Came into the salon had to wait for a nail tech to arrive which was fine, today was obviously payday for the employees. Nail tech that was suppose to do my manicure came in went to her station, got her check out of her desk, looks at me after being told I was here for a manicure, walks out gets into her car. I walk out of the door her husband/boyfriend blows for me to come back, I go inside the same tech doesn’t ask how short I want my nails cut down to, cuts them to below my finger tips. No I’m sorry just a smirk and continues to cut. Then FaceTime calls her family while cutting my nails!!! Very bad customer service. No nail was cut the same length

Absolutely one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never had anyone treat me with such disrespect but it’s okay cause this isn’t the only nail shop in Indianapolis. It does need to be shut down though.

Terrible experience. I waited over 50 minutes for someone to do my nails. I arrived at 6:10 pm .Diva Nails closes at 7 pm. Several nail techs began leaving at 6:30. At 6:55 pm when it seemed that the only person who was available to do my nails was ready, he called someone over who got there 20 minutes after I did. I immediately left and told them that I would not be back.

Ok, so I really wanted to like this place! I truly did. The people were cool, the prices were affordable, why not right? Well these photos are from an hour after receiving service. My biggest issue is that when I tried to express my concerns to the guy who seemed to be in charge, he basically shrugged me off! Had he given me the time of day, it couldve saved the business from yet another bad review but... 1 star because I cant go any lower. So disappointed. Then again, I guess you get what you pay for!!

Sat for over an hour which noone attended me. I was told it was appointment only. I was very upset. Seems if u new they dont care. I use to go to a lady who got her own spot. Years ago i went to Diva nails before they moved to where they are now and referred but this last time they were very unprofessional and didnt say anything but let me sit while other ppl came in and got service. I thought they did walk ins as well.

First time experience and the quaility was not there. My full set nails chipped off the next day and my cuticles were damaged. I had to pay extra money to go to another nail shop so it can be done properly.

The tech was nice but didn’t seem like he really wanted to do my nails. He filed off my old gel polish which WRECKED my nails!!! I asked for stripes, he said no- he only paints. He didn’t do my cuticles either. The nails looked great when I left but 1st nail broke/chipped (because they were extremely weak by the time I got home. I got my nails done Tuesday and it’s Friday and all by 3 nails are chipped/broken. I will NEVER go there again.

Came for a pedi & got in & out. Shop has great music & a relaxed ambience. Reasonable prices. Ill be back.

I give them one star because they are rude, unprofessional and have no idea what customer service means. The first time i went there i waited for over a hour and no one said a word to me. Saturdays can be really busy and i came by on a friday to ask about doing designs which i was told they could do but it would have been nice for someone to tell me that i should have made an appointment. When i got there saturday i waited for a long time and Torria came in and got right with me. I have been rocking with her ever since. She is the only reason i keep going back. If she leaves so will I.

If I could rate less than one I would. I was put in a broken chair when I brought it to the attention of the Owner I was told my standards were too high. The nail tech was new and didnt seem to know what she was doing at all. If you are going to use me as a test dummy give me that option and lower the price.

I came to get my nails (full set) done Friday 1/19/18. The nail tech I had name was Toria. She works Friday and Saturday if I recall from her phone conversations. I normaly dont leave bad reviews, but I dont want any one to experiece what I did. It took 1 hour and 45 min for her to complete my full set. Reason being she was on the phone talking to her bestfriend majority of the time, stopping to check food menues, ordering food, talking to other customers and not paying attention to my nails (burned me 6x when filing my nails). Ive never experienced such basic and rude customer service from Diva Nails. Not to mention my coffin nails cost $50 and I was told $30 over the phone by Patrice prior to coming. I wanted to get a pedicure done as well, but after sitting with Toria, I only wanted to leave. I DO NOT recommend her to anyone.

I walked in signed the paper and took a seat . I literally waited 1 hr 4mins and the staff didnt say a word as far as greet me and ask what services I needed the whole entire time . People came in after me and they continuously served those people while I sat patiently waiting . After a 1hr 20 mins of no service and people cutting me in line I left and went to Pretty Nails where I am now highly satisfied .

It was an unkempt spot and the workers there were too busy taking care of their own nails and feet instead of tending to there customers.2 Thumbs down on this spot
