the atmosphere of family, make this gym stand head and shoulders above the rest.I joined 9 years ago...lost 20 pounds and 10% of my body fat.And more importantly I feel very good....I always say I am much younger now than when I joined Training to be Balanced
Been coming here since 2014. The trainers are amazing and are always adjusting things to meet my needs. Whether its because of an injury (outside of the gym) or Im feeling I need an extra push in my workout they make sure Im well taken care of. I feel like its a big family. They are also very community minded
T2BB is the best gym in town if you are looking for a place to get really fit and in tune with your body without a worry of injury. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, tough and understanding. The classes are big enough to feel comradery and small enough to get personalized attention.
This is a great gym for group classes and semi private instruction on an annual basis. Great staff; small, supportive environment. Awesome community--always very welcoming. Good variety of monthly class offerings. Favorites include kettlebell, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, and ski fitness.
I was a member before I began working here. When I think of T2BB, I think of a stellar supportive community and that is what drew me to it in the first place!
