Would not recommend to anyone who cares about customer service. After leaving 2 voicemails on different days I finally got a response. My conversation with the district manager was horrendous. Did a routine market survey for my job and he not only refused to give information but got very unprofessional with me. Refusal to give information during a market survey comes off like the property has something to hide. I will also mention that I have had 2 people tell me they left this property due to the lack of care from the staff.If this is how they are with other professionals in the industry, I can only imagine how they would treat my family or friends. Would absolutely never recommend.Added to respond:He called me back after I left a voicemail requesting a market survey. I would never prioritize a market survey over a residents needs. If he had asked me to wait, I would have patiently waited. He simply refused to give information and got rude with me and told me that I could find all the information I needed on Eastland Courts website. When I told him I couldnt find the information and thats why I called he reluctantly told me the amount of units. I asked him about occupancy and he flat out refused to give that and then again questioned why I was calling about market surveys. I told him that it is a very common industry practice and he said you dont listen very well do you and then hung up on me.Again, customer service is horrible based off this reaction and his attitude in general. I would never recommend this property to any friends or family looking for a 55 and over retirement experience.

Cindy was very pleasant and patient with my family when we went to look at the place on our first visit. She took showed us multiple rooms throughout the building and explained everything in detail. She was very cordial and professional. Thank You.

I live here...new full kitchen with stacked washer & dryer ! Its a new building. Everyone is friendly! Everyone pays the same. Ive never lived anywhere as lovely as here !❤ The management is a very kind and a Sweetheart of a Lady. Oh, and the codes for the front door is set up now.

Tons of problems and management with a whatever condescending attitude re: residents complaints or requests re basic stuff like heat, safety or water. The best thing about it is the washer/dryer in unit and the neighbors. We have made it a friendly community inspite of management.

My mom lives here, and nice clean new facility. Would have been nice to havecodes set up for new residents to let people in the front entranceway.
