Absolutely love this nail salon. All of the employees do a great job. They open sterilized packs of instruments every single time showing that they practice proper sterilization. Salon is always clean and I always leave happy. The owner has a funny sense of humor, making the experience even more enjoyable. His wife always asks about my family and is super sweet. Highly recommend!

When I moved to Indy I went to 6 different nail salons trying to find a new regular place before I found Ice Nails & I’ve been coming in regularly for now 3 years! They are so attentive to what I want & are exceptional at what they do.

All precautions are being taken. I very much appreciate the detail and sanitation they are providing through these weird times. I was greeted with a smile and a pump of hand sanitizer:) thank you ice nails for doing what needs to be done to keep our community safe! Unfortunately, I needed a polish change the next day because it had chipped so much:/ and my 2 big toenails were left at completely different lengths.

This nail salon is awesome. Staff is very nice and very friendly. Very professional and always use sanitizes.d tools for each service. Lan is awesome but so are the other stylist. Highly recommend.

I called and made an appointment to get right in. Nguyen was the absolute best! I get the dip on my natural nails. He took the time to make sure my cuticles were cleaned up and perfect!He didn’t rush and did a fantastic job on my nails. I’m extremely picky and I couldn’t be happier! Def will be my new nail place!Hands down 5 stars!

They seem to always have an excuse as to why they can not perform services on me.I feel discriminated against due to my vitiligo.

I frequent Ice Nails at a regular cadence, as they have done the best work out of the other 3 or 4 nail salons I have visited. I always get the same services done, and 90% of the time, I am satisfied with the quality of my nail service. They have a great color selection, though Ive had incidences of my nails bubbling and peeling within a few days. Still, there are other issues.Besides it being VERY clear that the technicians are speaking rudely about you in their native language (I greatly admire multilingual individuals), I have been OVERCHARGED on at least 3 visits. I do believe this was done intentionally. The first two times, I thought that perhaps the prices just increased, so I kept silent. Then on a following visit in which I received the same services, I paid less (the ACTUAL price).The technician(s) who were taking my payment had an air about them that suggested they KNEW they were overcharging and wanted to see if I caught on. Its my fault for not being more observant. Recently, I checked the salons Facebook page and screenshotted the listed prices. Prior to making an appointment, I called to ask about the price of each service I planned to receive. I realized that at my previous appointments, I had been overcharged at least $10 each time (on top of a tip!)!!I only return there now because it is so hard to find decent nail technicians in this area. I will not be returning after long. The next time I am overcharged, I WILL cause an uproar. It is a disgusting practice, especially to a frequent customer.During my visits, I do notice that the salon has a certain catalogue of customers that they are extremely friendly and familiar with, while other customers are treated with less joviality. I cant say why this is, and I do want to make it clear that this disservice isnt constant. Sometimes I go in and am treated kindly by all technicians. Other times, their poor attitudes are very apparent.I truly hope the overcharging is not a sign of something nefarious. Maybe I do not tip enough, so they decide to take a little extra for themselves. I am a young black woman just trying to make her way in the professional world. I do what I can.I recommend that all clientele pay close attention to what they are charged. It is a beautiful, well-kept salon with mostly talented technicians, but this means nothing if the clients are mistreated.

The nail tech that I had was extremely nice and she did a wonderful job on my nails I showed her a picture and she got it exactly like I asked. I definitely will be returning. On top of the amazing service they have been extremely cautious in sanitization after every client they wipe all the surfaces down including the chairs and they have a plexiglass between you and the nail techs. I really appreciate their precautions and everything that theyre doing to make sure theyre clean and safe.

I scheduled me and my daughters mani pedis 3 days ago and when we arrived they did my girls quickly but never started my hands I asked a few times but the language barrier on our tech was very bad but she was very sweet and was patient with my 2 year old. The managers need to learn better English because they never got to my hands and couldnt understand what I was saying also my oldest daughter was told she couldnt get her nails painted though I paid for a manicure and pedicure so much confusion not to mention trying to charge 55 to paint my oldest whos 9 gel mood change polish we definitely will not return

Lady with short hair and the main guy who was running everything was very rude . They both got mad bc I didn’t know the number of the color I wanted. The lady put the water very hot and was pulling and tugging my feet. Handled my toes very rough. To the point where she made my big toe bleed. Please don’t go to this place. Not worth it at all

This was my second time visiting and first time since the pandemic. They have new procedures and safeguards in place that dont take away from the experience. They were courteous, professional and efficient. I will definitely return.

Less than a week after gel manicure, three nails have already lifted. Manicure was rushed, cuticles were not pushed back.Customer service was nice, but I paid for my nails to look good.If you choose to come here, set you expectations and share it with the technician you work with. If not, they will provider sub-par nails

Amazing pedicure, cant wait to go back for a fill. My tech paid attention to the texture of my nail to make sure it was smooth before applying polish and cut my cuticles perfectly. Way better than some places that just put on paint and give a leg massage (even the leg massage was better, hot stones were a part of my basic gel pedicure).

Requested for my friend and I to get full gel sets with French manicure and was charged 50.50 a piece for an acrylic set with gel polish. We called in advance to make the appts and specifically was asked what services so for us to pay twice as much for a service we didnt have any interest in is a good way to lose a repeat customer just like they have definitely lost us. It is now 3 days later and the lifting began about 4 hours after leaving. Had to point out to nail tech where acrylic wasnt even totally covering the tip she barely glued on my nail. Will not be going back and suggest finding a better place. The atmosphere was the only thing going for them which is why theres 2 stars.

Says the except walk-ins but they don’t. The last two times I’ve gone to this place there are 1 or 2 people there but they still “don’t have time”. Last time I’ll ever rush from work or come to this place.

My daughter is already planning her next trip in. She had a childs mani/pedi. They even had a special pink butterfly chair for kids. Her nails turned out great and everyone was very nice and efficient.

Definitely one of the better nail salons Ive ever been to. The end result looks really nice and the technicians really listen to any specific requests you have. The only issue I have is that even with an appointment, Ive had to wait 20-30 minutes to be served (this has happened multiple times). Definitely would recommend if you need a high quality job and are not in a time crunch/dont like waiting.

Most pleasant nail salon Ive ever been in! Extremely clean, excellent quality, extremely friendly! Most gentle eye brow wax ever! They even braved through giving splendid pedicures to two ticklish men with gross feet and they did a fantastic job!

Do NOT go here if you want dip polish.I have gone to Zen nails down the street and my dip lasted a month (it never chipped, my nails just grew out so I needed to get them re-done), went to Ice nails because it’s closer to me and slightly cheaper ($5). Poor selection of colors, and my dip only lasted 4 days before chipping!! Came back to get it fixed on a Saturday (because most of us work during the week) and they tell me they only have time to fix my two chipped nails. I tried to explain this was only a temporary fix and my other nails could start chipping at any moment. Clearly the dip they used is not great quality! They refused to give me my money back and were very stern about only fixing my two nails. Very rude to me. Will never come here again and you should also take your business elsewhere. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have gotten acrylics, gel manicures, and pedicures from Ice Nails and I am always happy with them! It can be busy on the weekend, so make sure to call ahead. They are my go to nail place in Indy!

Love this place! Started going here as soon as they opened about a year ago. I used to go to BR Nails but they got super busy. Ice is brand new and very nice! My daughter loved getting her first pedicure.

The nails were perfect looking and looked natural. The nail polish lasted me about three weeks so it was good quality. I went to get a fill in closer to my home and the nail tech there told me Who ever did my nails did a good job. The only thing that could have been better is to be a little more personable.

Took my lady to get her nails did... Very clean and hardly no wait. She was very happy with her nails, best place shes been to in a long time so we will definitely be back again!

First time at this salon. It was very cozy feeling and staff was amazing, no wait time when we arrived. However, 2 days after my gel manicure 3 nails cracked and the edges are looking dull. I still gave 4 starts because the staff and atmosphere was amazing. Very clean and efficient. I would go back because I am sure they would fix it but I live too far away. Overall good experience, just not happy with the cracking of the polish.

This is a CLEAN salon with excellent service! I travel 40 minutes to get my nails done here because I am always satisfied with the end result. Lan is very meticulous and clips away any areas where my acrylics are lifting and always drills underneath my nails to leave my fill-ins feeling like a fresh full set! Thank you Ice Nails!

Was made to switch technicians halfway through my appointment. Came in for a removal and full set, and the first tech who removed my nails didnt do it properly. They popped off the whole acrylic from my nail and ripped them off without soaking at all. It was very painful. I shouldve left then. My new set was put on and the man who did this was so aggressive with my nails that my fingers hurt for about 2 days afterwards. Then he left my fingers covered in excess acrylic and polish. I was peeling it off my hands for days. I wont be back ever again.

Lan did the best on my nails! My pedicure was fantastic, too! I totally found my new nail spot. Very affordable pricing and they have the most adorable little chair for little ones going to get their nails done. Highly recommend.

The people here do awesome work!! Very impressed with my nails and the service. The atmosphere is too die for and Tina does such an amazing job. This is now my #1 place to go, no matter where Im located.

I have lived in Indy a year and have been searching for the perfect nail place and I found it! Lan took her time. Allowed me to get a visual of the different acrylic colors. Even fixed it to after the original color didnt look good. They turned out beautiful! Pedicure was amazing as well. Never once did i feel like I was rushed.

Got a wonderful pedicure done! It was relaxing and the polish lasted about 3 weeks before a single chip! My legs and feet felt very smooth afterwards as well! The environment is very soothing and calm.

Nice place. I wish they hd more nail brushes though. I dont like using the same one someone else has used even though its in disinfectant. Also, the sides of some of my nails are a bit uneven and some have some Marks on the corners in the acrylic but its nothing huge. Ill definately come back
