Had an appointment at 3 sat there until 4, asked the lady if she could do ombre and she said yes, it was a fill in, 4 of my nails are crooked and only 2 look decent they are so uneven and look horrible. I wouldnt let my enemy get their nails done there. It also said they charge 30 for a fill and they changed me 55 dollars.

I made an appointment at 3:30 walked in about 15 minutes early and sat there and the girl before me got helped with no appointment. They tell us to make appointments because of covid. I would advise nobody to go there they don’t care bout ya

Yesterday was my first time ever going into this place, and I honestly am regretting this long to try it out. This is my new favorite nail place. Kim did an amazing job on my nails. They look SO good and the price is so reasonable. Kim and Van are so accommodating and kind. They really run their business the old school way: CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST. She made sure my nails looked exactly like I wanted and I was happy. I left feeling very satisfied and my nails look great.

I’m from out of state, working in Indy this week and desperately needed to get my nails done. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing time and they still took me and did a fantastic job. Jenna was amazing! Friendly, professional and personable. We also discovered that I just so happen to be working with her older sister this week. What a small world! Thank you, Jenna!!

Have been going here for over a year and have only had two nails break and that was my.own fault.....they always treat you so sweet and make sure you feel comfortable and are always willing to accommodate your needs and wants!!! I love Miss kim and her husband!!! Recommend this place to everyone.

Worst customer service ever walked in nobody was waiting in line there were two ladies working. I’m patiently waiting my turn then two walk ins come AFTER me and they got called as I sat there then finally after I got called the lady was extremely rude when I was explaining to her what I wanted and didn’t apologize for the wait or anything I will absolutely never go here again.

Clean shop, kind people... Horrible nails though. Broke 2 today. The only person that can do them correctly is Lee... Everyone else is in school or fresh out... Proceed with caution

This is one the the nicest places Ive been to. They were very nice and even let me stay after hours to do a full set. I showed Kim a picture, and she did even better than how the picture looked. GREAT prices too!

Employees need trained better. My nails were lumpy, uneven, and too thick. Not to mention the owner is rude and made my nail tech leave me right after starting my nails to do a wax. She even tried to work on mine for a minute and messed the shape up.

Just went here for the first time, and this is now the best nail salon Ive been to. The ladies were super nice and inviting, and my nails look wonderful. I see that some people have complained about long wait times, but I only had a 20 minute wait. I saw how they took their time with each client, which in my mind makes the wait worth it.

So glad I gave this place a try!!!! Unbelievably nice people!!! While I waited the owner he did all he could to make sure I was comfy,that my water temp was to my liking and just so friendly. He and his wife, Kim were so funny. Kim did my pedi and she was great. She took the time to really take care of my feet even with another client waiting. She was gentle and I didnt even have to ask her to exfoliate my feet more, she felt them and just did it. They took excellent care of me and made me feel comfortable. Wait was worth it and Ill be going back

If someone could tell me... how they do their nails.... the first place i went to.. they just glued on the press ons... I want to find a nice place for a reasonable price... my mother wont pay more than 35 for a set... for actual acrylic nails...

Not worth cost... this time. It depends who does them. Several younger ladies working here. One does very little to your feet when doing a pedicure. You. Will go away feeling a little cheated. The owner needs to set specific steps and standards so a customer gets the same process no matter who helped them during that visit. Owner is very nice and she does a great job if your lucky enough to get her helping you.

I went on a Wednesday and my nail broke on Friday. Then one after the other they just came off. I asked for a coffin and she filed one way to much so it just looked awkward. Not worth it. The tech was super nice and real easy to talk and get along with. I’m all for giving people a chance, but I will not be coming back and spending money on nails that should last longer than 2 days

The ladies in here were so nice and friendly! They got me in right away and everything looked very clean. She was very detail-oriented and did a wonderful job on my nails! This is my favorite place to go now! Its also very affordable. Couldnt be happier with my experience!

Tried somewhere new for a holiday party tomorrow night. 4 hours later it started to pill off. Will return to get it fixed. Then will never go back.

Never EVER go there!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Im honestly scared that Im going to get an infection after getting a pedicure from them. Nothing like watching them clean the sink and pedicure tub with toilet bowl cleaner and then using the scrub brush next to the sink for your nails...to scrub the sink and drain. They should be closed for good!

No wait time @ all.. I went on a Thursday. I took my 3yr old daughter with me. They had kids book for her to sit & look at. The lady was so patient with her & veey friendly. Nails are perfect! I showed her a pic of the style I wanted of acrylic gel nails and she re created the same nails beautifully! Love this place!

I have been here before and my nails have looked great. Well I came in for a gel manicure today and they look awful. It looks like I did them myself. There is polish on the side of my nails/skin. It just looks careless. Very disappointed. I won’t be back

Very reasonable only cost me $38 which I didnt think was bad and the girl was really super nice she didnt want to tell me please relax your hand she just did her job very well I felt very comfortable her doing my nails most the time I feel like theyre trying to have a wrestling match with me but not this time I had a very good experience at this place

Sorry but I cant recommend this place for pedicures. The girl cut my skin, not my cuticles and drew blood. I felt bad for her, apparently she was in training but ya just dont leave unqualified people to themselves and hope for the best.

Price is ok ..but the worst pedicure ever..nails uneven..I could of done a better paint job at home..massage chairs not working and nail dryers not working.....not very clean..Not happy with the service..

The work is good. But the wait time is ungodly. Every signle time i go in. Its over an hour wait. So i go in at 1:30 excepting to be done in time for work at 3.... Little did i know the one person sitting in the waiting chairs signed in 4 people. They were not even there but got to come right in and be served befor me even tho i had been waiting for almost an hour already.. They DO NOT make appointments

I went here for my birthday a few days ago for the first time. To start off, all the tools they used were absolutely disgusting. I almost didnt follow through but i was in such a hurry to get my nails done that day. It didnt even look like they cleaned them. Then after I had the nails put on and painted the woman rushed the whole thing and I had kindly explained to her that it was messed up and she didnt do it right. Of course she was extremely rude and just put another coat on top then told me thats all she could do. I was very upset and left and came back the next day to have her fix them right. She blamed it on the color of the nail polish. Then gave me a cotton ball and made me remove all the nail polish myself. She repainted them and here I am the very next day and the nail polish is already coming off. She was extremely rude and didnt even care and the place is dirty and cheap nail polish is used. I could have done a better job myself. Worst nail job Ive ever had. Not recommended!

Long wait, bad service, prioritized people who came in after me and had me sitting there half done while they took care of other people. Regardless I tipped well as I was raised and they ended up charging me extra on my debit card. Keep your receipts or avoid this place.

Worst costumer service ever. Got there at 3:30 and she told me it was a hour wait. Theres was two ladies in front of me and I went in about 4:30 and ask how much longer the wait was, she had told me 30 minuets. I went in at 5 and she still had the same two ladies in front of me and it was 5:10. Still never got my nails done, wait was too long.
