Edit: Adjust review rating because the owner of the business personally reached out to explain and apologize for the situation. I understand mistakes happen and I appreciate the attention to customer happiness. I will give them another try at a later date for a standard manicure.This afternoon I had an appointment set here for 4PM. Upon arrival I was asked to check in. I did so and sat down. I was then told that it would be 10-15 minutes till they could get me in because only one tech does builder gel. No worries. Eventually 45 minutes later I told them that it was fine I would get acrylic instead because it was nearing 5 PM.I was sat down and asked for any references which I provided. As the tech began fitting the tips two things happened. I could clearly see that one hand had bubbles all over the glue line and there were noticeable gaps that caused the natural nail line and the tip to look crazy jagged. The other thing was that 8 out of my nails had skin actively stuck via glue to all sides of the nail. This is when, during the shaping process, the tech proceeded to jab her nails between my skin/under my natural nail and the nail which was glued to attempt to pry them apart. That’s right, not tools, not a file, just her nail stabbing into my skin/under my natural nail to get it separated from the nail on all sides on 8 of them. This happened over and over as she found more areas that were glued together.During this entire process there was also no cuticle care (cuticles not pushed back, no trimming) no hand washing until I got up to pay, no moisture added to the cuticles at all.

I love this salon! I have been looking for a good nail salon in Indy and I will definitely go back here. I got a classic pedicure and dip manicure and it turned out great. Very clean and up to date on policies. As a bonus, they offer complimentary wine while you’re getting services.

The salon is beautiful and clean. The employees are super friendly and they made sure I was comfortable and liked everything. Its a little pricey and I didnt like that they dont have their prices listed anywhere. Had I known it was going to be as expensive as it was, I probably would have looked for somewhere else to go. That being said, I love how my nails came out.

I don’t live in Indy anymore but if I did PUR would be the ONLY place I’d go! I walked right in and Tracy took excellent care of me. The space is spotless and beautiful. My nails and eyebrows are gorgeous!

Stressed bride here! I was pretty scattered and had an issue with my gift certificate, but Julia went above and beyond to work it out and make sure my nails were perfect for my wedding day. Mike did an excellent job on my pedicure, and I loved Yi Zhaos work on my hands. They were all amazing and took extra care to make sure I liked my wedding nails. Highly recommend!

Vivian at PUR is a true miracle worker. I am a nail picker and Vivian has helped give me beautiful nails and confidence to match. She is the best!!

I made an appointment last week for my two girls (6.5 and 8) and Mother-in-law to get pedicures today. We walked in at our time and they were ready for all three of them and started them all at the same time, which was much appreciated as I knew my 6.5 year old would get antsy if we couldnt get them all done about the same time. The staff was great with the girls and patient as we had to wait a bit longer for my MIL to finish and my 6.5 yo smudged her nail as it was drying. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They fixed it for us and the girls had a blast! Thank you so much!!!

Nails were way too thick. Technician tried to talk me out of getting my usual long nails. She would not give her opinion when I ask about colors. And finally its way overpriced for the level of service. If the service was on a higher level I would not complain about the overpriced cost.

First time to this nail spa and all I am say is WOW! Ask for Tracy. She gives the most relaxing pedicures. Truly luxurious! I also had a dip fill. Looks so natural and tons of colors to choose from.

My nails were suppose to be coffin, but I don’t think they were very coffin shape. They were not portioned at all. After they were finished, I had to ask the nail tech them at was doing my daughter I. Laws nails for lotion because my tech was in a hurry to move on. Not to mention the nails were very weak, you could feel how week the were when you tried to do something with your hands. Over priced for the quality of service. (Trying to add a picture but it’s not letting me)

I was coming from out of town and looking for a good nail salon and I came upon this one and I’m happy that I did. Service was amazing, everyone was so nice and treated me with care. 10/10 service definitely recommended.

Very clean spa. Had a dip manicure and it is fantastic! Very thorough and meticulous to make sure my nails were perfect. The dip is a little pricier than I would normally pay, but the quality and professionalism is worth it.

I went to get ombre acrylic when they first opened at 9am. My first problem was the Nail tech was charging $75, which after leaving and comparing other nail salons and speaking to other people was told that they were overcharging. Then after being seated, the nail tech starting working on my nails and was in the process of applying fake nails to my natural nails when 5 girls walked in and I was then told I had to wait at least an hr or make an appointment because of the 5 girls that walked in and they needed to be serviced. I dont understand why they needed to be serviced immediately when I was already in the chair with my nails half done. Maybe it was because they were all White and I am Black, I am not sure, but it was extremely unprofessionalI especially charging such a high rate and expecting a tip on top of that. I would think the girls couldve waited or another nail tech could service them and their needs; but since the nail tech wanted to work with them I had the nail tech take off the nails because I was not going to wait and went to another salon that charged way less and did a FANTASTIC job with my ombre acrylic. So sad because I saw this place had good reviews and wouldve taken my bridal party here as well but I will have to look for another place.

I just moved here not to long ago and I knew Pur from one of my clients. I and my friend had the best pedicure Tracy did a great job with my ingrown toenails. Don’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough about PUR! They did such an amazing job. I hadnt pampered myself at all since my son was born a year ago. I finally decided to sneak away and they made it so worth it. Nail salon cleanliness is HUGE for more and they were incredible! Walking into the salon I was hit with a wonderful smell; not the typical acetone and polish smell. They were very conscious of COVID safety, I never felt rushed or oversold. Everything from start to finish was wonderful.

Ive been to several nail salons in Indianapolis and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Wow, Im very impressed and will return again. Ana, my nail salon specialist provided the best mani/pedi experience Ive ever had, it was so luxurious and relaxing. She did an incredible job, bravo! Come try this salon out and ask for Ana.

Omg, I’m so IN LOVE with this place. Came here for a spa day & I’m so happy we did. Tim is a sweet heart with healing hands. He gave us complimentary neck & face massages. Tiffany gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. They have so many pedi choices. I personally, chose the Red Wine 5 in 1 pedicure. My feet look and feel AMAZING. Tracy waxed and tinted my eyebrows. It was my first tinting experience and needless to say, I’ll be back for them again. I love an hour away but I’ll definitely be back, AT LEAST once a month. Thank you all for such a fantastic and relaxing experience. This is what you call a 5 star experience!!

I wont go anywhere else! This nail salon is very clean and modern and the staff and technicians were extremely friendly and professional. Everything was new and the manicure stations have a drain in them where the technician could literally brush away nail dust instead of putting your hands on towels. There is a fairly good selection of nail color. I made an appointment ahead of time but they do accept walk-ins. The technician I saw was Eunyi and she is amazing! I really felt like she wanted to get to know me and be my friend and listened to my concerns about my nails looking natural. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and really took her time to make my nails look beautiful and give me a wonderful experience! I thought the price was comparable to other salons. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this place!!!

My nail technician was very professional and had immaculate attention to detail. She helped me choose the products that were right for me, and made sure my mani was perfect. She was very nice to talk to, and I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to get a mani. They were very conscious with cleanliness and social distancing considerations with COVID. I will definitely be in again! :)

Best pedicure I’ve had in years, and pedicures are something I love to get often...I will definitely now make this my regular go-to nail salon. The cleanliness and brightness are the first things you notice as you walk in, this coupled with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff makes for a wonderful experience. The nail polish choices are very well organized and the music they play is upbeat yet relaxing at the same time. This salon has it all! I will definitely return and I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I didn’t want to leave after my pedicure was finished as I relaxed in the massage chair waiting for my polish to dry. All of the staff dresses in beautiful clothing and they have gorgeous hair, make up and nails themselves, it makes you feel like they will care for you because they obviously take care of themselves and it shows. There is a lot of pride in this salon and it is very well deserved! Definitely shining like a diamond by Keystone Mall!!

They did a great job on my nails! I got a dip manicure, and I appreciated how they poured the dip powder into a separate cup to decrease the spread of germs. Other nail salons are not taking the same precautions. The atmosphere is very calming and they offer free beverages (including wine).

I have been looking for a new nail spa for a while and things have been hit or Miss, however when I came to PUR Nail Spa I was welcomed, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was such great energy. I think I’m definitely on to a new relationship lol!

The guy at the front desk super nice and the service is real good. They let us try the color and make sure we liked it because our tree teenagers are keep showing them the pictures of nail design they want it, imagine how they keep up with our teens. Bit on the high end $$ compare to other salons near by. Quality or friendliness wasnt superb for higher price on services. You can get same or better quality within .5 miles around and cheaper.

I was looking for a nail salon that was not only clean, had friendly staff, and organized but also a place that can do exactly what I want for a fair price.. THIS SALON CAN DO ALL THAT AND MORE! Not only have I met the nicest and most kind staff here.. (Tim, Tracey, Eunyi, Ada, and Tiffany) but they also are SO clean, offer free water, coffee, and wine (21+ only) and most importantly have very fair prices for the work they do! The location is in a great area, and if you’re early/late they will still take care of you right away! I have never been more impressed with a nail salon in my entire life (and I’ve been to many many nail salons) this place is my absolute favorite of all time, everyone here really treats you like family! Please go here you won’t have regrets!

I recently discovered Pur Nail Spa. I am so excited my friend recommended I try it. They are super friendly and professional! Thao has done my mani pedis each time and she is so sweet. She is professional and does a phenomenal job on dip nails. She gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had! It is a clean, beautiful, and serene atmosphere!

I would give this place 20 out of 5 stars if I could. I am not local. I was over visiting Indianapolis yesterday from 90 minutes away; but if I lived here, this would be my permanent salon of choice in the Indianapolis area. I can not rate it highly enough. I did a quick Google search and chose Pur based on a few good reviews (this is a newer establishment so they dont have as many). What a fantastic choice.First of all, the atmosphere was beautiful and exceptionally clean (including the bathrooms). I was greeted very warmly and I was well attended to. Tim took great care to be gentle and thorough with my dip manicure. I am a super nice person, but will freely admit that I am probably a nail techs worst nightmare. I am very picky and have years of experience doing nails myself, and I know exactly the end result I want. Many techs seem irritated when you mention things you see to them. Not Tim. He listened to me and did each thing I asked of him. He was friendly and sweet. They used high quality products, and the end result was stunning.I liked the experience so well that I decided I wanted to stay for a pedicure. However, it was almost closing time for them. They insisted that did not matter and that I was more than welcome to stay and they would take care of me. Tim made me a delicious hot tea while Benji started on my pedicure. I thought maybe he would rush, but that simply was not the case. He took great care with painting and gave a wonderful massage. It seriously was the best pedicure I have ever had, and the best paint job. It was almost a full 45 minutes after closing time when we finished up, and it didnt seem to bother anyone one bit. In fact, another lady had come in even later than me....they moved a station over and did a mobile mani and a pedi on her at the same time, so she could have both! They seemed genuinely pleased that I was so happy (I expressed it to them all several times).I will make the drive again for this place, it was THAT worth it. Go visit Pur if youre looking for an exceptional experience. You will get it!

I followed Eunyi to Pur Nail Spa for many reasons. She does beautiful work by paying attention to detail and taking her time. She makes it known that she wants you to be happy with her service and ensures that you are satisfied from beginning to end. In talking to her, I have found that she is genuinely so kind and happy to work with her colleagues and meet her guests. I also have met Tiffany and tracy and they were very welcoming and kind. I could not recommend this spa more. Definitely visit and request Eunyi!
