My daughter and I are regulars for pedicures! She’s had manicures as well and I had dipped nails when I was working (healthcare management). Never had a less than an “exceeded expectations” experience. Had a pedicure MI with my sister and paid almost twice the price!!

Good price for good service. No appointment and I waited less than 5 minutes. Will return.

The ONLY nail salon I will go to. The owners are very nice and caring! I have never have my fingers cut, or hand sore fingernails the day after! I get acrylic nails and am very hard on my hands/wash them frequently...they last for weeks. I keep their cards on me because I get so many compliments. If there is ever something Im not completely satisfied with they fix it.

I have been going to Nail Lounge for years for dip powder. Everyone is always extremely nice and helpful. They do an exceptional job on my nails and come in clutch with my difficult requests! The few times that I have broken a nail or been in a hurry and messed the top coat myself, they have been more than happy to fix for me between visits! I have and will continue to recommend to all my friends, family and strangers that compliment my shiny red nails. They are amazing! :)

Absolutely 5 star service. Called last minute today for an appointment. They fit is in with no problem. Got the deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage and scrub. Amazing customer service!!! Will definitely be back!

Not the best service as I have experienced in the past but acceptable. My initial foot soaking was pretty rushed, I am not sure if the gentleman put a solution in the water. Paid more money got less pampering.

I absolutely love the Nail Lounge! The owners there are very accommodating and have such an excellent team. I have never had a gel manicure last as long! I used to go to other well known places around Indy and Nail Lounge has the best manicures and best, most relaxing pedicures. Ken was the absolute best. Do not hesitate to get your nails done here, they will do a fantastic job!

I went to this salon on Saturday for a dip powder set. The woman rushed through my entire set because she needed to leave town for a wedding. My polish was rushed and very sloppily painted. There was residue paint left all over my fingers.The man that did my pedicure forgot to put a top coat on my toes as well. I wont be back

Just left there and I feel like I gave this place too many chances. I feel like they charge what they want even when the prices are there. I finally went ahead and just paid for my service even tho it was not what I asked for and I thought the price was too high from the other times I paid for a full-set and pedi. And the nail tech (who is one of the owners ) wanted to argue with me after I said I would pay it the first time. Im just not unhappy with the service and the prices the that I got that was what I wanted was the color. 🙁

Professional and clean but always done pretty poorly. Ive tried this place a million times and almost every time I leave with crooked acrylics that break so so so easily. Ive had other nail techs question what went on and Ive decided to finally part ways with the store.

What a great salon. Always so helpful. And prompt. Very clean. My. Gel French manicure usually last 3 to 4 weeks. It doesnt chip or break. They use the correct number of layers for a true manicure.

Great leg massage included in pedicure. Watch what time you go. We had a 15 minute wait just before noon on Sunday but by the time we were done it was 1 hour to hour and half.

First time patronizing this place. My normal shop closed and it was a must that I get my feet done. Service was great, they had THE BEST chairs ever! They offer way more services...more like a spa! I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend!

This nail salon is very nice and takes the time to make you feel comfortable. It is light and airy. I had Vester my first time and he really took his time to do a great job on my nails and I am pretty picky when it comes to how my nails look as well as my cuticles. I have since gone back a few times! I would definitely recommend this salon!

I am from out of town, but they made me feel so welcome and gave me several options, to be sure I got what I wanted, regardless of price. Its obvious they are more interested in keeping their clientele vs making a quick buck. When I am back in Indy for any length of time, I will be back. One of the best nail experiences I ever had!

I have always loved this place but it has gone downhill. For the past 4 times Ive come the service has been horrible and my nails have looked horrible. Today was the last straw. I had shown my nail technician what I wanted and I was told that it could be done. Starting off, we had to do the base of my nails three times because the shape and length was completely off. She was busy talking and pulling out her phone and had pushed the machine into my nail bed and it was a horrific pain. I showed her again how I wanted the nail and she decided to tell me that she could not do it because they had a sticker to do that design. It was a v-shaped French tip. She tells me that she can not do it. I was livid due to the fact that she had told me earlier that she could. So she takes it upon herself to make a regular French tip, which covered more than half of my nail and called it a day. I was charged 70 dollars for something that was not what I wanted. When I confronted her she told me it was not her fault. I did not tip her and I told her I would not be coming again. I gave too many chances and wasted too much money. Hopefully no one else experiences what I have.

Got my first gel nail experience here and it was wonderful! The staff was nice and friendly and it was nice being able to understand them. The price was reasonable and made my treat yo self day so relaxing! Most definitely my go to place. I rarely treat myself and this was worth it! Going back next week. Ps it looks like the pictures. So nice.

I used to love this place but no longer go there because I was having to go back every couple days to get me nails repaired. I like my nails long so I understand sometimes they may crack on the side but mine were breaking completely off CONSTANTLY because they arent adding more acrylic. The last few times I went for a fill they were only adding acrylic to the natural nail area and not the tips, yet they are sanding down the tips, causing them to be extremely thin and weak. They also nickel and dime you so I never got the shape I wanted because I didnt want to pay extra. I dont mind paying extra for the first time but I dont see why I would need to for a fill of the same shape. I found a new nail salon that is further from work and home and have been going there with no issues and have only broken my nail once in probably 4-6 months.

I decided to venture outside of my comfort zone and try this nail salon out since I was on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. Hind sight being 20/20, I wish that I would have taken my business else where. When I walked in I was greeted by an overly aggressive woman by the name of Tina or Tammie. I stated the services that I was needing which was a fill-in for my coffin shaped nails and to have the toe nail polish taken off of my toes, my toe nails cut down and to simply apply a clear coat. While completing the feet portion of my service she was rude and seemed to have an attitude. I asked her to cut my toe nails down and she seemed irritated about doing so, and then got an attitude about putting a clear coat on my toes. She then prompted me to walk back to her station where she then half did my fill in and not dragging the acrylics to the end of my nail. I then stated that I needed a simple cut down as my coffin nails were a little too long. She proceeded to cut my pinky nail down and then drilled off the rest of my nails to the point that there was barely a nail above the pad of my finger. The moment that I stated to her that I was upset since this was not how I wanted my nails she then got another attitude with me and then prompted me to pay for what at that time was an incomplete service that I was extremely dissatisfied with. I became upset with this as no one else in the salon had been asked to pay upfront and then when someone else decided to interpret for her they said its because she is scared that you are going to walk out. This infuriated me seeing how I am a minority and no one else had been asked to pay because they were upset that they would leave without paying. Mind you, I never gave any instance that I would not pay for my services although I was extremely dissatisfied. What I assume is a manager walked over to talk through the situation, I let her know what was going on she was extremely pleasant and understanding. Another man finished my nails but at this point there was no way to salvage my nails. I paid for my services for nails that I hate and now have to get re-done by a different nail shop. What disheartens me about this experience is that all of the other techs seemed professional and nice, but due to this one person I will never go back again!

I am from out of town and thought I would get a pedicure near where I staying. Clean, friendly, and thorough service! Like people have said before, they give you your nail files to bring back. Prices are a bit higher than I am used to paying (27 for spa manicure and prices go up from there), but I am sure for this area it is normal.

Nice salon. The men dont speak much but give a relaxing massage during your pedicure. They specialize in more classic sets & tend to do less busy custom type sets. I recently tried an ombre set, I could tell she was still learning her technique but it was ok. She complained about the removal of old acrylic from another salon which was frustrating. I paid extra of course.They are slightly higher than most nail salons.

So this place is cute and relaxing! I wish they had complementary wine! That wouldve set this place off!

Im in from out of town and happened into this salon. The man who did my nails took such care in making them perfect and fixing the mistakes from the last salon I went to. Gorgeous salon, super clean, and the service is well worth th price! Will be coming herewhenever I come into town!

Thought I would go somewhere closer to home.. They sent me to a lady in the back .. Rudest person I have ever dealt with.. And I am about to pay you to drill into my hand? Nah, Ill drive across town to do my business. Told her what I wanted and she got an attitude and acted like it was an issue. ToldMe what I needed to do. Very frustrated now I have to wait a week to get my nails done. Thank goodness my normal shop does such a great job that waiting a week will not ne detrimental. I went in there today this is the third time Ive been there I always get a full set with gel polish almond-shaped same length... everytime I go there I get a different technician and the price is different the first time I went there the price was $38 the second time I went there the price was $45 today when I went in there the price was $49 I believe the guy I got today was the owner.... I dont usually ask what the prices up front I usually just get my nails done and then just pay whatever they tell me it is at the end however this time I did ask what the price was up front because he started off saying oh its $5 more for the almond shape its $3 more for the length that you want its this much more for the type of gel polish you chose so I said okay no problem what is the end price and thats what he told me $49 ...I told him why is it every time I come in here the price is different ... I told him it is what it is because I need to get my nails done but just curious ... so he asked me how much did you pay before and I told him those two other prices .... he said no with a very loud tone we dont do that ... I told him actually that was my experience the last two times but whatever its okay just do it .. I wasnt loud I wasnt rude I was just stating the fact ....he told me that I was accusing him of giving different prices I told him Im not accusing anything Im just telling you what happened to me the last two times I was here it seems that I get different pricing every time I come ...and he said fine thats it were not doing this Im not going to do your nails and refused to service me because he said Im accusing them.... I politely got up told him no problem I have never dealt with any company that has treated me this way you guys were the one that did the wrong however youre blaming me because I stated the fact about it I was not rude to you in any way however I will be putting a review online because its not okay to treat anybody the way that you are treating me.... I didnt raise my voice at you not one time I didnt say anything in a rude or disrespectful manner however you have been nothing but rude and disrespectful to me... he said go ahead and put anything you want online we will still get customers... so I walked out and that was the end of that....

Great nail salon! Clean and modern, and they give you the files and pieces they use on your nails to bring back with you each time so you know no one else is using them!

People were very nice but did a horrible job on my nails. First and last time I will ever go there!!!

Very poor service with the lady owner. Didnt make eye contact and never said two words unless l spoke. Seem joyful with other patrons .Extremely disappointed!!

Just ok. Didnt like to have to buy and bring back the file and smoothing tools every time I come for service.

I made an appointment with Jason for 5:30 - arrived early, I did not mind waiting for the 15 minutes I was early. They took me back to his station and began to the process to soak my gel polish off. Jason was doing a pedicure, evidentally he started that pedi about 5:15 because he got to me at 6PM. I said just take the polish off, I needed to be somewhere at 7 - which if they had honored my appt time, it would have been no problem. They charged me $10 to soak off my polish. I said I would never be back, and I wont. And I showed up with no polish. It is like the Seinfeld episode where he reserved a midsize car but they were OUT. They can take the reservation but they cannot hold it, the most important part.

In the process of putting in and shaping acrylic nails, the nail tech filed the sides of my nails so vigorously that she broke skin on multiple fingers. For nearly $30, I think it is fair to expect not to get wounded in the process of getting your nails done.

I went there to get acrylic nails for prom and everyone was very kind. My technician was very nice to me and even when I kept asking her to do something different she was very patient.

The salon is very nice and clean and the owner, his wife and employees are great!
