This place is a joke. Stayed here for a year had a bug problem nothing was done about it. Along other problems that I had to repeatedly report. Don’t waste your money here.

I moved in January this year and I have never had any problems so far and I love my apartment very nice very beautiful very spacious maintenance is really good very quick to respond and they even text you back to ask you how satisfied you are with the work that was done I’m loving my stay here it’s very nice 👍🏽 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and I’m giving it a five star

Thanks but no thanks..i called for information and your customer service was NOT friendly at all! I felt rushed off the phone and was given a slight attitude about the questions i had...if your customer service is bad then thats a red flag overall about your complex...so its a no for me.

Don’t waste your time and money. They’ll tow your car even though there’s not enough parking spots available to park legally. They have a bad bug problem. I’ve even had a maintenance worker steal from me. Don’t do it . If you like the smell of marijuana then this is the place for you !

Don’t even bother with this place. I am a recent military veteran that sent the leasing office my contract, employment verification, and explained to them I JUST got out of the military and started a job but was told I don’t meet income requirements to live here (I only have a weeks worth of pay from my new job...pretty easy to multiply that by 4, but I guess not). Kind of hard to do that when I just started a job less than a month ago, so I’m expected to pay the last three months of rent upfront or get a co-sign. Unbelievable.

Nice size of the apartments and they offer washer and dryer in the apartments for no additional charge. Good price

Dont really recommend living here. Sure its affordable but something is always up with the ac and the front office is always a pain to deal with not to mention unhelpful. On top of that theres a dog kennel right next to the complex that makes it very unpleasant to wake up in the morning to. Theyve gotten so many bad reviews to the point where they are trying to get people to give good ones. Live here at your own discretion.

Weve had a good experience here. I like the layout and size of the apartment. Maintenance and the office have always been quick and attentive. Sure, there are issues that come up but nothing you wouldnt expect from an apartment thats not brand new. Location is fabulous. Really my only complaint is that theres not enough parking. And I wish there were more storage. But overall, its been a great apartment! Were moving only because we found something cheaper.

Under new management and they are completely renovating and improving the apartments and the courtyards. This includes updated appliances and carpet, installing washer and dryer hookups and installing new wood decks, among other things. Maintenance responds very quickly. Any problem Ive had has been dealt with fairly and promptly.

I have lived in laurel lakes for going on two years. When I first moved in my apartment was a total mess everything was worn out and broken. I moved into a rehab unit when my first lease was up to give them a second chance.. I was promised everything was new and working properly. Within a week of moving in I was washing laundry when my washer went into spin my toilet and tub began to overflow. Two days later my air was dripping into my hallway floor. And a week later my dishwasher (which I never have used ) began to overflow when I ran water in my kitchen sink. Currently I am pregnant with my third child and I am sitting in an apartment that is 79 degrees because my air doesnt work. When I called to get an order the man on after hours hung up on me and still has not showed up!!! Not to mention it is 9:07 pm on a Sunday night as I am writing this and there are about 15 workers outside and it is extremely loud. (my kid has school in the morning.) My neighbors have a little girl that they never watch and she is often getting into peoples car for change, She also ask men to have sex with her and she is like 7 yrs old.A woman was shot a few months ago. The apartment looks nice on the inside but looks can be misleading. I would rather have an apartment with working plumbing and air than a hot pretty looking environment. Currently the only thing that works in my home is me!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Oh I almost forgot I also had my car towed from a car port that I was paying 20 dollars a month for. The apartments never repaid me the nearly 200 dollars it cost me to get my car out of impound, and They took my car clear out to AVON when they towed it for no reason. I am editing this review to let you all know that even though the owner responded to this they claim to not be aware of any issues in my unit until last week when I finally called the board of health! They still have made no attempt to fix my plumbing which is now left mold in my dishwasher and a strong smell.

Hello i have lived here twice. I moved back in 4 years ago and so far everything is Great. The Staff in the office is Great . They will try and help you with any and everything. I really cant wait to get in my new apartment. Please hurry with the rehab. Thank you Terresa

I’ve lived here since October 2017. The first day I moved in my heat didn’t work. I was told they were waiting on a part and nobody was supposed to be moved in here. They got that fixed. The second week I lived here my vehicle was stolen from outside my apartment. I’m novemebr when I finally got my car back my tires were slashed. Then a few weeks ago my car was broken into. Just last week somebody was shot in these apartments. Also at least once a week a man and woman argue outside my sons bedroom window screaming at each other calling each other names and being very very loud. I’ve had random people knocking on my door at weird times at night as well. I’m a single mother who lives alone with my one year old son and I never feel safe here. This is supposed to be my home and somewhere I want to go. If I had a choice I’d pack up and leave and never pay rent here again. Everything in my apartment is falling apart. My kitchen sink. My bath tub is messing up I can barely turn the shower on. I understand their old and being remodeled so I don’t try to complain. But the dangers of this neighbor hood and the type of people who live around here are ridiculous.

Be careful. Dangerous area. Cops are here often. Nice size apartment, definitely for the price. Staff was nice. Only complaint was the people living there. Main reason why I recently moved out.

The new management was a change in the right direction. They are completely renovating all of the apartments. Brand new kitchens and bathrooms. The office staff are great to work with.

I am a current resident at this apartment complex. Firstly, when I moved in Jennifer, was very unorganized, rude, and withheld important information. When I viewed the apartment small fixes, (holes in ceiling, cabinets broken, etc.), she promised it would all be fixed before I moved in. Nothing has been fixed, and the office during the day is always closed. I went to pay rent on March 31, multiples times and it was closed. I work nights so I sleep most of my days away . I called she answered and I told her Id try again when I got home. Again, the office was closed .she also didnt tell me that the apartments were being remodeled, in a few months rent would go up, and Id have to be moved to another unit. I would not have agreed to that, nor was I aware that I was on a month to.month lease . Jennifer is my leasing agent .shes horrible, and doesnt get anything she promises done !

I currently reside in a remodeled 3 bedroom. the fixtures in the apartment are drop dead gorgeous; however; have not had a functional apartment since the day I moved in June 2017. My initial move in date was June 3, 2017; the apartment was not completed until June 12,2017. The electrical has been ongoing issue, plumbing and not to mention I havent had a HOT SHOWER since the middle of October. I call and complain weekly and all I get from the leasing agent is ill put in a work order. oh I forgot to add from December .30,2017 -janurary 5,2018 I HAD NO HEAT NOR WATER and it was nearly -30 degrees outside. this place could be a little nicer if it were cleaner and people cared about where they call home. to me they dont seem to care about the grounds or any of the trash that I see daily leaving my apartment. the apartment community is overall dirty and needs to be completed renovated. Again the inside of my apartment is beautiful, but the maintenance issues are on going and the place looks dirty on the outside.

1 star because zero is not an option. The apartments are renovating all the units. Just last week (june 2019) the bathroom in a renovated unit collapsed and fell into a downstairs unit. The plumbing in the new units has been continuously backing up onto the floor. My own AC apparently spent a few days draining into my downstairs neighbors apt and it took 3 days for maintenance to repair it. The managment ties the hands of maintenance and only allows them to fix the issues with anything possible other than the actual parts needed. Hell in the year ive been here, the maintenance staff has been a revolving door. Supervisors have come in to try to clean up the place and quit within weeks because managment over rides everything. Also, if you come here to move in, count the parking spots. 16 apartments per building, 11 or fewer parking spots per building. The building by yhe office has 8 units. 3 spots. Then if you dont pay for a carport but have to parl there anyway, they will illegally tow you. I know its illegal because i work for a towing company and they do not follow Indiana law. The apts have the carports posted as a privately owned lot not owned by managment which is absolute bs. They own them.Overall, avoid this place.

The heat doesnt get that warm in winter so you will have expensive electric and heat bills. Ever since the spring ( April 2019), my a/c has been broken over 2 months (alot of other tenants have same issue, its worst on 1st floor because water leaks into your unit, fortunate for me, I am on 2nd floor). Recently after 1 month and half into this issue, they installed new a/c unit (by unlicensed untrained maintenance workers) so the a/c leaks nonstop and the heat is unbearable especially when I am cooking. This is the worst experience that Ive encountered since adulting. I keep getting run around, I keep asking to be let out of my lease because the unit has so many issues that are beyond repair even despite them remodeling. My tag was stolen from my vehicle in the parking lot (theres no surveillance cameras so there goes the neighborhood) Horrible, horrible place.

The maintenance is terrible i have had a water leak in my hall ceiling for a month and know one can stop the leak everyday i have to put dry towels in the hall so i dont fall, also the grounds are trashy if there is grounds keepers they must be blind the maintenance do sloppy workthe office manager Jennifer acts like she dont care all they want is rent every neighbor around me has a water leak or the air dont work or something is wrong i called for the 4th time about water leaking from ceiling and was told i was 16th on the list water leaksdont move here, they wont let you out of your lease, but they wont fix nothing I HATE THIS PLACE BUT I AM STUCK TILL MY LEASE IS UPDONT DONT DONT MOVE HERE

The new owners are great. We have worked with them numerous times and they really care about their property. I like the Dog Park, Pool and they are doing a lot of upgrades to playground and apartments.

They show you a nice, clean, working unit but than when you move in theres stains in the closets. Theres little holes near the Windows . A/C doesnt work and it starts leaking which ruins the tile and they charge for every tile they have to order for your unit . If you every have a problem and you call there not gonna come and fix it right away they take 4hrs to come and even sometimes they but you on tomorrows wait list . I wouldnt recommend someone else living here .

I have never taken the time to sit a write a negative review about a company or business in my entire life, but Ill make this short and to the point.I moved in sometime in January, I was thrilled to move into my new apartment after completing a one year lease in my previous apartment complex. The unit I moved into was asteticly gorgeous. I pay all of my bills on time (Rent, utilities ECT.) And do not bother a soul in the complex. My unit had NUMEROUS issues, even life threatening. The heat during the winter did not work. Had maintenance come out atleast 4-5 separate times and it still never worked. The hot water worked on and off. You would literally be in a nice steamy shower for about 2 minutes then it would become ice cold. If you had more than one person planning to take a shower that night, forget it. Its not happening unless they like frigidly cold showers. In the Spring time, the A/C unit did infact get cold after a little while, however the A/C unit would pour massive amounts of water from the ceiling tiles and cause a great big mess to clean up in front of the master bedroom door. I contacted maintenance and they had somebody out to fix the issue again around 4-5 different times. One day the puddle was so large outside the master bedroom door, my girlfriend got up to use the bathroom only to slip and fall and injure her head because of the massive amount of water accumulation from the A/C unit. Causing her to be hospitalized. The wall outlets in the master bedroom, smoked and almost caused a huge fire when you plug in literally your cell phone and TV. The washers and dryers did not work half the time, I would have soaking wet clothes after the 6th time in the dryer. The unit has an obvious insulation and weather proofing gap around the doors and windows. (Possibly why the heat and A/C basically never reached anywhere.) So in total, I have been back and forth to the office a total of ATLEAST 12 times and nothing has been fixed and when I explained the incident of my girlfriend falling because of something they did not fix, I got rolled-eyes from management, a Ill call you back or send somebody out there and ultimately decided to prematurely cancel my lease on agreed terms. The lack of professionalism, and sympathy was very appalling.Bottom line, if you value your time, money, and satisfaction. Find another place to move into. Seriously living in your car is a better alternative than this.

Ive lived in these apartments since Christmas 2017. Honestly theyre not the best of course, but theyre far from the worst.Yes things break, but maintenance has always came to my apartment and fixed whatever it was in a timely manner.I have never had trouble with parking as other reviews have said. I park in the same spot every day right by my door.Yes someone was shot there not that long ago but its going to happen anywhere. That what happens when you go to meet up with someone at one in the morning.Its a quite neighborhood and I honestly dont mind living there at all!

Renter beware! This place is complete trash! The new management sucks and they over price their units I paid 700 for a small 2 bedroom and the cieling leaked the whole year I stayed there I put in a request for maintenance to fix it they gave me a five gallon bucket and never returned ! This place is a complete wreck and truthfully should be condemned they showed us a unit that was in perfect condition but moved us in a unit that was not. Also the hot water heaters leak gas And the electrical problems are consistent Im telling you run away from these people they are scamming anyone that would fall in their trap.

But the biggest one is TERMITES! my brand new clean apartment is infested! And you know what they told me, pest control only comes on Wednesday. Ill put you down for them to visit. Pretty much saying Deal with it till then. Are you kidding me?! Im reporting them to board of health as well. And you have to pay for parking, unless youre okay with parking far away from your place. This place is a JOKE!

Horrible place. I hate it here. They steal your rent money and then send you an eviction notice. Has happened to me 3 times in less than a year. They never have good management in the office. The leasing agent is a horrible person as well she never knows what to do, ignores calls when shes sitting at her desk. And shes been the only one taking my rent payments.... so wonder who the thief is here. If you think your living situation is bad, this place is worse. It is NOT worth the money each month. They never fix anything. The wood outside is rotten, the heat/a.c and water is messed up in over half the apartments. The management doesnt seem to care about anything or anyone just the money.

Awful. The neighbors are trash! Will harrass you if you have a pet swearing your animal bothers them. Theyre dog is never on leash and bites people. I moved in over 6 months ago and at first it wasnt to bad they gave a a list and told us to fill out if anything needs fixed....okay we did. 8 months later its ALL still broken. I dont recommend them just cause they have nice prices.

It is the worst choice i have made for an apartment. The people in the office are there one week and gone the next no one can fix anything had a kid break a window months ago and they said they would fix it and its still not fixed even wuth there so called special prices youre better off living some where else.

Been here for about 5 months hasnt been the greatest experience the only thing i dont like is the people at the ofgice act like they dont care about anything when you try and come to them and tell them your problems to see what you can do its barely any help everyone is human but unexpected things happen . they will be quick to try and put you out when you are dealing with a hard situation trying to make it everything work.

This place sucks! Rent is too high and they keep raising it!! The laundry room is always full and too expensive plus its filthy! Its like moving into an apartment that wasnt fixed! My cabinet handles have all fallen off! My paint in the tub is chipping! The toilet constantly runs ! I pay way too much for a one bedroom no hook ups 631 and if I get a two bedroom its the same price wow because that makes a whole lot of sense? Credit based deposit is a joke because its always based on a set amount for them no matter what! The maintenance here.... Hah what a joke! My father in law lives here as well and they tried to make him pay for damages the maintenance caused haha! Its not worth it trust me!!! Id give it a zero but unfortunately I do not have that option!

Not one to leave a bad review but there seems to be no interest in the renters well being or connivence at all. The main person you talk to in the office, Jennifer, is a lazy unprofessional, unsympathetic, waste of a chair. Weve never been late on rent, complied with all rules and regulations but we are consistently being belittled and talked down to at any request. There is a reason none of my neighbors are still here after a year, and there is a reason my family is leaving. Cheap apartments in every sense of the word.

Extremely poor maintence as well as management. If you dont find any place to livevin greenwood then you can select this place. Maintence will not fix stuff despite repeated complain since 6 months. Laundry room are not cleaned since property was built. Management picks up the phone for complain and maintence but will not work untill you call their property owners. NOT WORTH OF PRICE.

The office people are very rude and disrespectful dont move in here!! Jennifer is rude in every way shape and form!! Told me I couldnt have my holding fee back and I was told I would if we decided to not move in
