This place is unprofessional and not up to date. The office staff is very unprofessional. I had to many unresolved issues and would never recommend this getto place to anyone!!

Ive lived here for almost seven years and I love this community. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and the on-site maintenance is top notch. I had a maintenance emergency over the weekend and Mike was at my home within minutes. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I recently moved into Cumberland Manor and so far so good. I love my townhouse all my appliances are new and it is a very very very nice neighborhood to be apart of. Rachel & Veronica welcomed me with open arms into the apartments and for that Im very grateful. I do believe this is a neighborhood I am willing to stay in for the betterment of my children and myself. Lovely place 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Management is nice but started off wrong, quoted the wrong move in price, did not let us see any units even though multiple apartments are vacant....moved us upstairs when we asked for downstairs (there are available units on lower level)....they did not offer any updates or cohesive piece to appliances, almost everything was covered in dirt and food all over the walls so it was not clean...not that it should be perfect but this was not shown to make sure they could put someone in it. Once the year is up I wouldn’t recommend living anywhere in Indiana to anyone.NO WILL NOT RESIGNNEVER AHOULD HAVE LEFT CALIFORNIA FOR THIS GARBAGE

Currently living here, cable is no longer provided. The pool had been closed & is being taken out. Soon you will be responsible for your own gas & electric.

Staff is real nice, as are the apartments. New carpet and appliances. Maintenance is very responsive.

I lived here from 2007-2009 and moved back in2011. The apartments are nice.with great amenities.The price is great.Love that everything included(even cable&internet)The staff is amazing.Community is small so everyone looks out for each other.Quiet.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and since James management group and Veronica came in things have really improved! They are trying to get it where it should be since management past let it go!

Great upgrades made recently, and Veronica the manager is great!

Clean and nice place to live. great new renovations, and quality service as well!
