If I could give this place negative stars I would. The landlord, Bob, is very unprofessional and likes to argue with his residents like a teenager. Nothing but drama and not welcoming one bit. Cheap rent for cheap quality and poorly ran.

Honestly I wouldnt even have given the one star but in order to write this review I had to. This place is a good place if you need somewhere quick but warning you will sign a 1 yr lease then the landlord will start to be a *** hole after its up. He will also jack your rent up as soon as its up . He is the perfect example of a dirty landlord ....He will try anything and to make you want to leave and when you dont he will make up whatever just to file an eviction against you so that he can keep your deposit.. He is one of a kind and Im not sure he gets away the the things he does but I guess when you got money you can do that right. He never calls you back when you call and leave messages and he will talk to you like your a dog.. He tried telling me if I had to work and needed a siter that the sitter couldnt come there that I have to take them to there house. Plus you pay all utilities including water and sanation.... The maintenance guy on other hand is a great guy with. A great personality.. That is only thing I can say good about this place. If you dont have to rent this place then dont
