Good service we had a pedicure. Very friendly and we are pleased.

Excellent service, excellent prices and variety of colors. They can work well around nail shapes, dip, gel, pedicures, french, rhinestones, etc. They allow walk-ins.They have a reward system, which gives you $5 or 10$ off. They are very strict with COVID regulations, which I love personally. Everyone needs to wear masks, use acrylic stands, and personalize the pedicure utensils per person to avoid contamination- you take them home and bring them when you have a pedicure appointment.Dont have much minimalist nail art and stickers. Very busy on Friday and even if you call in for an appointment you might have to wait. However, love the result and how natural they look! This is CatEye gel in Red 🔥♥️

I have been going here for awhile and typically had great service, because of this I decided to book an appointment because the season is picking up. I dont advise appointments. I am a patient person so I didnt mind waiting 30 minutes for an available technician; however I am use to getting the length of my nails extended without fake nails and this tech couldnt do this (the only male technician.) His excuse was that they are all different. He kept pushing fake nail tips but I didnt want those. I asked if he could trim my nails to make them the same length. He also wouldnt do this..... I asked him to twice......He continued to work on my nails and my severe anxiety and fear of being rude came over me and I didnt want to ask for another tech because literally every desk was full. I now know not to go to this salon and let this man work on my nails again. I even told him exactly who worked on me before and that she was sitting in the back and how she did my nails before and he ignored me. This was the worst service I have ever received from Tammys Nails. He also didnt properly cap/seal the tips of my nails. I got powder dip as I always do so I know how it is supposed to look.

It was sort of like the people were annoyed with new customers... I hoped they would be as nice as the people at Orchid but they were very grouchy... but my real nails look good! We were the only patrons besides one other person.

I really love the way my nails look, but...... My nail technician seemed like he was rushing. My mom came with to get a pedicure and she said that Lee, the man who did her toes was very gentle and was in no rush. Almost immediately after he told me to go to the nail dryer, I saw him with another customer. I really loved my nails however and I am not at all mad at the place or the man who did my nails.

Did a good job,first time going.Only thing is she put my new nail on crooked.They put warm towels on ur hands.

I always come here and really like it, on Wednesday I left work early to get my nails done. When I got there I want to have my nails soaked off and get a new set, I sat down at number 3 and he proceeded to saw my nails off with a fake nail. I tried not to say anything but it got more and more painful and by the time he went for the third finger with blood dripping down my hand I said you are hurting me. He never said anything and went and got a bowl of acetone i am not putting my injured hand in that so I went and washed my hands and said I am going to leave, the older man said sorry maam even though he saw the whole thing.

Good customer service; always greets you with an hello. I’ve been to the salon three times and I’m quite happy overall with my experience. The wait times are not long; the first two times I have gotten right into the chair. I really appreciate the detail and attention I get in relation to achieving the desired nail design I want. I really do feel like I am listened when I asked for something new. The salon is always clean and the staff works to keep it that way. I do like the stamp program of getting extra incentive for every visit and the idea of having getting a discount on a future visit.

They done a great pedicure had a broken toenail on the right side of my big toe she got it right off no pain work 3 months to try to get it off myself

Im so impressed. I walked in on a Saturday morning for a full set and pedicure. They were busy and yet took care of me right away. Everyone there was super friendly. They did a fabulous job on my nails and feet. They took the time to make sure everything was done right. The cleanliness and professionalism of this place is great. Thanks yall!! I WILL be back.

Just moved into town and Tammy’s is right down the road so I decided to give it a try. Best decision ever!!! Great customer service, and I had my first powder dipped polish experience here. Tonight I came in on a busy night and they still took extra time to take care of me do my manicure and stay open late to do a pedicure so I didn’t have to come back the next day. Super great family business. I will be a repeat customer

Ive been going to Tammy Nails for YEARS! Tammy, Nikki, Lee, and their staff do wonderful work. I am always getting compliments on my nails, and constantly referring friends over. The salon is always extremely clean, staff and guests are friendly, and I know I will always get quality service. I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my nails!

...Sad because the regular girl that did my nails left but my daughter loves Nikki to do hers. However, I Still visit regularly for eyebrow waxing & pedicures. They do gel toes (which I love), always do a great job, r friendly and never make me wait.

I got my nails done today (11/21/18) and I NEVER been here before, they were busy because of Thanksgiving is tomorrow, but with that being said everything was cool until my nail tech did my nails!! Her name was Nicki, I think if I had not said one word to her she wasnt going to say anything to me, she wasnt social, personal, and its not like she was mean, she just wasnt friendly! And I thought.....maybe I should bring this to her attention! So I told her in a nice way, how you know people like social people, (not a exchange of our whole lives, but just day to day typical conversation), her exact words were oh its been a busy day, and you having a busy day has nothing to do with you being just a little bit friendlier!! My nails could of sucked, but if I had someone with great customer service, I would go back and still tip!! Attitude is EVERYTHING!! Needless to say I did not tip, you want to know why........its been a busy day!!😒

This use to be my favorite place to go because it was so close to my house but I’d rather drive somewhere else then go here. The prices are too high and they recently started charging $7 to remove your polish when you go in for a fill!! So I paid $27 for a fill and 2 nails broke the very next day. Plus they can not do half of the designs you ask them too! Very money hungry and bad service! Stay away!

Ive gone to a lot to nail salons and tammy nails is by far the best one Ive gone to ever my mother and I have gone ever since theyve opened and Ive always been pleased with the how great a job theyve done on my nails their very welcoming along with fast to get you in to do you taken care of they are also very friendly, plus if they do make a mistake their respective enough to fix it and make it right... I really hope I dont have to go anywhere else to get them done b/c I dont think there is anywhere else that could do a as good as them👍😊

Unable to do a normal manicure with simple filigree design. Refused actually. Have came every week for the last six weeks. Always tip 25% or more. Rude. Speak badly about you in foreign language. Treat you as if you are beneath them. You would think they would appreciate regular customers. Always trying to force gel nails. Told me designs only look good on long nails. You keep them too short. Is it not their job to please the customer. I stopped coming a few years back because of the treatmen . Thought I would give them another chance. Everything was good for the first 5 weeks. Today was the worst it has ever been. Wouldnt come here unless you enjoy sitting in uncomfortable silenc .

Niki was great as well as the other workers in there! I love their gel polish and the wide selection of colors. Its been 2 weeks and my nails are still in great shape with NO chips! (I couldnt say that about the last place I went to).

I am in costumer service and I know the challenges that come with that but I am disgusted with the treatment the nail tech gave me. From the second I sat down she was unpleasant and judgmental. I have been getting my nails done since I was 12 and have never been turned away because of a frigid nail. I went down the street to PT nails and they gave me fantastic service and beautiful nails.

Went here today and was greeted so rudely and I was the first person in the shop. I was told by Tammy that we are booked and youll have a long wait because my customers have scheduled appointments. Maybe she just doesnt want new customers but it doesnt matter because I found a new and welcoming nail shop.

Tammy’s Nails is the first place I ever heard of powder dip. What a difference it has made on my nails. Tammy Nails is the best nail salon I have ever visited.

They didnt give my friend her $10 off for her 11th visit. Only $5 And the new guy did a terrible job and over charged her. Wont go here! TERRIBLE customer service.Few weeks ago, got a new guy there with blonde in his hair.

I am in from Florida for a wedding and our entire wedding party came in and received manicures and pedicures in under 2 hours and received excellent customer service from an excellent salon. I highly recommend this salon and wish it were back home!

I stopped going here after a bad experience later year. Today, I was in the area and decided to give the place another try. Everything was fine at first, but I overheard two other customes complaining about the services. Then when I went to wash my hands, one of the acrylic nails cracked. It was very thin and flexible. Tammy proceeded to argue with me about it being my fault for not washing my hand properly. I dont have any idea how it is possible to wash ones hands so vigorously as to break a brand new acrylic nail. She went on and on about it, even after I tried to diffuse the situation but telling Tammy it was no problem (just please fix it). As I was leaving, I heard another patron turn to the customer near he and say I dont know why she wont listen to me. Intendinng that Tammy wasnt listening to the customers requests. The tension was high in this salon and good riddance! Tammy herself sets the tone for being rude to customers!!!

I am new to Indianapolis and needed a fill/pedicure and googled BEST rated nail salons near me. Tammy had a 4.0 rating so I stopped by. I have to say the lack of welcoming and communication was disappointing. I work in customer service industry and I would never treat a NEW customer in that fashion. BTW I get my nail/feet done every 2 weeks, religiously, so I consider myself a good customer. Sad that a salon has that many clients that they dont welcome a new one. I never bother writing reviews, good or bad, but this was so shocking to me, i just had to.

Been here few times and although nikki does good work I will not be back,the family is always arguing and upset at eachother,the mother is rude and says rude things to ppl,this last time I went the mother tammy seen me walk in and I heard her tell her daughter nikki that I requested to do my nails are u sure u want her?shes the 1 who dont tip I was shocked and could not believe I just heard that!This place makes u feel obligated to give them a $10/$20 tips smh rude and judgmental ppl!its sad cuz I have sent SEVERAL ppl to them only cuz my nails looked good,yes nikki does good work but its not worth the rudeness and disrespect,with customer service like this they wont be open forever,it will eventually come to a end cuz God dont like ugly!ta!ta!

I’ve been searching for a nail salon that does the powder dip nails properly according to how the manufacturer instructs it to be used. Nearly all the salons skip the last step and apply a light cure UV top coat and I’ve found that that method is actually terrible bcuz a week later my nails top coat was peeling off. Tammy’s nails does it the right way! They apply the top coat that comes with the dip set and set it to a 5 min timer to ensure it’s properly dried. Other salons just want you out the door in the 30 sec UV cure but your mani will look awful if u go to a salon who’s using a light cure method instead of the recommended product instructions. That’s not to say UV gel doesnt work, it has its place! But not on dip nails. Dip nails is an entire system and needs to be done right. If you want your dip nails done the way the product was designed, come here.

Very disappointed. Went to get my nails done while my fiancé got his hair cut. Waited at the tech chair for 30 minutes. Everyone that came in after me(approx 6 people, only one with an appointment) got in the chair and had work started while I waited in a tech chair. Was very upset. No one seemed concerned that they were rude and had someone waiting who was there before everyone for 30 minutes. Save yourself the waste of time. I got up and left after 35 minutes. Probably would have still been waiting but my fiancé already finished his haircut.
