Terrible staff, especially Kendra. Youll pay an application fee and they DONT hold the room... I waited 2 weeks, told my apartment the confirmed move in day and they gave my room to someone else and told me to wait a month for another one..not even the same one.

Not upgraded but new carpet, no walk in closet (long closet), mice, plumbing problems, mailbox lock been cut, door knob hang off bathroom. No closet in 2nd room, flooring is thin rip easy

Move in last year everyone was very nice and Professional on point with the maintenance nice and clean great job

Anna was my office staff. She was very friendly and had no complaints with showing my daughter and I apartments in the rain. She was on point with returning calls and emails. I was not approved due to out of town slum Lords reporting my rental history incorrect which looks like is going to end me and my kids up homeless. BUT Anna went to bat for us and she didnt have to. She truly tried her best.

Moved in around June. The carpet was not laid correctly. However they did come and fix that. The shelves in the cabinets are not sturdy. I also have bad spider problem. They claimed that they came and sprayed. I am still seeing them. Other than the spider problem and the other minor issues. I dont have any other issues. Pretty well priced apartment.

Me & my husband have been living here for 3 years started in a 1 bdrm now we have a 2 bdrm and we love it even more and so does the baby. I love all the ladies in the office they are SO SWEET to my baby & I every time Im in there. Great place to live for decent prices. Ive never had issues living here, the maintenance team is really good & they come out quick everytime you need them. Me & my family love our home and will be here plenty more years. THANKS FOR BEING THE BEST LAKE MARINA 💖

Marina has the best office staff, very friendly and understanding. They have gone above and beyond with the resident appreciation days and maintenance complete their work orders in a timely fashion .

Ive lived here for well on 5 years. I have Never had a problem what so ever. Never been robbed, cheated, neglected by staff, never been nervous walking at night. Or anything the reputation suggests.All maintenance problem were solved in less than 2 days, and Theyve renevated about 3 times in the last 2 years. Im extremely happy with my 3 bedroom apartment. Maybe thats because I mind my own business, who knows? But I havent had a problem. 5 STARS

Parking is awful, sometimes you have to park really far away from your building, walking 5-7min in the dark to your place is definitely not ideal especially because the walkways are not well lit. Cell phone reception is not good or absent for verizon and t-mobile customers. Ive had several rude encounters with the front desk staff, the Manager however is nice.

The best office and maintenance staff! I love my apartment.

My mom moved in at the end April and had problems ever since she moved in. They have roaches in the apartment. The stove caught fire while boiling water. The dish washer links water. The washer and dryer they claim is brand new linked water in all three bathrooms. They supposed to come this morning and fix everything they didn’t come fix anything. They neighbors are loud leave trash outside their door. The upstairs bathroom when some use it they can here is through the walls in the master bedroom. Do not move here you will be waste your time

Its not the same marina apartments that it was five years ago they are cleaning them up and trying to make them a better place to live maintenance is better and they are putting in better flooring the fixing thing they might have fixed in the past so all I can say its getting better

We were living in Lake Marina for around 8 years. We were living below the poverty wage, and we had help from Section 8. My mother had a disease called MS so she could not work. My brother has Autism and I was still in Middle school. We were already struggling as is. Then there were reports of a bed bug infestation. Since we were living there the longest in that apartment group where the infestation was reported, we were blamed even though there was no sign of bed bugs in our apartment at all and was told to leave. My mother refused, and in response, they sent the Child Protective Services on her to find dirt to kick us out AND remove us from her. The agent found no signs of neglect or abuse and we could stay after a forced bug treatment in our apartment. We were almost kicked out for something we didnt do and was almost separated from my mother by doing dirty tactics against us.

Horrible......updated nicely however the residents concerns are not addressed as far as maintenance and pest control.... the hot water in the shower doesnt stay hot for long even though you pay for hot water and theres a terrible mice infestation all year round.....nets and spiders badly in the summer and the ducks are annoying I will be moving.....1st and last year here.

They are raising rent during this pandemic and threatening to raise my rent by 200 if I don’t sign a new higher lease while we are locked in the house and incapable of moving.

They need better pictures. They took pictures of the club house. Who lives there???

These apartments are horrible, but the staff in the leasing office is great. Especially Brittany and Kerry, but the condition of the building was terrible. No outlets in your bathrooms, you can hear all of your neighbors, and after 1 month I had roaches from another apartment! This place has been the worst I have lived in, and I moved immediately when my lease was over, as I signed only for a year. My advice is stay far away from these apartments if you can and look at Bristol Square or Braeburn Village in the area if your looking to move.

Ive lived here for about 10 months and I cant really make any complaints. Everytime I have called maintenance they came that day to fix the problem. The maintenance men were always very kind. I cannot say that about the last place I lived.the people in the office seemed very nice. Some of the residents are a little strange, but over all its not a bad place to live. I havent had any bug problems either, which was a concern of mine.

THE WORST.No hot water in the winter,my rent has went up because of a mistake of the office (not once but 4-5 times). And then received an attitude by one of the office ladys because I spoke up about it. The floor has been broken since I moved in. Every mistake they make I PAY FOR IT! The Marinas was on my wish list to move into.........now Im here,the worst mistake I ever made. I want the head office number. Sorry but not happy at all.

My apartment smelling like smoke is my biggest problem. Im a nonsmoker so I dont want to come home to a smelly apartment and let my heat or cool air out to air out the apartment. The first apartment here they pretended like they had no idea why it was happening to saying well its their right to smoke when I didnt stop complaining. So i pay my rent so that i can breath in second hand smoke. At that time I did not know that I was surrounded by three non stop smokers. And its not just cigarettes which Im sure they are fully aware. Not only can you smell it but you can hear them talk about what they like to smoke. I moved to another apartment. I smelled it a little, likely from the neighbor diagonally behind me. But then my neighbor behind me moved and now my apartments smells like smoke again. So i called about that and i really i think their plan is just to ignore me and say they are going to investigate who is smoking. Waking up with a sore throat and/or feeling like something is lodged in my throat is not ok. So if I get cancer Im coming after them. The second apartment they put me in at the end and has foundation issues. The door I tried to have them seal it but the door is slanted and in time it the gaps move. Because now the sun shining in from the right side bottom of the door. And there is number of other evidence of foundation problems. So this apartment was way more expensive to heat and cool. They said they cleaned the carpets but I have been spot cleaning areas where the previous owns pet laid. They did repair the frayed edges of the carpet when I put in a work order but thats how I know the previous owner had a pet because he has seen this kind of damage before. The fridge they will not replace although they motor was making terrible noises (which was fixed by a storm that blew out the power suddenly when the motor was running) It freezes food in the fridge and at times leaks. When i report it they patch it and then it continues later. The stove had a issue with heat escaping but still the gauge is not right. If the recipe calls for 400 then I have to put it on 350 or 375. And now they want more money.

Horrible people! If I could give no stars I absolutely would. My father passed away and they did not make the situation any easier for me. First they gave the keys to my dads apartment to two fools who stole my dads belongings (tvs, laptop, tablets, etc) . When I tried to get a key they told me they didnt have anymore (lie apartments carry an extra key that opens all the doors) and to get in I should call the police. How unprofessional! I was finally able to get in and the next time I had heard from them was the day of my fathers funeral when they called my uncle and asked him to have me give them a call to let them know when my fathers belongings would be moved; I told them hopefully by Friday and gave them my number; I didnt get it all out by then. Monday comes and I go to remove the rest of my fathers things and the lock on the door is changed. I called the office and the Manger says I didnt have your number, no one kept in touch, I dont feel comfortable giving you a key, I Just got off the phone with my boss she told me not to give you a key, we dont know if someone lives there or not . I asked how did you all get in and she replied with our extra key ( the one they didnt have in their possession the day I found out my father passed magically appeared). My father had his rent paid through the month of January I know that what they did was wrong. It couldnt of been legal . If someone was living there they locked them out of their home. This place needs a whole new staff. Even the maintenance and up keep is horrible. My father always complained about how long it takes to get them to fix things and have it done properly. I would N E V E R recommend this complex to anyone. I see why they were voted one of the top worse apartments in indianapolis.

My biggest complaint is loudness. Especially neighbors! They argue for hours on end and the police do nothing about it. I did have a few maintenance issues when I first moved in but I stayed on top of it amd the new manager w/ red hair made sure it was fixed so I thank her. I also won $50 off my rent twice for paying early. Where my apartment is, I have no other issues. Maintenance is getting a little better. Their laundry rooms are nasty and not clean machines inside or in the room period at times and expensive. The hot water is jank, it does not stay hot long. Id rather pay my own water to stay hot longer. I like to sing and dance in the shower, I cant do that in 5mins!

First off they add additional fees to your rent with out explanation. Maintenance Is very poor Ive call countless time about my toilet not flushing properly they will come rig it up and it still is not fixed I cant wait to move.

My little brother just moved in your messed up apartments.... He has lived there for less than a month and his place has gotten broken in twice in 4 days.... Who the hell has time for this. And you tell him he cant move and cant get his money back.... When you guys have messed up from the start of the application process....
