I called to get information on the 2 bedroom because I was very interested in applying.. one of the office ladies who was nice but she told me it was a couple of people ahead of me. I told her I still wanted to apply and she only took my name, number, and email. Why am I not allowed to apply in person if I’m serious about moving in ?

I love it here.. Very quiet and the grounds are well kept. Ive been a resident for a little over 2 years.

Ive lived here nearly two years. I absolutely love it here!! Very quite, which I love. Never had any problems what so ever, dont even hear about anything happening, nor have I had problems with maintenance if needed. I love the security that the doors stay lock, so people just cant walk in the building. Staff was amazing, and pray it stays that way do to get a new manager. Peaceful living!! Thank you Lord

Speaking as a visitor: The parking lot is well lit. The doors have a key entry making residents safe once they cross the threshold. The halls are lit with sensor plated lights, a green and safe option. When you open the main door and begin to walk, a well-lit hallway is revealed as far your eye can see. The one bedroom apartments are spacious and have a welcoming but intimate balcony space. The property is fairly new meaning very little blight. The property is non-smoking!

I love it here. I feel very safe in my building and the community is very welcoming. All of my amenities are new and updated! A great place to live if you are single or have a very small family.

Okay apartments for seniors. Management is rude and invisible. They dont respond to request by the tenants. They now require these elderly people to do basically ALL their own maintenance and spraying for bugs which they are infested with roaches and bed bugs. There have been A LOT OF move out in the last few months and I foresee A LOT MORE!!! ITS NOT REALLY SAFE OR SANITARY FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE.

Living here almost 2 years they keep the apartments up well. Lots of older people .apartments are secure cameras are inside and out. No one can get in. Only flaw for me is I live on the third floor No elevator

Called multiple times & even showed up at the leasing office & no one answered either time. Very unprofessional & whole experience was an inconvenience & a waste of time.

Im a resident and my car has been broken into twice this winter! Its very hard to get in touch with the office staff considering they are only open on certain days.
