My daughter moved in the complex in May. Discussing to say the least on first nightmare. Complex Office help is very rude, there are items that should have been fixed before move in, cabinet in bathroom old & facing coming off, there was something crawling under carpet making carpet move, called office, 4 days later maintenance person arrives. There are many other things that should have attention like the so called 🚨 alarm, you can’t even hear 👂 it standing in the kitchen. My daughter is a SS recipient, and this is how she is treated. What is with a three day pass parking, whoever heard of such with a SSI recipient and a 71 year old mother that should be able to visit daughter at any time, what harm can I do (nothing) not even a weeks pass? The night she moved in her car was towed, tow truck driver said no car parking tag was visible, the tag had fallen on car floor, but he wouldn’t let her inside of vehicle. We couldn’t even get our last load out of car as tired as we were. We followed tow truck to retrieve vehicle so nothing would be stolen from it. We had to pay $150 for retrieve of vehicle, even tow truck company woman in office was very rude. This ain’t all, If you are thinking about moving here 4 15 14 20!

So, I called these apartments and got a tour. Me and the leasing agent were talking and she told me after I submitted my application that I would be able to get a date after so. My lease is up August 9th, she said she could ensure me that I would have something before that date, but that wasn’t remotely close to true. She lied and said I misunderstood her. This is my living situation, that’s not something you play about, so I was definitely listening to what was said. I wouldn’t have even put in an application if I knew the move in date was in september. The apartments are not even that nice, so when you read these reviews, take them for what they really say, cause that’s were I messed up at. I read the reviews and didn’t listen but THEYRE TRUEE!! These leasing agents are terrible and I say that in the most disrespectful way. I’m very understanding with apartments cause I understand and I’ve worked at a few, but this took me over. Shelita is her name, by the way!

ATTENTION!!!Don’t apply at Westbury!!!They’re not worth it.If I could give them 0 star I would. I applied for a standard 1 bed but they were trying to make me take a deluxe one which is way more expensive than the one I applied for but since my money is flexible I agree to take a look at the apartment before I sign the lease.To me it wasn’t worth the $735 so I didn’t take it and requested to be put back on the waitlist for the one that I applied for.They didn’t even bother to put me back on the waitlist,and canceled my application while I was waiting for a call for the next available apartment. I waited for a month, tired of waiting I called to cancel my application that I thought was still active but was told that it has been canceled a long time ago and then I couldn’t get my holding fee back because I refused the apartment that they showed me.Girl that was not what I applied for!!!Please save you some money and headache and go somewhere else.😒😒😒

ATTENTION! Westbury Apartament are only kind before you give them the money for the aplication, after that they show their true colors. My husband and I gave them everything they needed for the application and they told us it was perfect, only to then say they were missing things (after one brief check when we went to check what was going on did they find the papers they said they didnt have). They then made so many excuses; they told us we would recieve an answer by Friday for three weeks, and then they told us we would hear by them tomorrow for three days straight and not once did we get any calls back or updates. We had to make drives all the way over there without many advancements or straightforward answers. Overall, these apartments are unorganized, slacking, and theives. I wouldnt recommend wasting time on these apartment.

Good Value. I’ve had two different maintenance issues here at Westbury Court recently and both times the issues were resolved quickly. I submitted one issue to the office online a simple battery replacement taken care of same day. The second issue was a refrigerator light and I called the office then the next day it was taken care of. I’m not a big review guy but was impressed by the service received. The location is good

While its a safe place to live and a convenient location. Why does rent go up but the quality of the apartment stays the same?! These apartments are OLD!!!! No upgrades in ages, kitchen appliances are literally falling apart and rotting, mold builds up constantly around ALL the windows, doors and the pipes, sinks, tub clogs up every other week, cars get towed even with parking pass and office staff gets rotated seems like weekly. The competition has the same pricing with newer apartments and much better amenities. They blatantly lie about work orders being completed and seem to be shirt staff on maintenance constantly. Their vents are OLD making light bills extreme high and they have zero care to make upgrades.

Great area to live in! It is only like 2 mins from 86th st. The staff is very kind and work with you at a fast rate to get you want you want. The pricing is awesome! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Very annoying, I only have six months here and I already want to move. I had very good references of these apartments by a friend, I moved here and since the first month it has been terrible. first it was the insects in the house, and the delay of almost 3 weeks to put a screen on the windows. The stoves are old and I have the big stove that has never worked. I report it coming in and they dont care. the bar to hold the bath towels fell, without even having weight. I spent a week waiting for it to be fixed. And now the cherry on the cake. Since I moved I have always paid my rent on time, but this month I made the transfer and the bank was slow to process the payment. I was notified on time and I paid with a money order, and that day no one in the office told me that I had to pay a fee of $ 50 for the declined transaction. and they have sent me 3 letters, 3. in a week harassing me to pay $ 50. When I clearly said that I would pay it at the end of the week. Also when I went to take the money order the woman in the office pretended to close the door in my face. Obviously she was more upset, and I almost had to demand that she sign my money order receipt .. because they never give you a receipt for your rent payment. Terrible to live.

The staff is great but they cant do anything against non residents taking all the parking. The residents in my building are always smoking weed and it stinks up the whole place and someone has been breaking into cars since weve been here. Find a gated complex if you want security because you wont find it here.

I have lived at Westbury Court for the last 6 months and I have to say that the staff has been great! The apartments are close to my job and its very convenient for me which is one of the main reasons that I moved here however I have found many more reasons to stay! Check it out for yourself but this apartment community is a real gem.Shout out to the fab maintenance team that did a great job shoveling the walks during the mega snow this winter!

I have had a broken refrigerator for 21 days and counting. They do absolutely nothing to fix it. They keep saying they will but it has been 21 days and nothing! They havent offered even an apology or a rent credit for it being 21 days without a fridge. If it was a washer or dryer i could use a laundromat, if it was a broken microwave or stove i could use the other til it was fixed. If it is a broken fridge i just have to suck it up and live with it. FOR 21 DAYS AND COUNTING. No this is fine in their eyes. If you like terrible maintenance and enjoy broken appliances then maybe youd like to live here.

I have lived at westbury for 2 years and about to sign another lease for another year! The maintenance and office staff are great and very helpful. I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! I truly feel at home and plan on living here for a few more years to come. I also have a few friends that live here and they have also had nothing but a great experience here. If you are looking for a place to live that is affordable and comfortable, this is it!

I absolutely love this property. The new property manager is awesome! I feel as though if I have a question it will be answered CORRECTLY!! Will be staying here for many more years to come. Maintenance is very nice & respectful. In the past I’ve had a few issues with the office & Maintenance but it seems as though things has changed within the last few months.

I’ve been here since last May 2018. The area is safe it’s quiet. I’m giving it 3 stars only because when you put in a complaint it takes a long time for maintenance to fix the issue. Besides that office staff is nice. I would recommend this place.

Maintenance staff is awesome! Any issues Ive had with the apartment maintenance come out and fix it pretty quickly. Area is well lit at night and neighbors are friendly. Overall, I think it is a great place to live!

Westbury court has an awesome staff friendly and very courteous. Maintenance team is great they are timely and very professional. Love living here and my apt is quite spacious. Strongly recommend that you come see these apts before moving elsewhere .

The office goes above and beyond to please all tenants!! Brandy and Bethany wrangeled a stray cat out of my apartment so I didnt even have to call animal control great job ladies!!!! I would recommend Westbury Court apartments to anyone.

This place is ok but the bugs here are too much. I can’t even sleep without finding a bug on my bed. There really are bugs in the wall.

Location is super convenient, easy access to 465 and plenty in the area. Maintenance does a good job coming out quickly but Ive really only had minor issues in the few months Ive lived here. Office staff is friendly and the manager is great!

On 03-02-2019 I call to inform the office that the hot water wasnt getting hot enough. Greg H came within 10minutes and fixed the problem. As my family and I have been living here for 11years my whole place was remodeled and I love it. When ever I have an problem the matter is handled pretty quickly.

Great customer service and a beautiful property

Lived here for about two years. Hardly anything nice other than the price.My apartment was broken into.Bugs keep crawling out of the walls.Common areas rarely cleaned.Have witnessed street fights and shooting.Dead body found in a pond.And the list goes on.Spend a little more and get a better place.

Westbury Court used to be a bad place for us but with the help of the manager, Amy Jackson it has been great. She has listened to us and always kept her promises. Now Westbury Court is nice place to stay. We lived here for 12 years and this is the first time we have ever been happy with our home and the service. Not a bad place to live. Parking can be a bit tough though but they do have a tow company come through very frequently. We had a great view of the pond and its very unfortunate that the willow tree went down during a storm. The kitchen was huge with way too much storage that spoiled me. I would recommend

My experience with Westbury is starting to piss me off now! I have been waiting over a month to get my holding fee refund back! because they cashed my check, while still waiting for proof of residency, that was strictly a mailing address, which they told me that they knew it was only a mailing address! Now they are giving me the run-around! about my check they should not have cashed! So watch about, giving your holding fee to them! because they give you the Runaround about giving your money back!

Ive lived here for 10+ years with my parents then ended up getting an apartment of my own in here. When I left, I left with normal children wear and tear (couple stains in the carpet, some small marks on the wall that could be painted over). Not only did they take my deposit, which I would have been fine with, but they charged me an extra $600 saying it was just for paint and carpet of a 1 bedroom; 1 bathroom apartment! They run through management because they cant get anyone to stay in the apartments. My car was broken into 3 times & even though my mom has a locked in lease for being a resident for so long, theyve gone up on the rent 4 times in the past 4 months. DO NOT DO IT! You can definately spend your money else where. & make sure you dont get into a financial bind because these are the ONLY apartments in Pike Township that does not accept help from the trustees office. Even though they write them a check. Im looking to get my mom out of here as soon as possible. If you see these apartments, RUN!

I will have lived here a year this April. When I first moved here I was not having the greatest experience overall. There were a lot of staff changes and not a lot of consistency. Though the last several months it seems like things have really been turning around. A few weeks ago I had issues with my dryer going out. So I called the office and they said they would write it up. That same day I had someone there taking a look at it and even offered to change a light bulb that was out in my apartment. It seems like finally they have a good and consistent staff.

I have lived in these apartments for over a year, and I enjoyed it! The maintenance staff is great! Every time I need them, they come within a day and get the job done!

It is a very excellent community, I have lived for more then 10 year and i love it. The maintenance supervisor, an excellent person, helps in everything you need in you you apartment, makes you work finish very well.

Sexton properties and this apartment are scam artists. They lost a bunch of money for a promoting they had ran a few years back known as lock your rent in for life so every new tenant will pay for it. Not only did they not keep up with the community. There rental people suck. I just moved out after 2 years july 31st and they lied trying to keep my deposit saying I left the place a mess. Lies I actually went back to the apartment to take pictures and to clean and well here is evidence I did not. Will be filing a class action lawsuit cause I am certain this has happened to others. They redid the lower level decks and have zip ties on the stairs unsafe can we say. They have mold which they just paint over it. There maintenance team steals and are not qualified to fix things. Appliance kept breaking down mainly microwave and stove. Holes in all the screens which they promise to replace and never did. People will smoke in the main hallway and I practically had to go off for them to clean the hallways. Teens smoking at the pool. Bugs coming out of walls mainly silverfish. Finally me and my neighbors started to clean ours. People steal your packages. The list can honestly go on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Apartments are disgusting and moldy. Maintenance sucks. Front office staff is horrible. Had to even call Board of Health. Would not recommend.

The sexton companies offers great apartments at an affordable rate. The staff is very friendly and professional. The location is great and neighborhood is quiet.

I have been living in this apartment for 6 months now and have had only slight issues. I sent up to pay automatically online and have never had a problem with processing or late fees. I needed my microwave and dishwasher fixed and they came out within a week. I have had small things like my lock being broken or missing supports for the stove in which I have fixed myself after no one responded to my filed report. Other than those small issues, the staff has been wonderful and nice, the apartment is clean and spacious with NO bug issues, and I have had no problems with safety or break-ins thanks to the security system installed. I highly recommend these apartments.

I wish that I could give 0 stars because that’s what this company deserves! I have continually had problems with my air conditioning and each time it’s been half-a@$ed fixed. I have called emergency maintenance several times and what do you know, they won’t respond but definitely want their rent money. I have two Asthmatic children here and it is currently 80 degrees in my apartment. If I have to take my children to the ER because of my air conditioning not working which exacerbates their Asthma, I will be forwarding the bill to Sexton properties! Air conditioning is one of the amenities that was supposed to be supplied but I’ve had nothing but issues with it since I moved in! This apartment is falling apart and was cheaply thrown together. It’s definitley not worth the rent. Management is horrible. They have been through so many office staff members that it is ridiculous. Most of the time the office staff is rude and inconsiderate and could care less about its tenants. The only decent office personnel was Amy Jackson and they got rid of her because she had a heart and cared about the tenants. I had a circumstance where I was laid off and needed to pay my rent late and they refused to make any type of arrangement although I explained my situation to them. I have been here for 2 years. Needless to say they charged me outrageous fees and an attorneys fee (sent my file for eviction although I explained my situation). I wish that I would’ve read these reviews before I moved into this dump. I am currently looking to move and hope that I find something soon. Oh and by the way they only have one dumpster in the whole apartment complex that is disgusting and always has overflowing trash. It makes me sick to my stomach to think about paying this place rent. So if you are looking to move here....don’t! Run as fast as you can! You have been warned.

⚠️🤬A warning to anyone interested in seeking residency at #WestburyCourtApartments . We’ve been here for 5 years, we don’t cause any trouble, and we pay our rent on time. Never been late on rent once! That’s why this is so ridiculous. We’ve let maintenance know on several occasions that our fridge sounded like it was failing. Their response was always “it’s fine” or “you have it set wrong.” I’m not a fridge guy but I know for a fact if my fridge is making funny noises and not keeping food cold there’s a problem. We came home today from the meeting just wanting to chill and eat. We discovered our drinks and food were lukewarm, not being properly refrigerated. My wife’s ice cream has come out like this on several occasions being melted and like liquid soup. This is absolutely ridiculous and outrageous! I figure the reason the lazy cows don’t want to replace the fridge is because we live on the second floor. We went to the leasing office to talk about it and they couldn’t give us any straight answer and honestly sounded very arrogant in regards to us reporting this issue. To add insult to injury on the front desk in the main office they have sheets talking about their awesome Google rating. Well they’re getting a one star today for this nonsense. Now we gotta replace all the food in the bottom half of the fridge. They should pay us back for that too!!!

I have lived there for close to 5 months with ZERO major issues. I am on the ground floor and have needed to combat a slight ant problem but nothing out of the ordinary. The service was prompt, professional, and quick. Neighbors are quiet, and area is quite pleasant. Geese are a nuisance but with them being a protected species and all I cant shift blame on the aparments for that, even if they are idiotic animals. I wish the pool table at the clubhouse was in much better condition and would suggest it be resurfaced. I have not experienced any crime or issues that impede daily life.Reasonable rates that do require you to be employed, nice area with professional courtesy and a strict upkeep make this a much better place to live than some of the other alternatives in Indianapolis.

If you like to be robbed, you can move here!! In a period of six months I got robbed two times and close to where I lived there was a dead body found on the pond. There was bugs crawling on the walls and I am still waiting for my deposit! First they said I will received in 30 days, now is 90 days which I do not understand because you do not need 90 days to check how neat I left the apartment! I even have pictures but because I moved out of State and they know that, they have come with these 90 days nonsense. Oh, and people smoking weed on the hallway. I do care if you smoke weed on your apartment as long as is not close to my kids.

February made 4yrs that Ive lived at Westbury Court Apartments... Never had a problem with letting them know that something was wrong in my apartment. They might not could get to it right away, but it did get taken care of in a timely manner. THEN...about a year ago I started having some SERIOUS issues with my apartment, My carpet started loosing from the floor, making waves in the carpet,(I felt that it was a tripping hazard) I have 4 screws and a plate in my spine, so I am terrified of falling.The then Manager Beth had them come in and cleaned the carpet, preparing it for stretching, because thats what the carpet man she brought to my apartment said to do...when they came to stretch the carpet,they said it couldnt be done because the fibers were messed up,I was then told that the District Manager Amelia would come and look at my carpet AND my apartment, because I had Some Very SERIOUS ISSUES going on.WELL... MONTHS later no District Manger, Apartment disarrayed waiting on someone to say yeah or neigh on New carpet,and other SERIOUS ISSUES going on in my apartment. WELL...on April 3rd I left town on a Family emergency, returned on the 16th of April to find out that the Manager Beth had been replaced by Amy...on that day I also met District Manager Amelia, her and Maintenance Manager Greg came to my apartment Amelia stated that she didnt see anything wrong with my carpet, I couldnt believe that she was standing in my face telling that lie...( The carpet man had said that the fibers were messed up). On April 22nd I asked the New Property Manager would she mind coming to my Apartment and check it out, Since I was having some SERIOUS ISSUES with my apartment...after walking through my whole apartment and seeing Black Mold in my bedroom bedroom, we went back to the office and she called the Asst-Property Manager Sarah into her office and those two together devised a plan of attack...Sincr it was Sunday EVERYTHING was set for the next day... as far as calling vendors in... She wanted the right people for the jobs.!!! Amys FIRST priority was to get the Windows fixed, to stop the spread of MOLE, THEN...to CLEAN MY ENTIRE ROOM to get all the mole spores out,(I didnt even know it, I had been complaining about this problem for 1year).I had been inhaling MOLE for a year, after finding out how serious it was and me thinking that I was keeping a cold, and I had started coughing and spitting up yellow phylum and it was coming out of my nose as well,I decided to call St Vincents hospital Medical line and speak to a professional...we spoke about a half and hour, she advised me to go to the Emergency Room Immediately...I was admitted,they started treating me right away for mole inhalation, it can Permanently damage your heart and lungs...I want to PUBLICLY THANK YOU, AMY AND SARAH...YOU SAVED MY LIFE...AND I WILL EVER BE GRATEFUL TO YOU, I TRULY THANK GOD FOR YOU BOTH.. Literally the worst people to deal with while living here, I go to Lincoln tech and have a check signed to me for rent every month to pay my rent in full.Several times theyve tried to go after me for late fees when I receive my check on the 25th and pay rent within 1-4 days, afterwards they will wait til the 8th and charge late fees, like who the hell runs this place??!Ive even been robbed 10 feet from my apartment door!!Even today I got a note for a late fee of $50 from JULY!!! Ive been here six months and now they try to charge a fee, this place is ridiculous guys, dont waste your time here

Apartments are cute, very shining, confortables and have a lot space. But the neithborhood is not a good enviroment... It not a very safe place, weird people smoking and lakes are not very clean. The staff never care if something stop to work but when you leave the apartment they want to charge about everything. The neighbors are very anoying and one of them called to tow my car!!! It could be a good place to live but It has failures

Thise guys are thieves. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I repeat those people stole from me $200. They have a policy where you have to let them know 30 days before you leave the apartment, which totally make sense. But I called them saying I am leaving 35 days before bust since I was out of the state they ignored my message and claimed I never told them that, which resulted me to lose $200

If you wanted to be robbed and the customer services is too worse, I havent seen this type of worse service in whole USA. If there is any negative stars I would have given those as well. Do stay away from these apartments.

We lived here for over a year and got kicked out because of some bugs that came out of our walls. The price says everything, this place is not worth it.

The apartments are poorly taken care of poorly maintained trying to get anything done is damn near impossible the rent is too high safety is not even close to a concern of Management and if you want anything done you have better luck sueing them for it then asking them for it.
