Just joined...seems impressive thus far!

Now called Golds Gym great Gym absolutely hate the parking lot wish theyd fix all the pot holes.

Lots of equipment for basically every exercise you want. It also has a track on the second floor that you can walk or run on. The only downside is that it gets really busy from 5-7pm, but thats every gym

I like it there just wish they had more equipment but its a good gym

This is a larger facility. Users will appreciate the outdoor pool - clean, well maintained with comfortable furniture. The weight and machine area is large - you shouldnt have trouble finding a station to work out on. I appreciate the staff - theyre very friendly. Locker rooms arent lavish, but youll find a free locker and the sauna is pleasant. The classes are very popular, which speaks well about the trainers.

A great workout place with friendly personnel. They greet you when you come in the door and as you leave for the day! Lots of fitness classes to join as well as an outstanding line of machines and free weights.

Congested and unprofessional. When you ask a question, the answer is never legitimate.

Excellent gym. Plenty of room, good mix of weights and machines. Anything to satisfy everyone from the serious lifter to someone just starting out. Solid personal training staff.

Ive been going here for 2 years Ive made a lot of progress but I do feel that the gym is a little bit behind and certain equipment definitely hope that the gym gets new equipment soon

Love this place awesome manager.

I was a member for a 2 yr contract and signed up into my 3rd yr. I was severely injured in a class. The instructor not only failed to properly instruct me but was not honest about it. I was seriously injured and paid 1000s of dollars in medical expenses and left with a permanent injury. I recommend The Lift Wellmess Center. I had my physical therapy there and then joined to swim in their heated pool which helped my leg injury recovery tremendously! There instructors are all certified as well.

Everyone there is always so nice & friendly!

Friendly staff, good space, and well-maintained equipment--a great gym that strikes a great balance between catering to experienced and novice lifters.

They have all the things a person needs to get in shape including a great swimming pool and wonderful staff

Just finished 7:00 swim at JS&F...beautiful large pool..Thanks, Ben and staff for always having a welcoming staff, friendly atmosphere and managing the facilities so well!!!!

Nice gym to workout. However, the front desk workers arent friendly. The place needs new staffing in that area.

The gym itself is nice. All the necessary equipment, half basketball court,punching bags,pool,sauna, enough equipment to get the job done.

Jackson Sport and Fitness is the best workout facility in all of Jackson, Tn. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. The equipment is top of the line and oh and did I mention they have a pool.
