From initial contact to receiving a qick answer to questions, to the day of the job, to its completion- everything was smooth & professional. Great customer service and a great job with the tint! I initially set up an appointment with Rob. When I arrived, his son showed me different tint options (since I wasnt 100% sure what I was looking for) and even held them up to my car window to show me roughly how the final product would look. I felt both father & son were professional and thorough throughout the process.

The guys were great. My work schedule can change hour to hour and I had to reschedule with them several times. They were a huge help, and when I did finally make it, the two guys jumped on my truck and they did it in half the time. Awesome service. Great guys.

I had an appointment for tints some place else. The guy was so rude that I did not trust him touching my vehicle. I googled other tint locations & this one came up with great reviews. I called & was able to come right in. They are professional; their facility is clean & waiting area is comfortable. Its been a month & I have not had any problems with the work they performed. They will be doing my other vehicle & I have referred family & friends, too.

Absolutely professional, fantastic job and experience. Rob and his team are the alpha and omega of tinting in Bmore. Rob is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of the work as well as the customer service. Has a family friendly waiting room with comfy seats and WiFi, or get a cool adult beverage at Jilly’s, a quick walk away, while you wait. Also: if in doubt, get the ceramic 35%. Definitely get the ceramic—game changer in the summer.

I found Baltimore Tint by searching online and by checking reviews. I went in for service on March 24th. The service was great and the staff let me ask as many questions I needed to be sure I was getting the best tint for my car, 2017 white Chevy Malibu. The staff was also curtious and did not hesitate to do what was needed to make sure I was satisfied. The owner, Rob has a down to earth personality and attentive to his customers.

Great personality of the 2 men I met. But my tint could have been a little darker. Im goin to have to get another tint. I wasted $80 !! My Kia was way darker then my truck. Oh well.
