Uneven, really thick, bubbles in the paint, she cut one of my cuticles and left paint on me. Plus this fill was 30$. Not cheap for the cheap nails I got.

My step daughter, mother in law and I went in for pedis..they got us in super quick and and did a great job! Super clean and really nice! Sterile tools in packs!

I came in on Fri Sept 10 for a fill in and pedi both with gel polish. The polish chipped within the first 24 hours and had to return to have nail repainted. Today is Wed Sept 15 not even a week and all my nails are lifting I’m very disappointed. The man was rude from the beginning as when he asked to see my nails from previous set he without hesitating stated we do not do all that here as my previous set was long and had a lot of hand painted designs and stickers/foils, he also cut my finger with his drill and did not even apologize. A complete waste of my money I would never recommended going here as the quality and service is poor

I will NEVER come back to this Nail Salon after I was treated the way I was treated today 09/18/2021. I walk in for a gel Fill in and pedi. NOBODY said a word to me! Seconds later 3 young Caucasian girls walk in and are greeted promptly and asked how they could be helped. As I sat there the lady stared at me and still did not say a word to me. I usually go to Castleton Nails but they were booked today and could not fit me in. So Bliss is usually my back up and I have always been satisfied and treated well. After today I will NEVER patronize this business again! And I will be sure to let friends and family know not to EVER spend their money here either!

All around great experience even during the pandemic. They had everyone checking their temperature at the door (awesome) and everyone wearing masks. The man who did my nails was very kind, made sure I was happy with what he was doing and the whole place felt very calm. Definitely come here if you’re looking for a place 🖤

Has quite a large clientele but they do take appointments. So if you are a walk in you may have a wait but it is worth the wait.

I came in to get my nails soaked off and a full set, after him trying to use a nail to takeoff my acrylic nails it started to hurt so I asked him if I could do a soak off. He told me that they don’t do that so I just left. How do you not do a soak off that doesn’t make sense he was very rude so I just left.

My husband and I have been going to Bliss for a few years. He’s an avid runner and swears by their amazing foot and leg massages! I’ve had gel manicures and pedicures from many nail spas but never received the kind of consistent quality in the final product as I do here at Bliss!

Set an appointment for myself only to watch people who walked in after me get seated before me with a line out the door waiting. If you are booked and you know it, please don’t take any appointments!

Friendly staff. Even when arriving late in day, they accommodated me and paid attention to my requests.

I did not have a good experience here. The gentleman who did my nails was very young and maybe he was just inexperienced. He didn’t seem to notice when the electric file scrapped below my cuticle and made me bleed, even though I said ouch, he didn’t say a word. I understand accidents happen but at least apologize for it. I have not gone back since.

Terrible service, I went in yesterday on my birthday to get my nails done. The lady who did them was rushing through it, it was not relaxing, and she did not do the proper massaging and warm towel procedure!! Now, when it came to my manicure, she was extremely rough, she was going fast cutting my hang nails and wripped one back pretty far because she was not cutting them she was grabbing the skin and pulling it!!! Like, how you would tweeze an eyebrow!! She was being extremely rough and spent little time on my Mani pedi!! To top it all off she cut a CHUNK of my thumb off!! By far the WORST experience I have EVER had not to mention the tools she used, were being used over and over without sanitizing!! I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone! Not to mention my polish chipped right after leaving the salon! If I could give this place negative stars, I would!!

Hands down the best fill-in I’ve ever had!! I asked for a specific shape, which no other nail salons seem to understand or know how to do, and she nailed it. (Ha, pun intended!) Huge selection of colors, they take your temp when you arrive for safety, and I was in and out in literally 25 mins!! I definitely found my new favorite place!

Scheduled an appointment for a full set. When I walked in they said the guy that was going to do my nails went home sick earlier so I would have to come back tomorrow. Why did I not get a phone call before I drove all the way there?? Thankfully the shop down by Kroger said she would make room since I needed them done before my event tomorrow.

I am incredibly particular. My nails look amazing. The pedicure was perfect. The young lady who did it was incredibly soothing offered an overall great experience. The only thing I didnt like is they had another employee paint my toenails. He was almost rough as he touched my feet. The paint job wasnt that great either. Also, they get incredibly busy.

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON!!! There are many things I love about the Salon. The atmosphere Is phenomenal, it’s dark they always play relaxing music. They have always been very helpful and quick at getting you in. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the service. Lots of colors to choose from. The pedicure is the best I’ve ever had in my life. I have went to many salons under advice of other friends and have always ended up back at Bliss nails!!!

I have been coming here for years and love this place. It’s owned and operated by a great family, and all of them do a good job. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I normally get a traditional manicure (they have a million color choices), pedicure, or get my eyebrows waxed. All services are a great deal for quality and price! I especially recommend Diane. Highly recommend!

Good service, clean facility, and reasonable prices.

They did a great job on my nails. I got a fill in with gel polish, design on 2 nails and polish change on my toes, and it cost me $60. I thought that was pricey but I still tipped because he did such a good job. So if the polish holds up okay Ill most likely go back. I rather pay more to have it done right thanks Bliss Nails.

Words can’t even describe how special and hardworking the incredible people in this nail salon on are. I have been going to this place for a very, very long time and have not been able to go anywhere else since I’ve been going to Bliss Nails. I have read the negative reviews that some post and yes, it is completely their own experience and opinion. However, I have never once witnessed the content in these negative reviews. I have always witnessed kindness, commitment, and drive in the Bliss Nails staff. I have always had excellent service, and left every time feeling confident and satisfied in my service, especially with Yu and Diane. These ladies are the funniest, absolute sweetest, most gentle human beings that I trust so much. If I call Bliss Nails and they are busy, I wait. They are completely worth it. Lisa does great pedicures. Management treats black and others differently then white with customer service and just like do not get greeted or expedient service. Being going for 2 yrs and I am hoping to make a difference since I am other.

They care about your nails and feet. The offer appointments. You will have to wait but what woman doesnt want to wait for GREAT service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Im a plain Jane. I dont care for all the designs and jewels on my nails. Just give me a neutral or flashy color with gel coat and Im good. Lol. Only thing I request is a little more acrylic powder than usual. I like my nails to look a bit thick and not thin. I feel they last longer. The guy who did my nails did a GREAT job. Did the ballerina shoe tips perfectly. He was friendly. Im the type who doesnt like to wait long so I got there as soon as they opened so there was no long wait. I absolutely recommend their services. :-)

I was sent here by a co worker. I was told to ask for Kan, but was told that he was on vacation. The nail spa is beautiful and I felt welcomed. The wait for my service was 1.5 hours, so declined and opted to return the following day, however I didnt not return due to locating a nail spa that was closer to my home.

What an amazing pedicure! I walked in right after noon. It was already busy. The wait time was short and the pedicure was thorough and enjoyable. Thank you!

So I have mix reviews for this place, my nails always come out beatifully when I get them done. Now the only part is, when I come in to get my nails done Im waiting for at least 1 hour before Im seen. Now I wouldnt have a problem but when my white counterpart comes in after me they get seen first. Ive had plenty of times where Im sitting there and they get seated immediately. They tell me its going to be a long wait but then seat the next white lady that comes in

They are clearly racially biased here. Caucasians are given preferential treatment and African Americans aren’t treated the same.they make African Americans wait longer and then rush through their nails. I had an appt on several occasions and have noticed a walk in was taken before my appointment. Anytime you don’t like their work and mention it, (even nicely), they make an issue of it. Hand massages for the manicures are about 30 secs. Also, they aren’t very good at the dipper powder, it comes out lumpy and discolored unlike most other places. I got dipped powder and it was a crappy job and I was asked to wait until my tech serviced 2 Caucasian women before she would fix the bad job she did on my nails! I have been going here several months and will not return. I am always nice to whoever does my service and I tip well but the racial biases did it for me. Everyone should be treated the same but it’s sad we still aren’t .! And if a customer doesn’t like their nails then you should fix it without making them wait until you service others. It was like they were mad I asked them to fix my nails. Very unprofessional .

I had my nails finished two days ago, just a simple manicure. Two days later, my tips on both hands are receding. At 18.00$ plus a 3.00, what a waste.

I always have a great time here! The gel manicure is done well, always a clean finish and lasts me about 2.5- 3 weeks. They do a good eyebrow wax too.

Great and fast but very judgemental and over priced..got charged and extra $10 because my nails are long when they aren’t extreme and a professional length being that I work in corporate America. Not welcoming to all races with quality of treatment..won’t be spending another dime there. My second time visiting thinking it would be better but again got disappointed !

The first visit l was really impressed with service.The other times l went l started to notice not just at this shop also other nail salons l visited how they cater to the white women. When they come in they jump up to greet them and see what services they want. When black women come in they hardly even acknowledge you.I was told that they may tip more. Which may be true. So Jazz is the Bomb, but I couldnt make my appointment so I called Jazz was gone for the day fine. So I asked could I get a nail polish change the lady on the phone told me No they didnt have time. Ok so I leave work take my chances & go anyway so they did not have time to do a nail polish change but yet had time to do a whole pedicure at 640 smh. I love Jazz so Ill come as long as she works but when she leaves Ill leave also. Like I come here all the time and usually never have problems but today was just not a good day I guess. Im not sure how this pedicure will turn out but I really needed these toes polished so ok. Oh yeah & the lady said I could only get a pedicure no Mani because of time my Mani take 10 mins but.cool cause tomorrow Ill definitely give my money to someone else never mind the fact my feet have to sit and dry and thats usually when they do it and I dont get any polish on my nails not even a clear coat come on smh but its whatever

Saturday 9/15/18 2:00 pm. I was visiting family and decided to go to Glendale for shopping. Needing my nails done I walked in because proximity. The ambiance is very relaxing with a beautiful chandelier and soft music playing in the background. Vast array of nail colors at affordable prices. Walk-ins are welcome and wait time is no more than 15 minutes. Very well staffed. The equipment is clean and modern, very comfortable leather massage chairs. Both the pedi and mani I received were adequate, and I left satisfied with nails and feet. My total was $71.00 which included acrylic full set (previous nail take off) and basic pedicure.However, I noticed some of the staff treat customers differently based on the color of their skin. When Black customers entered a technicians eyes would dart up and flatly ask, What you want? When White customers entered there were several, Hello, how may I help you? They also were more engaging and catering to White customers by holding conversation, and smiling. Also when it was time to do my nails I was chastised for wanting a new full set.When my tech finished my nails and handed me my receipt she snorted under her breath when I marked $0.00 under tip. What she didnt know is I intended to pay cash in tip so she could receive it in full. Feeling chided I thanked her for her service (which she didnt respond back, she simply walked away to another task) and left quietly. If you cant be bothered with basic customer service for some people I cant be bothered to tip.FYI: Upon reading other reviews I realize that Im not alone in the racially biased feeling.P.S. Dear owner, I dont need you to comment anything to me. Just know I will warn all of my Indiana friends and family to never patronize your establishment.

Very rude!! I walked in to ask for an appointment. At first no one looked at me or greeted me. Then one of workers looked at me but didnt say Hi or How can I help you? So, I asked about getting my nails done. He barked at me that it would be very long wait and looked back down, then no thank you or please come back, etc. I wont go back there.

Everytime I go have to wait because of all the appointments. They need to tell you that when they asking you what service you want. Maybe they should make there salon appointments only because it seems like everyone has appointments.

This is probably the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Took way too long, paid WAY too much, and they didnt even paint my nails well. Within 3 days I had 6 chipped nails, they were all starting to peel off, and I ultimately had to remove them. So now Im waiting for my nails to heal before I put acrylic back on them. Thanks for ruining my nails! 👎

Went in for a pedicure and wasted time and money. Dead skin left on my feet. Uneven filing. And the nail technician basically tried to talk me out of every extra service that I wanted. Never will into there again!
