This was my first time visiting City Nails - they are about 2 minutes from my house and I had no idea ! I’m so glad I found them- the customer service was outstanding from the time I called to make an appointment until I left, following my awesome pedicure ! Ty did my nails and paid such close attention to detail. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend !

My visit today was fantastic! The customer service is incomparable and Le did a great job on my nails. I’ve never been to a salon that pays such close attention to detail and customer needs. These are a new full set of acrylics with regular OPI polish.

I came across this place, through Google search...I was glad they were able to take me in as a walk in, got there about 2:34pm and walked out at 3:52pm so definitely wasnt a long visit. The nail tech who did my nails was Ty and he was definitely friendly and several times asked if everything was ok so far. Im an introvert by heart so bonus points for no forced convo, he just let me sit there quietly while he did my nails....other places I find that they just force convo....I was worried my nails would look too thick but Ty did such a good job....although he will definitely let you know his thoughts lol, he said he didnt like my design, but did like the ring finger nail which was all glitter....his wife overheard and said its her nails, you not wearing them let her be, you dont even wear nail polish. Either way I found it pleasant and will definitely be returning 😊 next time for a mani and pedi with my daughter. Lord knows I need the mani.

I have never been more embarrassed in my life! I came into this shop for the first time to get pedicures for my mother and I. When we came into the shop, there were two girls who were doing pedicures and one male doing a manicure. We werent greeted warmly or that we were even wanted there but we signed in and took a seat to wait our turn because, like the big sign on the window says walk-ins are welcome. While my mother and I talked and waited, I noticed some of the folks that work at the shop pointing and whispering in our direction. I thought nothing of it and continued to wait until finally one of the girls who works there came over to me. She said she was trying to be discreet and quiet, however the entire room stopped talking and listened when she told me that I was basically too fat to even sit in the pedicure chairs. Now, I am a big girl, by any means am I not denying that but Ive never been too big for a tech chair...or hardly any other chair for that matter. She said, These are new chairs and they only hold up to 300lbs so we cant help you today. Sorry. She tried to be sweet about it but I felt it was tremendously rude to basically deny me service because you were afraid Id break the chair, which was something she kept stressing to me (reminding me the weight limit and how much it was cost to replace.) I was on the brink of tears by the end of the conversation that my mother and I just left without getting anything done. I would have rather her lie to us and say they werent taking walk-ins at the moment then to deny me service because of my size. I wont recommend this place to any of my family or friends, whether if theyre skinny, fat or in between. Good riddance.

Lee is my girl! She is super genuinely nice and friendly and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I looked through so many reviews of nail salons in Indy, and City Nails is the only place that has good reviews. Im so glad I came here. They are by far my favorite shop. They are so friendly and remember me each time. I even drive up from the Southside because of how nice they are. My nails always look great!

Cant say enough good things about this place, these people. Le sees what you need before you realize you need it (water, phone charged, potty break) Work is top notch. Such a comfortable atmosphere. High quality massage chairs are the icing on the cake. Love love love.

My daughter and I stopped in on Wednesday b4 Thanksgiving. Lee, Sandy and Ty were over the top with customer service and their detail to make sure our nails were flawless. They were super friendly and did a great job. We will for sure go back!

The place is located in a strip mall where Kroger is on 65th street. It looks a little run down or however you may view it but they do a fantastic job! I dont get my nails done too often but I always make sure I go here! They did my nails for my wedding and they did such an amazing job! I even convinced my husband to get a pedicure with me and he enjoyed himself!

I absolutely love it here. I walked and honestly, the wait was longer than I normally care for. HOWEVER, their customer service is unmatched. It was my first time and they took the time to know my name, keep communication with me as I waited and as I moved around the salon, and were so friendly. I will be back!!

This place is amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome. My 12yr Old daughter needed her nails done for her Beta conference. Ty was fantastic. He took his time and made sure her nails were perfect. He spoke to her like she was a person and not “ just a kid”. He explained to her how to maintain her nails and proper nail care. This was the best experience we’ve ever had. Thank you!!!!

I have been going to City Nails for a lot of years, and will not go anywhere else. They treat you like you are special for the time they are working on you and after. The salon is very clean and tidy. The pedicure will put you in heaven. The manicure is beautiful and lasts for a while.Treat yourself go to City Nails the next time you feel the need to be PAMPERED.

First time customer. Le fit me in on very short notice and did an amazing job. I had gel nails grown out and needed them soaked off and reapplied. I was in and out within one (1) hour. Price was extremely reasonable. Le and Sandy were a joy to be with and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely keep coming back again and again.

I just left City Nails and feel great. I love the family that runs this salon. They are kind hard working and personable people. I usually try to make an appointment because they service alot of regular clients. Im not one who likes to sit and wait for long. A lady tried racing me to the door. I chuckled because I had an appointment scheduled. I got right in and asked for Ty. He is one of the kindest man who loves to talk about his family and has a great work ethic. Great place to relax and enjoy great people and conversation.

Amazing! The service was wonderful and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They worked hard to give us the perfect nails, and they are genuine and made for a great evening. They have endless colors, in gel, regular and mood colors (amazing). Ive never had nails that feel so natural and comfortable, even with the length. Definitely going back.

I have been going to City Nails for over 10 years! The Customer Service is impeccable! They dont try to perform services on you just to make money.....they are quick to let you know if you dont need a service that youve asked for.....and they specialize in healthy feet and nails. I have Type 2 Diabetes.......along with other Type 2 clients I must say that they are good to me and good to the rest of their clients! They treat everyone the same.....They dont treat people differently with regard to the color of your skin(they are not racist in any way shape or form)I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT THEM.....ONCE YOU GO TO CITY NAILS YOU WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Let me start off by saying that the technicians at this location are by far the most friendly and welcoming individuals Ive ever experienced at a nail salon. However this does not excuse their lack of professionalism and overall skill in my personal opinion. I have been here once and I will never go again. I received services on my nails and the polish chipped and two of my nails ended up breaking at the base only after five days. Literally blood spewed everywhere I would post a picture but its pretty gruesome. It was a pretty painful experience and I had go to urgent care to ensure that I wouldnt experience an infection. In addition to that during my experience I witnessed them turn people away and some individuals sat 30 minutes to an hour. I also experienced an absurd wait time. As I looked at the reviews I feel like they are not an accurate portrayal of what an individual experience and I really dont like that. This is an honest review and I hope that you those of you who are considering going you please take a second to really think abou as I looked at the reviews I feel like they are not an accurate portrayal of what an individual would experience and I really dont like that. I made an appointment here a week before I needed to get my nails done. The lady told me she was not sure if she would be closed. I told her that if that is the case, then I would much rather need to go somewhere else because I did not need a maybe but a sure guarantee of an appointment. I explained that the following day after my appointment I would not be available due to another appointment. She then told me there would be no problem. Then the day of the said appointment she texts to tell me she would not be available until the following day, which is the day I am not available. My wedding is coming up, and time my limited here in the state. Its unprofessional to tell a client maybe you have an appointment.

I was a walk in. It was my first time there a couple days ago and I love it, this will be my new nail salon! Le is the owner, she did a fantastic job on my long nails! Shes very nice and very professional. She told me that she was born in the United States, she has owned this salon for 10 years, and shes been doing nails much longer than that. Very warm & friendly and great customer service from the whole staff, and I asked other happy customers there what they thought. Unlike other salons, all equipment is Sanitized on every work station. Closed on Sundays & Mondays.

My pedicure and manicure were wonderful. Thats not why I gave one star. The first thing I want to touch on was being told I could not nurse my 8 month old. I forgave that because they were patient about him sitting on my lap even though there is a no children sign in the window. This time, however, the male technician made a comment about me choosing to be a stay at home mom. Anyone capable of working should work to provide for their family. I tried to hold polite conversation and not let it bother me but he went on about it for about 15 minutes of my pedi. I honestly felt shamed for my decisions as a parent. I didnt want to dwell so I tried asking about his work. Then the worst of the worst comments happened.... That the only people with truly dirty feet were black people, that they must not shower. 3 African American women, who appeared to be regulars, were the only other customers in the salon at the time. I battled with myself about even posting this because they are a family owned business but that trip has weighed heavy on me. No one should ever make comments like that to another human. I feel horrible for not standing up for my son when he was hungry, myself as a hard working mother, or for the women who had no idea what was being said about them sooner. This is the only thing I can think of to make it even a little bit right.Im a white woman. That DOES NOT make it okay to vent your rasism to me.Im sure the techs are friendly to anyone willing to receive services and hand over money to their business. As I said, there were 3 black women in the salon talking about their families and hobbies and joking with the staff when this comment was made. It made me feel sick.

I have been getting my nails done for 20 years, and as any one who gets mani and pedis know that your mani only lasts if your lucky a week. City Nails lasts forever and great people! They are always busy so it is very hard to get in. I would recommend an appointment or you may be driving around to a cattle call nail joint last minute. As long as I can get in at City Nails, I will never go to another nail shop!!!
