Don’t waste your money. I got a gel manicure and they cut my cuticles so short that I bled. I chose a light pink color and they only did two coats and you could still see through the polish. I had to ask for a third coat. I never get my nails done so this was a “treat” for me and I was very disappointed.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! I went in for a full set and a pedicure and my nails look horrible! When I asked the lady if she could fix it, she looked at me like I was crazy. I wasted $35 on the full set. I had to go somewhere else and get them redone which cost me another $35!

I went on a Friday, got full set noticed my nails were thin I asked him not to make them thin he did anyway broke one on Tursday and they charged $5 to fix it so ll together I spent $45 and gave a $10dolla r tip. I madbecause if he would have donethem thicker I wouldnt have missed my interview.

I didnt get my nails done the way I wanted with the colors I picked out and design. I wanted the color blue on my right hand with Colts design and the orange color on my left hand with Halloween design. I will not ever go back there again. I was very disappointed and was charged $35 at first then charged another $6 for two fingers with a design 😞😡 I add pictures. I have never been disappointed ever with getting my nails done, he shouldnt have charged me for what he forgot to, I will not send anyone here, because they are a big disappointment 😡😞

The man that did my cusion nails painted them one time didnt bother to fill in the spots that he didnt even do right so now she has to walk around with half done nails so the man that did her nails please learn how to do nails also never coming back again

The lady did a lovely job on my pedicure. She spent a long time gently caring for my feet. The massage chair felt nice and they even played a fun movie on the TVs while I was there.

So, i’ve only been two times (given one time was to fix my nail, no fault of theirs) BECAUSE of convenience & urgency, but the two times i have gone, i have enjoyed myself. they played recent movies, and i absolutely LOVED my manicure ! one thing i will say, that kept it from five stars, i didn’t like the fact that when i told the older woman what i wanted, she basically told me no, because it wouldn’t look good . granted, i am a bit of a pushover & i normally never correct people so i didn’t day anything and picked something else...i just don’t feel like i should’ve felt like that in first replace. despite this, i, obviously, have gone back and will again .

If you want nails to last longer than a day dont go here . 2 of my nails popped off in 2 days and these were my nails the first day I got them done she said she used gel polish but theyre not gel and I paid $50

Horrible experience. Whent to get birthday nails to celebrate getting permit. Lady was rude and experience was painful she did a horrible job, there was acrylic was bumby and chunky. The nails polish bottles were old and seperated/crusty. Had to tell her several time to cut nails shorter. Did not push back my cuticles and left a huge gap between acrylic nail and nail bed I compared nails to my friend and she and i had similar gap space yet she got her nails done 2 weeks ago and i got them done 2 days ago. Nail polish was so old it left creases all over the nails and chipped less than an hour after being applied. Asked for money before even halfway done. I went back go get refund and the manager refused to come to front to talk to me. Was told several times they could not fix or refund the poor nail job and was laughed at for that simple request. Mine are the solid color and almond for 40 while hers where coffin and almond, design, and jewels for 40 also.

I go here on the regular, I mean FAITHFULLY. For a year now. Every Friday, early in the morning as soon as they open because i dont like a wait, i always have my daughter with me and i can get in and out. I always am satisfied with my nails and feet. The male employee is my favorite he does great!! I don’t really like going to anyone else.They are all nice. I see there are mixed reviews i think it depends on the person how they like it and stuff. But I personally have no complaints. Everyone has different experiences and every shop charges different.

Tried to have a girls day with my two friends and id have to say it wasnt worth it for one they kept stopping in the middle of each of us to start other people we sat there 5 hours. Not only did we sit there with half done nails but they finished people that came in after us while we were left sitting. They were too rough causing my friend to bleed but the nails are sloppy and crooked i can say the amount we paid was not worth it. Couldnt even understand proper english

I wont be back. I got my nails done. A week later they all lifted. And broke one off. 35 bucks down the drain. Now Im spending 18 bucks to fix them. The ladies was nice. But obviously they dont know how to do nails. I wont be back. I have pics of before and after.

Did a great job

I was there yesterday and the little lady that did my nails was so rude the same 2 weeks ago she like literally let me set in acetone for more than an hour then another guy came in and she had him do my nails i guess it was to messy for her I was like okay but yesterday I went 4/01/2015 and she started doing my nails and I asked her nicely to please take off all my polish before she started filling in I guess it pissed her off she started being so rude I asked her if she could make my nails a little more narrow she refused to she said I should have done that when I got my nails done she was trying to squeeze my hands really hard and over sanding them I tried to point out some cracks but she just acted like she couldnt hear me so of course I wake up today and grab a case of water and they brake in half same place I tried pointing out but she was to mad because of the finger nail polish request I made so I had to return today 4/2/2015 to have them repaired I told her yesterday if she didnt want to do my nails it was fine I had no problem waiting on someone else to do them they didnt charge me for the repairs nut they tried saying it was cause I made them narrow not true they where cracked before I got my nails filled and they where square the guy that did my nails was very nice not rude at all and I thank you for that Ive been going there for over 11 yrs that one and Happy nails and never been treated that way I would of told management but the owner is never around and I dont believe they would tell them :(

So, initially there was an older man doing my nails. He clipped my natural nails, filed a bit and place nails on...he start clipping them all uneven and eventually an older woman came and fixed the ones he messed up on. Then she proceeded to use too much acrylic, it was literally dripping onto the table and she just brushed it under my nails. So when the acrylic hardened under my nails, it was stuck to my skin and she started using a nail and the cuticle clippers to try and lift it up. OUCH. Then she filed, painted, and filed some more to the point where some nails are the right shape and some aren’t. I won’t be coming back here.

HORRIBLE service. Wait was extremely long, with one employee just sitting. Finally was able to get a chair and was serviced by a very rude and unprofessional girl. I needed a broken nail fixed, but had the set put on by another nail place. Royal Nails did not have the exact color of my set, so I asked the girl to match it as best as possible. She appeared annoyed and began yelling at me, saying they did not have my color. Will NEVER go back to this place again.

I went in there today during my lunch break. I went in to get acrylics with a gel top coat. The lady called me over and didnt even ask me what I wanted. She started putting the nails on and said I was getting a french tip. She didnt ask what shape I wanted them or anything. She answered her phone in the middle of doing my nails and talked on speaker phone for 5 minutes. The nails look terrible and werent what I wanted at all. I would not recommend this place and would never go back.

I could give them 0 star. I was there on weekday, and I was told that waiting is 35mins. fair enough. I waited for almost 1 hr. And then again I was told that 25 mins more waiting . They are slow as sloths. Plus they are rude. This place was called Ten nails and because of bad word of mouth, they changed name to Royal. But still this place sucks. There are many better nail places.

This Place is full of B.S. I got my nails done with in a few days they stared popping off I call a them a day later to see if they cold repair them and they told me No because its been a week and was very rude about it. I tell her that I was going to go elsewhere and she said THATS FINE and hung up on me.. All the money I have spent in that place and the treat me that way Im never going to that place again and wouldnt recommend them to no one!!!!!

I had went Their before going out of town and the nails didnt last longer then a week but they were definitely pretty.Also I told the lady that my index finger nail was lifting and she said its okay shell fix it but she just applied more acrylic over it being lazy and I got fungus under my nail.I DO NOT recommend going here.And the lady who always does my nails is always rude or agitated.

Got my nails done on the 10th today is the 16th so 6 days in and all my nails half popped off except to I popped four of them off in the time Ive waited while there have been three nail techs doing nothing setting in the massage chair telling me I had to wait on the same guy, the only time he came over and talked to me was to tell me I had to do the same color thats on the last two nails that need to be taken off because Im sure they will pop off too.. he said it was my fingernails is the reason they popped off because theyre small in 20 years Ive never had Nails pop off.. horrible customer service horrible quality product... I feel like they stole my money .. Sat for 2 hours just to go elsewhere and have two Nails removed and a whole new set plus gel polish again all within less than a week.

I went in for a refill and the sign says $18 +$10 for gel... well at the end they charged me $35 and said cutdown was extra. When i went in my acrylics were thin because i dont like fat fake looking nails and at the end i paid more than i was told and my nails were thick and ugly. If you are picky about your nails this is not the place to go. I did not tip because the nail tech barely new any english and did not seem like she was very happy about doing my nails. My honest opinion many nail shops including this one always find a way to over charge you for the service they provide!

Took my 13 yr old daughter to get her nails done here, never again, worst experience ever...they completely took advantage of her, added gel polish($10 more) and charged $5 for a coffin shapeed nail...never have we ever been charged for the shape of her nails...all this without saying a word to me about the extra charges...so i wasnt even given the option to accept or decline the extras...and then when i told them i wanted a refund for a garbage nail job they refused and had the nerve to call the police! The officer got a giggle out of it and in the end was irritated that they called the police for absolutely no reason. Needless to say i disputed the charge thru my bank and got my money back. I recommend going ANYWHERE else but here for your nails.

I’ve been going to this nail shop for over 12 years and today I come into the shop at 640 asking to get my eyebrows done. There’s one of the workers sitting the chair not helping anyone and then she asked the woman to the left of her if she’s doing eyebrows she said “no come back tomorrow.” The lady that asked has done my eyebrows before and this is the second time they did this to me ! And I seen some customers snickered as I looked at the lady. That was rude and honestly I don’t know what happened to this company. I’m never ever coming back here again. After all these years it’s time for me to take my business elsewhere. Rude.

I came in to get my nails fixed because 4 days ago I got my nails done and now the gel polish is chipping. I waited for more than 45 min to get them fixed even though I was here before another lady getting a fill in. After the lady got done she still didnt fix my nails.

I waited for 2 hours to get my daughters and my nails and feet done. They only have 2 nail techs. With it being the weekend and tax season you would think they would staff accordingly.

I went here over the weekend, the lady was extremely rough with my hands, and had a bunch of glue like gunk stuck under my nails and didnt bother to get it off. Now here it is 4 days later and my nails are chipping and cracking! Im highly disappointed and $40 was a waste of my money!!!

They cut my toe nails way to short. It took two months just grow them pass the skin. Save your money and go somewhere else
