I loved living here!! Maintenance was great and quick and the living area was very clean. The only downside was when I moved out, they literally did not want to give me my security deposit back and charged me for cleaning even though I had cleaned the apt before I left. I was then told that I owed almost $500. I was told that payment arrangements could not exceed 6 months, but after 2 months, they threatened to send me to collections. The office manager, Pam us a terrible attitude and talks down to people. I absolutely hated talking to her because it feels like she belittles you when she talks to you. I would recommend these apartments but make sure it’s basically spotless when you leave.

Brisa, Pam are wonderful, always so nice, excellent tenant service. Mike and Eugene and always on task and quick on any maintenance issues. Very clean and quiet property. Will like to see the lake fountain back running. Having a fountain is one of the perks of living on a lake. Please restore the water fountain.

I called for information regarding availability, Pam (or Tam) answered the phone and immediately disconnected the line. Upon trying to call back, she continued picking up and hanging up. This is extremely unprofessional.

Ive been here 5 years and havent had any issues. Pam and Barisa at the office are amazing and are always willing to work with you! The maintenance is on top of things as well and there when you need them!

Nice place to live, Have some issues with other parents not watching kids. However they hired Signal 88 Security and the kids have since been dealt with. Security Officers are nice, professional, and always willing to help and listen! Office staff and Maintenance are quick to fix any issues!! THANKS!!

This is my second time live here. Yes, I know 2 times!!! LOL The reason why I came back to here is, I like living in a small apartment complex and it is peaceful. The people are real nice.

Liars, theives, favoritism towards residents, maintenance fixes nothing make sure you document EVERYTHING. They will tow your car out of a spot you are PAYING for it to be in and continue to charge you every month for the spot until you find a way to get their stupid sticker back. Dont let guest stay too late because they will tow their car as well. Make sure when you want to move out you fill out the proper paper work they require on time which is 60 days before your lease is actually up because if you dont you will be charged for however many days you turn it in late the month after your lease is up. Keep an eye on your water fees which is added to your rent and fluctuate like crazy its actually cheaper to have water with the citizens energy group than whoever this place uses. The apartments are the size of office cubicles, rent goes up $20-$30 every year office staff is rude and condescending unless you are there to give them money. I hated it here and Im so glad Im gone.
