TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO GET THINGS PAID OFF AND OFF MY RECORD BUT I CANT EVEN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. IVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO REACH THEM FOR 6 MONTHS NOW. WHAT DO I DO. I NEED TO GET THIS EVICTION PAID OFF SO I CAN RENT WITHOUT HAVING THIS ON MY RECORD. BUT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH SOMEONE AT THIS OFFICE OR AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER.

This is the worst place on the planet!!! Talk about SLUMLORD!! This place used to be great and well taken care of. NOW IT IS A DUMP WITH HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! They do not care about their tenants, they are rude and unprofessional and I feel so bad for anyone that has to stay there.

Loved Independence Towers until new company bought it 2 years ago.So sad how the building is in such disrepair.Maintenance is shameful & embarrassing.Management doesnt want to hear legitimate complaints & Bullies tenants that have a voice. Kicks good people out,moves trouble in ???Shady extra utility bill, with no accountability of usage & the only # to call is office manager. ???Heat often not working in winter & often cooling isnt working in summer.Molding smelly carpets & registers.Leaking roof.Glass doors often have large cracks in them that arent repaired for months at a time.The list could go on & on & on....Once upon a time it was a good building.No longer the case :(

Just moved in about three weeks, love it. The manager Jeremy is super nice and is getting things done. My apartment is clean and close to where I work. I recommend it 100 percent.

Just moved in a few months ago and really enjoy my apt. Management and maintenance are great and were very accommodating to me and my service animal. I plan to be here for a long time.

Ive been a resident for a year October and luv my apartment and the mgr and maint. I havent had any issues but a running toilet that was fixed pretty quickly. Im renewing for another year

Place is a reach infested dump.. Ill will be going to court to op out of my lease and let me mention no A/C for the month of July and still not working. Not live able for anyone let alone my 2 daughters and other kids leaving here. Health department needs to make a visit asap

Horrible place to live, they don’t fix anything my bathroom was leaking for over 2 months without them fixing it, someone cut my gas tank on my work truck. My shower has been backed up for 2 months now and they haven’t done anything about it. Jeremy the landlord is trying to take my 1st amendment right by saying complaining is a lease Violation, but in my lease says nothing about complaining. Another thing is I got a bad black mold problem that I have I’m trying my best to clean it up but the office will not do anything about it. Also they charge up to 120 bucks for the Utilities which is never the same amount month to month. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!!!!!!!!

Elderly and children living here and no AC for almost a full day??? 2 weeks ago residents had no water???? This place is trash. They control your air/heat, despite u paying utilities and they always shut the air off in the hottest part of the summer! Happens EVERY year! So if u like AC or water, dont move in here.

This place is disgusting. The maintenance man steals. They don’t have modern appliances. The exterminator guys are intimidating. I’m tired of constantly being harassed by them and won’t be signing another lease!

The management is terrible she is rude to guests and the entire apartment complex has roaches they dont make repairs and also theyre raising rent on theyre tenants old people and families that can hardly afford it as is. This place is just as bad as Hawthorne oh wait Hawthornes cheaper

We moved out of the building about a month ago after 1.5 years and it was the worse living experience weve ever had. Id give it 0 stars if I could. The tenth floor is literally falling. We had cracks in our Wallas and ceiling from water damage on the roof. Every time it rained we had to put buckets on our floor to catch the water. The rain damage left mold that was never taken care of even after going to management every time it rained. The washers and driers were always broken on multiple floors. The building had constant break ins and auto thefts. When it got hot our unit got wasps in it, we never found out how they got in because we had to leave our windows closed. The air and heat are controlled by the owners and not turned on till its miserably hot or freezing. The building water was shut off at least once a month for repairs at hours at a time. The elevators went down when being over used and would take 2-3 days before getting fixed so 12 floors will use 1 which makes wait time enough to take the stairs. Than there was a bed bug our brake that took months for them to address. A police raid on the building for god only knows the truth about. Than right before we moved the building was in the newspaper( the examiner) talking about the building problems and health department involvement. I will not recommend these apartments to anyone. No Im not a mad person I am a mother and wife who says this building is unsafe for families especially young children.

Great apartment for the price. I have been a resident for 6 months now and I love it.

So much property damage. Management wont fix it. We went a whole 2 months with a hole in the shower wall that happened because of the floor above us who had water coming down and corroding the walls. We couldnt shower for 2 months.... we had doors that fell of the frames because they originally only had one screw holding in eat bracket. The air conditioning units have mold in them which is a health code violation and they wont fix it. My poor mother is sick because the has to breathe air with mold in it. This place is disgusting and I will let anyone know to not move there. Its not healthy.

Just would like to know when the air is going to be fixed, my mother is almost 80 years old, temperature supposed to be close to 90 for the next week, she needs air and been without for 2 weeks, this getting ridiculous ! Hope they get it fixed soon!!!!!

Gets really cold at night, how can i turn on my heat, i have a pregnant girlfriend whos anemic that needs heat, please help
