Been here 3 years now they auto signed my lease refuse to fix anything in the unit hallways are dirty no management filled a eviction after paying them thousands of dollars neighbors constantly harass you fight o and they love busting out windows if u have a problem w a tenant. n they make you pay for it been renting since 16 n this is by far the worst management I dealt with refused to accept my rent then charge me over 800 in late fees yeah Its a decent apartment tho in the inside they need to get they s together

Everywhere has its down falls.

Only stopped for ditections which i never got clearly but made it to destination three stars for the enterainment of two; I assume drunk thrill seekers.

The maintenance line answering lady Julie is so unprofessional. She needs to be fired asap!! She has a nasty attitude and says shes putting work orders in but never does. She gets real snappy and hangs up on you after telling you lies and that there is no one else to talk to and you cant leave a message. I havent been able to cook for 3 days This is ridiculous

I have lived here 2 years and had no issues at all. Never have I seen miceThey have always been more than helpful when anything needed fixed or taken care of. When I seen a bug due to nasty tenants they sent pest control weekly until I didnt see anything else.The apartments are nice small apartments. I have no issues except its really hot in my unit. Ive never ran my heat the 2 years Ive lived here but hey works for me cause no high bill.But still Ive had no issuesSure it gets a little rowdy in the summerBut if you mind your buisness and stay to yourself not looking for issues you wont have none.Overall its a decent place to live.

Apts are clean, and affordable. Total electric, all hardwood floors. No dishwasher or w/D hookup but there laundry facilities in each building. Management is nice and helpful. Low security deposits and works with a bruised credit/rental rating.

No property management since Sept, maintenance since Oct. Dead VETERAN found in an apartment last week. Been there fro 14+ days, only cost from property was rent is due notice.Plan on moving as soon as I can find a new place.DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

My mother lived her all together there is a lot of crime and fighting going on but some people can be really great and friendly just watch who u go around

People having sex outside in the car in the day time the people Upstair dont sleep kids run around half the night till 3 am kids should be in the bed and right back up at 5 am .the people Upstair have the police over here all the time .the hallwhallway is nasty and to top it all its a trailer home parked in the back and people living in it
